    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duration&lt;/strong&gt;: 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cyprus time. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Affected Access&lt;/strong&gt;: Webmail, POP and IMAP Access will be unavailable during the period. Also our Support Portal will be unavailable during the period.&lt;/li&gt;

      <title>Main Web Server Experiencing Problems</title>

      <description>For the first time after a some months our main web server has crashed due to heavy load on the FTP Server. We are currently rebooting the server to start the diagnostics.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Update 1 - 13/07/2009 4:14 PM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The server was offline for 48 minutes to protect it from any possible DOS attack. According to the latest information available, the FTP Service was experiencing heavy load and could not cope with it. We will continue the diagnosis of the server.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Update 2 - 13/07/2008 4:29 PM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We have enabled logging for he FTP Server to try to identify the cause of the crash. At the same time we are looking into adding 2GB more RAM and making some performance tuning.&lt;br /&gt;</description>

      <description>We would like to announce that we have officially commenced work on Phase Three earlier than expected, work was scheduled to commence during mid-August but it was decided to start work today, Sunday 5th of July.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Phase Three will feature major improvements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;to Our Network by upgrading our bandwidth to be able to deal with the release of our new services&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;to Our Servers to meet the new technologies available&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
No downtime is expected until roughly the end of August.&lt;br /&gt;
More information regarding these improvements will be released as we progress.</description>

      <title>New Settings to deal with the increased amount of SPAM</title>
      <summary>We have made major changes to the way we handle SPAM in order to deal with the increased amount of SPAM our customers receive.</summary>

      <description>In order to deal with the increased amount of SPAM you (Our Customer) receive we have made some changes to our Mail Server, some of the changes can be found below.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As always our Mail Server categorizes SPAM in three different categories depending on their score, we have changed the action to the following:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Low Probability of SPAM - SPAM emails that are allocated to this category are not usually SPAM,they are added with a prefix, [SPAM]. This prefix should be removed when replying to ensure that our Mail Server does not mark the email as SPAM again. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Medium Probability of SPAM - SPAM emails that are allocated to this category are usually SPAM, they are moved to Junk Mail Box of your Webmail, every day at approximately 2:00 AM a report will be sent to you which includes the subjects of any emails in the Junk Mail Box.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;High Probability of SPAM - SPAM emails that are allocated to this category are always SPAM, these emails get deleted from the Mail Server and never arrive to your inbox, however a report gets sent to us with all the emails that fall in this category and therefore in case one of these email is a real email and not a SPAM email you (Our Customer) can request that we retrieve this email. Requests should be submitted via our &lt;a href="http://support.advonlserv.com"&gt;Support Portal&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
Unfortunately the new options will increase the amount of SPAM until SmarterMail v6 is released and we can upgrade to the new and improved SPAM mechanisms.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
