			<content:encoded><![CDATA[For several years I have read about open source software and have even tried some on many occasions. Yet, I never relied on these programs. Recently however, my views are changing. At AECT this year I only took my netbook—relying 100% on open source applications. Has the time for open source software finally arrived or will they be rejected for Web 2.0 applications?<br/>
