KFC: Can’t beat that taste!

We ordered a complete family meal at KFC few days ago. We bought the meal with a coupon. AUD$34.99 which includes:

15 pieces chicken
1 large coleslaw
1 large mash potato
2 large fries
nuggest
soft drink

Whoa we can’t finish the bucket of KFC man. Even from big appetite friends like Chuan and Chris! 3 pieces of chicken was dapao-ed home and made into sandwich the next day.

Shanice called me few days ago. “Oi! mana pergi ohh this holiday? Find something to do leh”. Well, what have I been up to? I have been hiding at home the whole holiday cause the weather is a bit crazily cold outside (and parents told me to avoid crowds - H1N1 ).

Stay at home and feel cold. What would normal people do? EAT. A. ALOT. And I am back to my original weight, 95kg. Probably heavier.

“OKlah. Is time to go out and have some fun. Let’s go eat some seafood at Gold Coast” I told her. “Chester leh? I still owe him a meal” Shanice said.

Chester and Jerry joined us too. The more the merrier.

Chris suggested to eat at a famous seafood restaurant at Gold Coast. “You know how to go kah?” I asked. He answered “yes” affirmatively. “..I think” he added. Besides that, we also wanted to drink pearl milk tea at Gold Coast. Chris insists it’s the best milk tea around

Why are we using GPS? Yes WE ARE RIGHT! WE ARE LOST AGAIN! hahahahahahah!

We found a seafood restaurant along Seaworld Drive at Gold Coast, called Peter’s Fish Market. Chris said that is not the restaurant he recommended earlier but we were too hungry. “Aiyah don’t give a shit liao la. Hungry already. I WANT TO EAT LIAO!! ”

The oysters are good. Probably it’s very fresh. The fish and chips… er…. can’t finish it. Too lousy. I give it 1/5. And I consider that very generous :cry:

Sorry. I had to do that. Wasted my AUD21 bucks . Unsatisfied with our main meal, we wanted something more satisfying. We want PEARL MILK TEA! 珍珠奶茶!!

Yes!!! YOU ARE RIGHT!! IT’S NOT OPEN!!! Chris casts jinx on everything . What can we do next? We go Max Brennor loh.

We went home satisfied, and happy. But the story haven’t finish yet. When we reach home, it’s about dinner time! Wohoo! Time to eat again! Hahahaha. We get hungry easily man. Blame the weather!

I love reading books. Surprise leh.. haha. I hate textbooks, that is why I never get good grades at school. Who love textbook anyway? You nerds I have one favorite textbook during high school, though. It is a science textbook. Favorite chapter? “Genitals”

I do not read many books during highschool because most of the time I was forced to study textbooks. Naturally, I avoid books whenever possible. I spent more time on WASD and mouse buttons.

When I am done with highschool. I had my first experience studying online. My university offers offline lecture and study notes. I can pretty much stay in room whole semester. That is when I start missing the smell of book again.

I started buying computer and car magazines. Soon, I realised I do not have money to invest in either any of them. So I started to buy Men’s Health. “At least I can take care of my own body” I told myself.

Men’s health magazine was my bible for two years. Then, I stopped buying Men’s health magazine because the content are repetitive. Well, you can say that I have a complete workout instructions now. Olivia always say “why you always buy that book oh? You are still fat ar..”

And then until one year ago, I started reading all sorts of books. Not limiting myself to magazines. I bought all sorts of books that range from politics, fishing, bibliography, motivational, guides to photography. I try to avoid fiction and non-fiction novels cause I think that’s wasting my time. Hehe .

I download ebooks illegally too. Who doesn’t like free stuffs?

I prefer to print out ebooks than reading it on the screen. I won’t last even 5 minutes. Printing it out costs less than an actual book. Do you agree?

Ahbing teaches you how to cook: The Chicken Wing™

Friends call me “King of Chicken Wing” for a good reason. I make normal chicken wings become super delicious chicken wings. Any woman ate my chicken wings, confirm become my woman.

Two days ago, I bought 7kg of chicken wings due to popular demand. No, I am not talking about the chicken wings, I am talking about myself

Today I am feeling generous. I decided to share my recipe with readers. Remember, this is one very geng chao recipe. If you wanted to be famous. You have to feed them The Chicken Wing™.

You will need:

Sea salt
Ground black pepper
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Mince garlic
Ginger paste (optional)

And that’s it! Very easy right?

7 kgs of chicken wings were dissected, prepare to marinate.

Hint#1: Dissect the wings to make it easier to fry, and makes the portion looks more too!

For best result, marinate it overnight in a refrigerator. Take out chicken wings to room temperature 30 minutes before frying. I sound so pro here hahaha. I’ve my research online mahh… I am serious about these shit, yo!

You can cook the chicken wings however you want. Either oven, saute or deep fry. I prefer deep fry cause it’s much simpler. Boiling and microwaving the chicken wings are not advisable though. If that thought ever cross your mind, I bet you never step into kitchen .

