I think this would be the best looking Noumi figure that I’ve come across. Following 1/8 Ranka Lee [Nyan-Nyan Ver.], this is the 2nd time this week that Hiromitsu Morikawa has awed me with such a lovely figure.

So this unemployed woman decided to set her employment adviser ablaze with a bottle of gasoline, causing serious burns to the upper body of the 40-year-old employment adviser.

Kumi Takahashi, an employment adviser at the local branch of the national jobs agency Hello Work, was covered with flames when a passerby called the police shortly after 8 a.m. and was rushed to hospital, Chiba prefectural police said.

Police arrested Fan Yuping, a 45-year-old resident of Kashiwa in the same prefecture, who was near the scene, on suspicion of attempted murder. The arrested woman says she was born in China, according to the police.

Fan was quoted as telling investigators, ‘‘I have been so desperate as I have been looking for a job but couldn’t find one. I wanted to kill myself, too.’’

She told police she poured gasoline on Takahashi from a plastic bottle and set her on fire with a lighter.

According to Hello Work’s Noda office, Takahashi is in charge of introducing job offers and was scheduled to work as usual on Wednesday.
