Hirosaki Neputa festival is similar to the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aomori_Nebuta_Matsuri" target="_blank">Aomori Nebuta</a> festival. But these two festivals are different. Hirosaki Neputa keep more traditional style.</p>
