Software Tip - Automate Conversion of LabChart Files into other Formats

LabChart data files (.adicht) can be automatically converted and saved in other file formats with various ADInstruments file translation extensions available. Rather than individually converting and saving a file, users can automate the conversion of LabChart files in specific folders to other supported file format using the ExportFolder macro. Supported file format include text, binary, MATLAB, European Data Format, Axon Binary, Igor and WAV files.

LabChart 7 Welcome Center for Windows provides a structured, easy and fast access to LabChart resources and materials including sample files, settings files, text files, multimedia files and documentation. It is designed to replace the �Experiments Gallery� feature in previous LabChart versions.

Software Tip - Digital Output Feature

LabChart 7 comes with the Digital Output feature that allows the simple management and control of eight digital output lines present in most PowerLab data acquisition units. By creating digital output configuration states, LabChart 7 can control up to eight external TTL (Transistor-transistor logic) devices. An application of this feature could be turning on or off a heater.

Software Tip - Timed Add to Data Pad Feature

LabChart 7 for Windows features a new Timed Add to Data Pad function that allows the user to repeatedly select a period of data within a period of sampling and add that selection to Data Pad while recording. The actual parameters added will depend on how the columns of the Data Pad have been set up.

Clearly demonstrated in the video, the comments formatting and calculation methods in Dose Response Settings Dialog constitute the only required preparation of dose data.
