I think everyone in society should be treated equally… If they are busy having a normal life, or dealing with friends, who has the right to just assume that certain people should have stuff taken and looked through, much less more than once.

I think the people who are hating or are critical of me don’t really comprehend the most basic things. This I find kinda sad. The other day my aunt contacted me outta the view, but then when she seen that the right thing to do was to help with something, she still found a way to be critical and patronizing, this can look to me to cancel out any “good will” effort.

People seriously need to think and use common sense

I have seen in the last several years, that people almost want to assume that I have no rights to have a normal life. As far as that goes, who has the right to deny me the same rights and social abilities as everyone else.

When it comes down to the people who assume that I am some imagined threat, I think anyone that has known me for any amount of time, could show that I am not any different from any normal human being. This is why it makes no sense that people assume that if I write, or work on a number of things that take a deal of skills, that I must be doing something that I shouldn’t be,

I have never been a sexual type of person, much less an offender or something like that. I have too much respect for people.

It seems pretty inappropriate that everyone fails to realize that I am no different from anyone else, at any age. I treat everyone fairly, at any age… How does that make me “less of a person”??

Just because I try to keep things going how they should be, why should I, all of a sudden after 39 years, not have eanyone that wants to treat me with respect?! I treat everyone like I feel they are treating me. If people get indifferent with me, I basically throw them a spork & tell them to go play. I don’t like wasting my time, I rather be writing, making videos, showing friends what I know, and being like everyone else…

What right do people say that I am not permitted to do everything that 99% of society does? When do I have the right to be social… Let’s start an open-ended discussion in the comments.

Governor Branstad needs to contact me asap

I think that Governor Branstad needs to help right the wrong which has been nothing but illegal harassment for like 12 months. The registry should be expunged, my computer which has been held in violation of a court order needs to be returned, as well as the nonsense GPS stupidity needs dropped… I also feel like I should be awarded $60,000 for the county and state wasting everyone’s time over the last year, over something clearly illegal.

Just because I talk to people, write books, blog, or make videos, that does not make me a threat or concern to anyone!! People seem overly critical, when in 39 1/2 years I have done nothing that anyone with half a brain should take any offense towards.

Just because I have developed computer skills by using them for 25 years, how does that mean that other people can take my property, even when it was returned by court order… The Iowa Sex Offender Registry is illegal, it expired a year ago!

Can computers with anti-virus software be infected?

I was wondering why there is so much malicious software like viruses and malware? I would think that 99.9% of society would have no benefit in such illegal activity. I was wondering if it was possible to be infected, even with anti-virus?

I remember like 2 or 3 years ago, when I was infected with something that said it was a cleaner, but anti-virus software caught it… The sad thing is, they wanted me to pay $100 for spam and scam software. I am lucky that it was caught.

They should make it a federal offense to create viruses, punishable by 25 to life!!

I would like to bring up some things that I think most people knowing me know, yet I think people are trying to look, a majority of the time, into me knowing a lot of things that they have yet to even try to learn.

While I can be impatient, and I have a lot opinions, there is no reason to assume that everyone should avoid me and never give me the same normal opportunities that everyone else has. Why should people not understand that the BS that expired 12 months ago, means alot of what is going on violates the registry as well as state and federal law.

There is no reason for anyone to hate and avoid me,

I think when everyone can access the Internet, instead of being scared of it, everyone should embrace the Internet & at the same time, just use common sense. Cyberspace isn’t anything that is to be avoided, what people should do is utilize it & put the WWW through it’s paces.

I think alot of people are scared of just using social and personal media to discuss the things that are important to them. Everybody, no matter their age or location, should post the things that they and others can all benefit from.

I think the people who assume things about me or anyone else, need to think for a few minutes about what they either fail to understand or are being ignorant of. Having online skills, of a wide variety, is nothing to be ashamed of…

Who has the right to deny me a normal standard of living and when will people treat me fairly?

Can people lose the right to use computers, just for being good with them?!

When it comes to computers and the Internet, can some people be not allowed to interact with others, just because they are able to use computers and the Internet. Who has the right to determine that some people aren’t allowed to write books, do videos, or even create online content.

What determines whether or not someone has the right to use the Internet, and who decides… Just because I talk to everyone, why should I have to avoid doing what I and countless others have taken pride in doing over the years… Feel free to discuss this, I would like to see what everyone has to say.

I think everyone should have the same access to any resource & to be able to socialize with everyone… What has gone on with me over the last year is FRAUDULENT & ILLEGAL!!

I have seen over the recent days and weeks, that some people are still contending that I have no right to freedom of speech, self-expression, or a social life. These rights are guaranteed & protected by the US Constitution.

One of my civil rights, protected by the 4th amendment, has been violated, including a court order from 6 months ago, this seems to be due to a third-party opinion that if I talk to people and interact on forms of online media, that it is some sort of offense.

Creating content, developing skills, and showing any number of people what I know about is not even remotely against any law. This is where I feel people are using nonsense that expired (according to state paperwork) a year ago, to justify thinking that me talking to people would cause an issue that would be of concern to anyone. This seems an ultimate form of disrespect to me personally. Then to assume that I have mental issues, is clearly nonsense.

I have never failed to work with people mutually, in a non-threatening manner. However, I don’t think when property was legally returned, that a month or 2 later it can be taken, just because I choose to use my personal effects in a normal and legal way. How can I be denied a right to a normal life, just because after 10 years, that certain people expect to harass me for another 10 years. That is NOT RIGHT!!

Governor Terry Branstad needs to contact me at once!!

I think Governor Terry Branstad needs to call me at (319) 404-7356 to set up an appointment… I would like his assistance in correcting something that I find as being clearly in violation of state laws and federal laws..

Recently, I got a response saying something about not being within his jurisdiction. The entire state of Iowa, or any other state, falls under the jurisdiction of the Governor & other elected officials. So that type of response didn’t seem to make much sense.

I have outlined on the blog & in letters to the Governor what needs to be set in motion to correct the applicable issues.
