Thriving Asset Accretion

Look how well the term “Asset Accretion” has developed within just 9 months!

At the start of 2010 I published online for the first time the term “Asset Accretion”. I had initiated this term because until then no reasonable english translation of the german word “Vermögensbildung” had existed. When I first published the term “Asset Accretion” at the beginning of February 2010, Google had zero results for this term! This uniqueness actually was one of the reasons why I chose the term “Asset Accretion” over the term “Wealth Creation” and the term “Capital Accumulation”.

Now today, Google shows “about 3510 results” of which 266 results are genuine according to Google! I count this as a success to establish a reasonable term for what in the english literature is yet vastly unknown: The economic, financial, mathematical, and methodical characteristics of genuine, systematic wealth creation. Contrary, Asset Management principles are widely known although they are irrelevant for the large majority of the population in every country on the planet!

Sadly, not all results now showing in Google are related to the practical investment approach that defines Asset Accretion. Indeed, the number of unrelated results suggests that other institutions and people may have been using the term “Asset Accretion” in different regards (possibly even before I coined the term for the investment approach), but they had so far been unsuccessful to give it the weight necessary to show up in Google.

Nontheless, I am very pleased that various unrelated organizations and firms have now adopted the term Asset Accretion for the subject of investment! One could say that they have copied from the website Affluability.com, but for once I am glad that they did. The fact that they are not using Asset Accretion with all its aspects correctly shows that they have not (yet) copied too much from Affluability.com – which would only then become unacceptable under international copyright laws.

In short: A very enjoyable development! Hopefully this continues to establish the term Asset Accretion more widely!

On a different note, as answer to those who have asked: The main reason why I have recently no more translated/published is that I learned in the summer on internet conferences about the proliferating infringements of Intellectual Property Rights: There exists an entire “industry” that specializes in the (multiple) back-and-forth translation of “scraped” content from Third-Party websites in order to make it appear “unique” on one’s own websites! This is being facilitated if not supported by numerous software vendors that market their products with phrases like “Can translate extracted content to make it unique (even multiple times!)”, etc.

Every such vendor and every such user must be either uneducated or indifferent, and in any case acts illegal: EVERY language of ANY published content is covered by the international Intellectual Property Rights. This need not even be mentioned on the content site, because the content is automatically protected, including all translations, whether human or computer-generated by such “scrape products”.

So, the reason why I have recently not published more translated content is that it too would be proliferated in ways that make it incorrect. My readers know that in my articles and books every individual word is being used in a certain context, with a certain, deep meaning. When now people wildly copy my articles and try to make them “unique” via translations, then they make the investment guidance wrong.

Since I have always tried to help people the right way, I cannot accept that some Internet Idiots (II) sabotage my work and efforts to gain some questionable personal advantage while innocent users of their “articles” fall foul of wrong guidance. There is already far too much wrong investment guidance on the internet!

So, when I have time (if ever in my short life), I will need to consider how to help more people with their finances, without II sabotaging this. I will probably only publish “neutral” content, fundamental financial education. Content that excludes clear guidance.

This was a tough job! From learning what “Clickbank” is, to passing a Clickbank Master’s class, putting together what’s called “sales pages”, finding and installing the right affiliate system, the right protection system, and various other code to make the entire process a perfect experience. And so many other things behind the scenes! All what’s necessary to take the step from private to public.

There you see how irrelevant the german language has become. Indeed, my Chinese friends told me that my type of financial guidance would be welcomed by their fellows back home, and I should offer it in Chinese too. Well, before that I’ll probably have it translated to Spanish – easier for me to review. I have no clue of the Chinese language, and I wouldn’t want that the translation doesn’t deliver (as they often don’t do).

I mean, consider advertisement for car brands (no matter which ones, but some more than the others), financial products, carpet cleaning, garden work, … whatever.

They all use images that are more attractive than my globe image there, aren’t they? You decide!

You notice, I still haven’t learned, or rather am not willing to write my posts in a way optimized for the search engines… – Hey, I write what I like! Ultimately, it’s for humans, not for software spiders. Sic!
