This agreement made and entered into this [ 01 ] day of [ January ] [ 2020 ] by and between, Whereas first party – Shree Investment Point is a Trading Consultancy Proprietorship firm having its registered office at 101, Madhav Complex, Patel Colony, opp DKV College, Jamnagar - 361008, India and Investment Point is a division of Shree Investment Point and the owner of Shree Investment Point Nikhil Bhatt is a SEBI registered Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 with registration number INH000003630 is engaged with service of Financial Consultancy described as Stock Market Trading Idea ( subject to Market risk );

Whereas second party(as known “Trader”) Shri ABC (PAN – AAAAA0000A) an individual trader based at City – (State),India is engaged in the business of Stock Market trading since few years.

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no other agreement, written or oral, exists between you and investment point by using the Information on investment point therefore in consideration of the mutual covenants here in contained and other services and valuable consideration, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows…

Shree Investment point hereby providing educational recommendations are based on personal observations and on the study of technical analysis to you hence do not reflect the fundamental validity of any stock or any instruments.

All recommendations will be provided to you because of your distinct request and willingness to receive them from Investment Point. Do not only depend on the consultancy services of Shree Investment point or their experts/team. No promise, guarantee or assurance of any profit/loss is stated or implied in any recommendations.

It has been taken care by Shree investment point while preparing any research reports but still no responsibility on us will be assured on any type of profits / losses by recommendations. Trader assume full responsibility for any and all gains and losses, financial, emotional or otherwise, experienced, suffered or incurred by you. Shree Investment point never suggests any broker or any firm to trade for the same trading ideas along with the same and Shree Investment point do not involve in any trading activity on behalf of any individual/firm/body corporate accounts registered or not registered with any stock exchanges in India. Any illegal trading activities are not suggested and unacceptable at Shree investment point.

Neither any party shall be in default hereunder by any reason of any failure or any delay in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises out of any cause and uncertain and unpredictable events which are beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of such party.

IN WITNESS THEREFORE both the parties, intending to be legally bound, have executed this agreement as of the date first above written.

Your individual research on any calls provided by us is to be acknowledged in his / her personal capacity.

All terms & conditions, privacy policy, refund policy, disclaimer and agreement are acceptable which is mentioned on our website www.nikhilbhatt.in by the second party known as a trader.

Subscription charges will not refundable in any condition / situation of the market or both party.
