Ending the year off with this Fall/Winter trend the Mannequin Challenge.  With the help at the Havana Room inside Tropicana.  Alongside the talented team behind Javier Valentino we accomplished the challenging task of pulling over one hundred people together for this Mannequin Challenge.  From children to grandparents we had everyone as still as possible while the Black Beatles rang through the atmosphere till the cue to celebrate rang in with confetti canyons.  We hope you enjoy this amazing glimpse into this fun and gorgeous wedding party!!!  We can’t wait to have this final film ready and awaken the blog that for the new year and closing this fabulous 2016 out with some stellar wedding posts for you to view and enjoy.  We are the right wedding photography & cinema team for your big day.  If you want true emotion, celebration and love to evoke from the film every time you watch it and every photo you look at.  Thank you for sharing this moment with us.

Fashion Photography Styled Photo Shoot.

Inspiration, by definition reads “the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. Being a photographer, I’m always finding new inspiration. Grecian Goddess was the inspiration for this Las Vegas Fashion Shoot.

Fashion Photography in Las Vegas includes a plethora of different looks & locations. In collabertion with Teresa Williams of Tresses by Teresa, who handled all of the hair and makeup for the beautiful models, we ventured out into the woods of Mount Charleston, Las Vegas and created our version of Greek Goddess Fashion.

Mount Charleston is a great place to explore new things and take a break from the busy city. It offers a varitety of breath taking scenery that fit in the Grecian Goddess feel I was looking for.

Tresses by Teresa is a local Las Vegas business, owned by Teresa Williams. She specializes in creative hair design and dramatic makeup.

Turning one is such a fun time for not only the child, but for their family as well. I’ve had the joy of photographing Josiah since he was only a few days old & his milestones leading up to the big first birthday!  It was a beautiful day at Floyd Lamb Park for their family portraits.  I love taking families here for their photos as their are so many beautiful areas to photograph around.

Josiah’s mom made a delicious cake for him to dig into. It’s nice to capture the cake before it gets destroyed during the smashing part of the session.  Some parents love to bake and decorate their own cakes for these smash cake sessions.  There are also many wonderful bakeries in Las Vegas that make beautiful birthday cakes for kids Birthdays.  We love working with Peridot Sweets if you are looking for a special style of cake or idea.

Josiah really enjoyed digging into his cake once he got the okay from mom of course. He picked at it a few times before he jumped in and just tore it apart. Good thing we captured the cake before hand!

Floyd Lamb Park Tule Springs was a great Las Vegas location to photograph Josiah’s Cake Smash session. With the unpredictable Las Vegas weather, we were lucky to have such gorgeous morning to photograph Josiah enjoying his first birthday cake.  He had an amazing time playing in the grass while he got covered in icing.

Welcoming a baby into the world is an amazing thing. I love being able to capture newborns within their first few days of life; it’s remarkable how beautiful and precious they are. I had the pleasure of capturing Miss. Amaya’s newborn photos. She is such a sweet and alert little girl.

Miss Amaya was a gem during her session. So calm and peaceful. She’s such a beautiful little girl with a head full of hair!  As a Las Vegas newborn photographer, I enjoy seeing so many new baby faces.  Each one is so unique and full of character and love.

Amaya has some great big sisters.They asked their mommy & daddy for a little sister for a couple of years and their request was answered! When I asked Amaya’s older sisters if they wanted a picture with their baby sister, their faces lite up. They adore her so much & it truly shows in this photo.

A mothers love is one that has no boundaries or conditions. A mothers touch is always soothing and comforting. This beautiful mom welcomed her third baby girl into the world and you can feel the love from this picture.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey. From the first time you hear the baby’s heartbeat to the minute you welcome them into the world, it’s something to be cherished and treasured. Kristine is expecting her first child this October; a baby boy, who their naming Parker. I had a great time capturing her pregnancy progress session at Mount Charleston.

Relaxing and soaking in the moment of feeling baby Parker move around brought so much joy to Kristine. This beautiful sunlight accented the beautiful mommy glow Kristine radiated.

At twenty-four weeks pregnant, Kristine was truly a trooper when it came to climbing the hills and embracing mother natures little critters. I was able to really photograph some great moments with the amazing sun flare that peaked through my lens in Mount Charleston.

Capturing such a beautiful time during Kristine’s pregnancy journey is such a moving experience. Very excited to capture her full term session at Cashman Field this September.

(St. Thomas Moore Wedding Ceremony)

Meghann + Jimmy | Highlight

The day began at the M Resort.  As makeup and hair were applied the ladies were getting ready for the Wedding Ceremony at St. Thomas Moore.  This was set to be a Irish Catholic Wedding like no other.  Coming from the college of Notre Dame and celebrating two families uniting.  One detail we learned by the Father who led the Ceremony at the Church is that only once before have they had a Ceremony from this college where the same thing happened.  The power Shut Down!  Thats right, right before and I mean right before the Wedding Ceremony was to start the power shut off.  No lights but the little glow from the small stained glass windows.  No worry everyone carried on despite no audio speakers or room lights, and we all sat in a very low lit room to see Meghann and Jimmy married.  As they kissed to conclude the Ceremony, the power came back on as they walked down the aisle.  This was wild and something to see.

After the Wedding Ceremony we all headed to the M Resort and up to Lux Ballroom to start the Wedding Reception.Needless to say the dancing never stopped and the emotions ran strong in the Fathers toast to the new Bride and Groom.  With everyone on the dance floor all night and celebration from wall to wall.  This wedding overlooking the Las Vegas valley was a success.

Wedding Details

A beautiful and creative way to direct guests to their table.  Assigned seating with style as guests names were displayed inside a large golden frame and pinned to a mossy back drop.  While staying with the theme and look this was much better than just a standard board for guests to view.  With a mix of linens and alternating height in centerpieces, the minds palette was very entertained and refreshed.  While encased in a beautiful green garden area surrounded by the lovely Hilton, Scheme Events organized and planned to challenge the traditional one linen and layered multiple coordinating decor and colors that complimented each other nicely.  The floral complimented this look and had a very dreamy and stylish look.  As every area wrapped around a massive fire pit that helped keep the guests warm at night and also became a beautiful focal point leading right to the stage for the band.Bistro lights strubg from one end to another meeting in the middle, gave an enchanting and romantic glow of warm light to gaze upon.  Lighting is so important and most times over looked or never mentioned until guests are sitting in a dark rook or outdoors.  When working with a professional Wedding Planner you are sure to have your Wedding looking the best and most flattering to your eyes.  Light is everything, without it ll your beautiful flowers and decor sit in the dark barely recognized or noticed.Here is a nice vantage point of those beautiful bistro lights and the effect they have on this lovely outdoor Wedding Reception.  I cant imagine the difference and less impact it would have without them.  A beautiful view of the lovely planning and detail that went into this Wedding Reception.  LED Unplugged have amazing bistro lights that light up in such an elegant way any reception Ballroom.  Talk about a beautiful way to eneteratin guests and family during your Wedding.
