As I waited in line for more than three hours to vote, a few thoughts occurred to me. I am calling them the four P’s of voting.</p> <p><strong>Procrastination.</strong> Early voting in Illinois started two weeks ago, but for whatever reason I, like thousands of my fellow citizens, decided that the afternoon of the last day of early voting was a perfect time to go.