If you choose to deep fry, you’ll need these:

1/3 plain flour
1/3 corn flour
1/3 rice flour

Mix these flour together and lightly cover the wings. Deep fry it under 180 degree of hot oil. Approx 6-9 mins.

July is coming, which implies we still have half year left in 2009. Are you still on track with your resolution? What have you archieved so far?

Personally, I have been very active in internet. University asides, I’ve been spending most of my time in front computer. Social life is out of the equation, though. I skipped night life, I skipped sports, I stay home… and learn the “internet”. I found something I’ve been looking - I found a goal (not sharing in blog ) I am so excited with my plans ahead.

Well, six months has past by, and it’s about time to quit hibernation and return to a normal person. I can apply the word 宅男 on myself, proudly. Limbeh 修炼完毕，可以下山了.

If you invite me to party, sports or some sort of activity. It will be unlikely for me to turn down unless I am busy. Invite me for beer session, I’ll be there.

Jimmy invited me to a lunch session with his new friend from Hong Kong, last Saturday.

“Hi, do you want to go lunch with me? I have a new friend from Hong Kong, leng lui” that’s what he said la.”Ui, come backup me eh lin si. I cannot tahan 1v1 with girl oh” that’s what I think he implies. Hahahaha. I asked him “you need backup issit? just say mah. I become your wing-man”. He say “yayaya”.

I called Khai and see he wanna join or not. He has been lonely at home.

Unfortunately, we did not take photo with that Hong Kong girl. Damn!! How can we all forget!? DAMN DAMN DAMN. This is my biggest failure since 2002.

After lunch, we hang out in arcade awhile. Pay money to play basketball and bowling. Ridiculous. lol. I kinda miss bowling We went movie as well, watched Terminator 4. This is my first time stepping into cinema since beginning of 2009. Told ya I was in hibernation mode

On our way back, we saw leng lui driving Skyline R33. Puk!! I want her!!

Jimmy and I went to lunch the other day. All of sudden we saw a big Pac Man in the middle of street. We chase up and took a photo. The ang moh is cute right? Her name is Jessica and she is 18 years old.

We asked her why she wear like that, she said “I knew someone gonna take photo with me. I’ve been expecting you, Bing”

Unfortunately, it’s not true. We just randomly saw her and requested to take photo.

I wanted to say “hey, you got balls!” :mrgreen: She’s really cute right? Awww.

I Formed a New Band With Shannon

Shannon is back!

Back is not exactly the word I wanted to use. The fact is, Shannon doesn’t study nor work at Australia. But he loves coming back for his 马子 (fohzai, aka girlfriend) He is staying back for six weeks this time. Wohoo! its cool to have him around! Definitely will see him frequently on ahbing.com in upcoming weeks. Semester break is about to start too

We went 7-8 restaurant for dinner again. Duh I don’t even want to talk about this restaurant anymore cause I’ve mentioned it so many times at ahbing.com. Type “7-8″ in the search box on top right and you will get heaps of results.

It feels great to hang out with high school friends, especially we are from same batch. We don’t have to speak English, and freely talk in our own KK slang “不要酱吧，屌你”. Sounds familiar to you?

I feel a bit lonely around that table, cause everyone seems to attend with other-half. Jennifer with her boyfriend from Taiwan (only this guy is not from KK )

After the dinner, we went to Jamie’s house and played Guitar Hero. I am not bad you know, surprisingly! In fact, this is my first attempt on drums hehe. I can play drums! Old saying: “People who are great at drums are great.. ”

I am a good example. Nyiahahaha

Ahbing Got Love-Shaped Pancakes, You Got or Not?

Being a blogger myself, I love to visit other’s blog. Oftenly I get inspirations and motivation from other’s blog. Well, used to be like that lah. Now, blogging has become part of my daily routine Eh wait, that doesn’t mean I don’t get inspirations anymore. that is not what I mean. Hehe.

I hop around blog’o’sphere randomly. The way I do it, is open 20 tabs at once, and go through it one by one (I love Australia internet ) Most of the time I just skim through the blog if it is too wordy. Blogs which has photos tends to attract me. Especially those with good foods photo. I usually leave comments in blogs I like.

Recently, I found Chef Mel’s Blog - Food, Glorious Food. And I left following comment.

Her name is Melanie, and she is from Kuching, Sarawak. And MAN, she knows how to cook! If you don’t believe, read this. She got my 80% skills already man! Hahhaha, I love to be cocky once in awhile. Man with huge balls have to speak like they really got balls

Then, Melanie return visit and left a comment on my cbox as well.

You oftenly see my Chatbox on the right side usually got message like “Hey thanks for visiting” or “walk by”. That’s because I always leave message on others Cbox. They return to revenge.

And being a nice guy I am, I try to reply each of their comments. I especially love readers who leave message in my comment box, not chatbox (on sidebar).
