With reference to the previous review all property is listed on our website as room lets or by bedroom but Rightmove, Zoopla and other portals do not have the facility to advertise rooms on this the fault lies with the portal you have seen the properties advertised on.

Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT ever rent from this letting agent. They are the most lazy, unprofessional letting agent i have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I am currently going through formal complaints procedures and intend to go to the financial ombudsman next. Only gave it 1 star as had to rate it. Really it deserves zero stars.

Previously arranged a viewing at a property for which they failed to turn up, offered the asking price on a rental property a few weeks back and never heard from them again. Just a couple of my experiences with this company!

Unfortunately they are quite dominant in the area of Newcastle where I have rented and bought so I had no choice but to use this agent. Usual estate agent problems, no communication after placing offers, it was myself that had to ring back on numerous occasions for updates on wether I'd bought a house or not! Trying to arrange viewings etc is just a nightmare it's almost as if they don't actually want to sell or rent properties. Don't use this company if at all possible. they dont even deserve one out of ten!

Jan Forster managed my property over a two year period and overall I was disappointed with the service received. On a number of occasions the rent was not paid on time and between tenants my property remained empty for three months despite viewings. There was little feedback from the agent despite repeated requests and a number of phone calls were never returned. Needless to say I changed agents.
