The successor to the highly revered Android device, the Samsung Galaxy S3, will soon be here. The launch will take place on March 14, 7PM, in New York City&amp;#39;s Times Square. Titled, &amp;quot;SAMSUNG UNPACKED 2013 Episode 1,&amp;quot; the event - open to media and the public - will feature the new Samsung Galaxy S4 device. While pricing and availability is still unclear, the phone is reported to be available in Black or White, and in the following sizes: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. For those of you waiting for the flagship BlackBerry Z10, three major U.S. carriers AT&amp;amp;T, T-Mobile and Verizon have already confirmed plans for a launch later this year, with T-Mobile expected to be the first carrier to launch the device sometime this month. The exact dates and prices are unknown due to unfinished hardware and platform testing. Sprint has decided to forgo the Z10 device and focus instead on its Qwerty keyboarded counterpart, the Q10, and anticipates a launch in late Spring. Verizon
