The advertisements is the only source of revenue generation for the private websites.

The companies pays lot of money in their marketing strategy.

And most of the part is going on to these internet campaigning.

And from ad Server to the website users all over the world which is described in previous post.

For promoting the ads on your website also depends upon the popularity of your website also.

Advertisements can be shown into a website by a flash content or a banner.
The website owner is paid according to the type of the advertisement.
The payment is processed in term of per click or per impressions that is shown in the diagram below.

I don't know exactly but the price of advertisement according to my research may be

1 > CPC (Cost Per Click) is equal to $0.1 to $1.5 (Also Depends upon the product and the Organisation)

2 >Impressions is equal to $0.05 to $0.5 (Also Depends upon the product and the Organisation)

3 > Flash media is $0.05 to $2 (Also Depends upon the product and the Organisation)

This is how when a million users users visit your website and your website do any of this activity, you get paid a lot of money.

I have a website which ads i should select to show in my website ?
As the owner of the website you have the right to choose which ads to be placed in your website.
Most of users think that if they choose branded ads to their website their website become more popular.
This is not true.
The website popularity does not depend upon the ads.
but
The popularity of ad depends upon the website.
If your ad is more popular then the ads shown in it becomes popular too.

It does not depend upon which advertisement you choose to show in your website.
Check as your website's Users point of View.
They does not care Which ads are posted in your website.
now consider,
If a person gives his 100% attention to do their work on the website then the ads take 15 to 30% of their brain's attention thus making no difference to whatever you show to them.
If the same ad shown to the person 500 to 600 times this make the impression on the mind of the user making the psychology of the person to think that whatever the product is shown in the advertisement is a good product.Thus increasing the popularity of product.This is how E-marketing plays his part in this activity.
Yes ad Serving is a part of E-marketing.

Another type of impression captures the mind of user that is a pop-up-ad that takes 30 to 50% of the brains attention of the user.But it makes a bad impression on the website.so never use it for your website.

According to me you should choose the ads by going for the profits provided by the advertisers to you for promoting their product.
but Do not go for the pop up ads.

What is AdRotator ? How to use AdRotator in asp.net ?

AdRotator is a control in asp.net use to show ads in the webpage.
You can rotate ads in the webpage by using adrotator control.
For using adrotator in your webpage you have to first install all the requirements for asp.net.
Install the IDE(Integrated Development Environment) for running the asp.net websites in your local machine.
now after you created your website First create the ad Slots having the size of the ads to be shown.
Then go to the design page of your website.
Add controls > choose adrotator >drag and drop it to the image slot you have created.
After that create a folder into your Package > Import all the advertisements into that folder.
Create an XML with name it "Ads"

2 > NavigateUrl is used to give a link to the advertisement
That is the product website page which u are showing the ad image.

3 > AltenateText is used to give an Extra information about the image.

4 > Keyword is useed to give a keyword to the ad.
since it assigns a keyword you can fetch ads by using keywords also.

5 >Impressions Is the most important part of the XML file.
It shows how many time the particular advertisement you want to rotate in your website.
It accepts the integer value.put it and check it by yourself.

6 >Caption is the hover property of the image(ad).
when you take your mouse over the ad then it shows the caption you have given to the image advertisement.

Create this file and save it.

Now go to the adrotator use connection > use the XML file for connection > select your XML file
> Select all Elements > OK

Now run the website and check whether it works fine or not.
If Still not Showing ads then post the Error Message.

Any type of Publisher(website owners) and any type of Advertisers(small,medium and large companies) can Sign up with the 3rd party ad Servers.
And the main reason why someone refers to 3rd party ad servers is as follows from various point of view :-

Publisher :

If the publisher is not getting less number of ads or not getting any type of ads at all.
If the publisher is getting less amount of profit for showing ads to his website.
If the publisher has more than enough ads to show and given a task for showing showing specific number ads and the publisher is not able to achieve the target in that time.
If the publisher not able to give that much time on advertisement then to the website.

It totally does not depends upon the website.
You can choose any of the ad serving website ,we can't categorize them into best or worst.
Various websites have different skills of showing advertisements.No one is worst.
But,
According to me the website you should choose must be an open source website.
So that it could be trustworthy and can be customized according to your requirement.
The open source ad servers can be easily downloadable and can run on your local machine.
You can even check the process of ad serving by connecting other machines to LAN(local area network)
and test it by yourself.
The machine in which the ad server is installed is set up to be a server and rest of all machines can be host in the network.
You can download advertisements into the server machine and show it to all users(Host) int he network.

Just go to search engine and type "Open source ad server" and hit search.

Trafficking of ads generally means routing the ads to a particular destination.
This is just like the trafficking of vehicles on the road.You just have to move the ads to a particular network or a destination.
Same as in road The ad Trafficking can cause Network Traffic Jam.
In network terms this means Jamming the network.
This jam can also caused due to heavy network activities.

Why do pop ups came appearing on my screen ? How can i get rid of them ?
If you have to get rid of the pop window you first have to change your internet settings.
For Internet Explorer
go to
if tools is not present then press ALT
Tools > PRIVACY > Pop-up Blocker
check the check box.
apply the changes and press OK.

For Mozilla
just click on > OptionsPreferences

Allow/Block pop-ups for this site
Edit Pop-up Blocker OptionsPreferences
Don't show info bar when pop-ups are blocked
OR (block pop-up)

You don't have to do anything for Mozilla because it blocks Pop ups by default.

Some of the websites asks for permission to allow the pop up.

But some of them don't ask they allow them by themselves.
