The full moon was setting. I was thinking of 'spinning the moonlight' by moving the camera as the shutter clicked. It was touted by the &lt;a href="http://www.sirsidynixinstitute.com/seminar_page.php?sid=69"&gt;SirsiDynix Institute&lt;/a&gt; for its effectiveness in presenting construction updates and generating public comment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think it was clever to feature the other Bradford County Library blogs on the construction page. Curious onlookers are presented with a full range of library services.
