miss tera is one of the most talented athletes i’ve had the pleasure of meeting. not only did she try out for the junior olympic trails last summer, she plans to be a razorback at the university of arkansas. they are lucky to have such a talented swimmer!

Do you count down the days till anything? GRADUATION!!!

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? To see the Roman Colosseum, the Chateau de If, and London.

I would love to go backpacking through Europe.

What is on the walls in your room? absolutely everything. I don’t like blank spaces and I’m extremely expressive, so I have random stuff from meaningful moments in my life to random candy wrappers I like all over my bulletin board (which is 16 ft squared and lined in swim caps from all over the country). I also loveee pictures so I have a ton of frames all over, too.

Phobias? Sharks! Fascinating creatures and love to learn about them, but let’s just say I’m a wee bit scared to go surfing.

i must admit that lelani wins the prize for willingness to do have her session on the hottest day! i think it was at least 105 degrees outside and by the end of our session we all had lost a couple of pounds

welcome the lovely anna to all about me photography! i am always so excited when i get to see clients again, and when you specialize in photographing high school seniors that typically means you do their siblings photos as well

anna, is the lovely sister to erica that i photographed two years ago, so it was great to see everyone and catch up with them. so, without further rambling from me, my last 2010 senior to finally hit the blog!

What sports do you play: I play volleyball, track, powerlifting, and have been playing softball for 11 years, and plan to continue playing for UTPB.

Plans After High School: Attend UT Permian Basin and Major in Biology, Minor in Spanish. I want to become an Orthopedic Surgeon!

After the passing of my sister Joy, this truly signified her influence in my life. I love her.

Meet the incredible talented Tasha ~ she came to all about me photography as a referral from these lovely ladies — thanks! When Tasha called she knew from the beginning that she wanted to do an downtown urban session and that is just what we did. What I’m not sure she factored into was the need to change clothes under a bridge while a bird pooped on the reflector she hid behind, nor did we realize that she was posing against a shrine one of the local homeless people had set up…needless to say, we left that area pretty quick-like. Thanks Tasha for being willing to try anything and enduring the wonderful Texas heat!

let me just say that i loved everything about lainey’s senior photos — the outfits, her fun & lively personality, and especially her wonderful, loving supportive mom. i am still behind on my blogging, as you will soon realize when i admit to you that lainey is a 2010 graduate, but i am working on catching up {and, tasha, your session is next}. so, sit back, relax, enjoy a few of the captures this lovely lady brought that day ~

Phobias? L: I am terrified of frogs and toads. I will cry if i’m anywhere close to one.

What do you love most about your family? L: They will always love me no matter what I do. They are very accepting and always know how to make me feel comfortable. It also helps that we are all crazy and always know how to have fun.
