This is absolutely true , i had just left infosys.
Infosys has no values a co worker of mine has layed charges of ASHI thats Anti Sexual Harassement on the person . He belonged to alicker-Chamcha category of the manager and both had same mother tounge. So he was promoted and given visa and onsite as well.

The policies are ket at ay , on raising the question again the employees were threatned by managers and things backfired on the honest employees.

These managers dont even know to speak english.

Although I had an offer with a company which offered me better pay and better job I still chose INFOSYS because it was my dream company. Today I repent on my decision having chosen to work with Infosys who has given me nothing but just a whole bunch of frustration.

We all are well versed with Indian system wherein all govt. recognized Ids are issued with a minimum time period of 20 days, having known this fact how much do the company expect us to carry the govt. recognized doc. within 6 days.

Being my dream company I Didn’t want to lose the offer hence I accepted the offer and reported to Mysore on 6 June for induction and training.
As there were incomplete details provided by the company regarding documents, I carried my college id which is valid throughout 2010, bmtc student bus pass valid till june2010, 6 semester examination hallticket duly stamped and signed by the concerned authorities, what else the company expect me to do and make arrangements within 6 days.
I feel sorry to say but Infosys has failed in assisting and guiding the candidates especially in queries regarding id proofs.

Moreover, when we were allowed to enter the campus area we were given some print out pages which stated that the company will not accept any college ids and travelling passes. I really don’t understand the purpose. Was the company doing us the favor by giving jobs?? Or this is the way the company wants to show off its big name that has got a good market value which it’s not worth of.
Giving print out pages at last moment has just made me realize that the company thinks it’s doing a big favor by granting us the jobs, its only we who are running behind the Infosys and that Infosys actually do not value our purpose of working with them.

Travelling to Mysore may be an easy job but we and our parents know the actual pain in finding the location of Infosys in Mysore, getting a day’s stay and again returning back to Bangalore.
It’s been one of the shameful experiences individually and has ultimately resulted in fall of the company’s image as well.

Parents at the gate leave us in the campus thinking we will b well assisted and the queries will be paid attention and taken care of but, it’s shocking that company like Infosys has not been able to meet our as well as our parent’s expectation in guiding the candidates.

As mentioned in the offer letter we were asked to report to Mysore at 1 pm for the induction. When the company has a fair idea about the crowd it is admitting, it should have made some sensible arrangements to carry on the process smoothly. The BPO candidates were allowed to enter the campus area only at 2.30pm; all this just shows the carelessness in handling the programs and the mismanagement of the company towards the new joinees.

The whole induction prog was handled only by 3 persons from Infosys which consisted of 1000+ candidates, and there were many like me who were been put on hold just because we Didn’t have govt recognized documents, what worse can u expect further to this.

In the whole process its only we who are the ultimate sufferers. The company gives us incomplete information regarding the id proofs which are acceptable by you. During the induction program we are made to run around from afternoon to late in evening has served no good purpose. “Getting back to Bangalore is what they gave us the ultimate solution”

There are many employees favorable companies wherein they assist to the query of individuals, but Infosys has failed in all areas relating to queries of the individuals.

If Infosys is so concerned about its company’s formality which led us to making our way back to Bangalore then it should better opt for outsiders rather than going in for campus selection and building in desire for the candidates to work with the COMPANY.

Although Azam sir and Bharath sir informed us that the offer is not cancelled and we can fix the next joining dates with the concerned hr.on 7th June 2010; but neither of the things worked out, on 7th there were the same 3 persons handling the banking program with no hr’s.

When the people at Infosys are not sure about the correct info they must not misguide the candidates, the banking program was supposed to start at 9am but it kept delaying for no reason and finally the show started at 11.00, there were no clues about the respective hr’s and when asked about the ultimate solution for hold on candidates, “getting back to Bangalore is what they gave us the ultimate solution “to fulfill the company’s requirement.

There are other employee favorable companies who for us stand in higher value than Infosys. They assist the candidates with the queries as well as care for a value called human values.
I don’t find any reason why Infosys persons asked us to leave to Bangalore and fulfill the company requirement, had it cared for the future called employees they would have made some internal arrangements. Though it has big name but the company lacks in the field of assisting and guiding the candidates.

I really Didn’t understand the purpose of ICICI bank facility inside the campus; neither they are ready to open a joint account without valid id as you call it nor they are ready to assist the candidate in making a PAN card.

Overall the id proof drama just showed that Infosys does not have faith in candidates selected through campus placements. It made no difference in giving its ultimate solution between the campus selection and outsider selection. I really don’t understand why is the company opting for campus selection every year when we candidates are treated the same as outsider selections??

I take no pleasure in writing my insulting exp at infosys, but it’s a complaint against the hopeless service that has been delivered by Infosys.

Looking back to the insulting experience I won’t b interested in accepting any future offers from Infosys, but I just need you to pay attention towards the bad services you deliver which now needs to be corrected so that the future joinees like me do not suffer in the whole process.

The company began with 7 people….it’s soon going to end with 7 people…
