No matter how bad the market is I bet I can find a buyer for ahouse that I can make a profit on by selling it for $1 more than$2000!
Best of all, if my buyer gives me a $2000 down payment on a housethat I bought for $2000, I'm in a pure profit situation!!!

Hola, espero esten muy bien.
Escribo este articulo unos dias despues de haber subido a youtube y otros sites de videos un video que hablaba exactamente de eso. No es que me guste hablar de crisis, de hecho recomiendo no hablar de eso, y obviamente no ver o escuchar o leer noticias pues de lo unico que hablan es de crisis y actualmente mucha gente no habla mas que de eso. Es entendible pues si vives en Estados Unidos, la gasolina esta carisima y como consecuencia todo esta subiendo de precio. En Mexico, aunque la gasolina sigue en un precio aceptable, ya esta subiendo, y todo lo demas tambien. Lo mismo es en todo el mundo. Asi que es facil que se hable de eso.
Pero, para poder precisamente superarla, e incluso volverte inmune a ella, lo primero que tienes que hacer, es no hablar de ella, si te hablan de ella, cambia de tema pues mientras mas te sumergas en ese tema, mas la vas a atraer.
En fin, vamos al grano, si deseas superar la crisis y/o como comento volverte inmune a ella, lo que tienes que hacer es vacunarte contra ella.
Preguntaras, como es eso de "vacunarse" contra ella.
La respuesta es sencilla, haz algo distinto o adicional a lo que en este momento te tiene o al borde de la crisis, cerca de ella o ya en ella.
¿Como que preguntaras?
Te comentare en mi caso lo que estoy haciendo. Hace mucho me di cuenta del potencial que representa internet, asi que busque oportunidades de negocio por internet.
Despues de mucho buscar, encontre una excelente oportunidad de negocio llmada Abunza.

Hola, espero estes bien.
Escribo esto porque ayer, en un solo dia, recibi 8 correos electronicos ofreciendome 8 oportunidades de negocio distintas y 2 estimados amigos aqui en Mexico D.F me llamaron para ofrecerme 3 negocios mas. Asi es, 3, no 2 pues uno de ellos me ofrecio 2.
Eso me puso a pensar mucho sabes.
Para quien apenas esta empezando esta maravillosa actividad de NEGOCIO POR INTERNET debe ser una verdadera locura o pesadilla por cual decidirse.
Tantas ofertas tentadoras, todas dando argumentos para definirse como la mejor.
Entonces ¿ que hacer ?
Antes de invertir en un negocio por internet, te recomiendo cheques bien estos detalles.
Primero,que te guste, tanto el producto o servicio que manejan, como el plan de comisiones que tienen.
Segundo,investiga lo mas que puedas la empresa. Que se dice de ella en internet. Que fama tiene.
Si es nueva, habla a la empresa.
Que te de seguridad.
Tres, muy importante, comprueba que vas a recibir verdadero apoyo de la persona que te invita. Lo mas probable sera que sea un desconocido pues eso es lo comun en internet. No importa, hablale,ve como es su trato, si ves que esta dispuesto a ayudarte, enseñarte y apoyarte.
Si el es que te habla, mejor.
Cuarto, muy importante el apoyo y entrenamiento que vas a recibir de la compañia.
Una empresa que no se preocupa por esos detalles, mejor desechala.
En mi caso, estoy en 2 empresas que cumplen con esos requisitos.

Hello, i'm writing this to share with you a SHORTCUT to get what i wrote in my last post and that i think is the biggest key to get everything you want.That is, to FEEL GOOD ALWAYS.Yes, always, no matter what is happening in your life right now,you must feel good at every moment of your existence.To achieve it, you need to be always alert of how you are feeling, if you don't feel good, check what are you thinking, there you will discover the reason why you feel that way.Change what you are thinking, and your feeling will change.The reverse works the same way, if you feel good, you will be always have the correct and positive thoughts.Ok, now, the shortcut.It's so easy that seems incredible,but believe me, IT WORKS!Everytime you remember it, or everytime you don't feel the ideal way, just repeat this phrase"I choose to feel Good now"After some minutes repeating it, use aproximately just 17 seconds bringing a happy thought, a happy memory, something that really brings you a BIG SMILE.Why this is so important, because if you feel good, much more things that will make you feel good will come into your life.BELIEVE ME
