No fue facil ser miembro de la iglesia, significo dejar viejas costumbres, habitos e incluso amistades, pero cuando tienes la certeza de que lo que haces es lo correcto, entonces fiel es el Señor que te ayudará y te sostendrá. La perseverancia, la fe y la obediencia han sido la clave para permanecer fiel al evangelio. Te sugiero que vayas a la capilla mas cercana a tu hogar, conozcas hermanos(as), a los misioneros y se pongan de acuerdo para enseñarte puede ser en la misma capilla o de alguna familia de la iglesia. Te puedes casar sin problema, tu novio ha de entender tu condición ya que no eras miembro de la iglesia y pudiste cometer errores que en el momento ya quedaron como parte de tu pasado. Si descubres que tu pareja es infiel y es miembro de la iglesia tiene que pasar por un proceso disciplinario que se aplicará por el lider espiritual que presida el barrio al que pertenece. La desición que se tome será la más adecuada. Servimos de manera voluntaria en diferentes cargos o llamamientos que hay dentro de la iglesia. Cuando se extiende o se llama a servir a una persona, esta debe recibir el comun acuerdo de la congregación donde va a prestar dicho servicio. Lo hacemos entonces en una reuniòn especial llamada sacramental donde los hermanos levantan la mano derecha en señal de aprobación y sostenimiento en el cargo o llamamiento al que haya sido llamada la persona. Posteriormente la persona que preside (dirige) la congregación asigna a alguien para apartar a la persona a través de una ordenanza especial que se hace por imposición de manos con la debida autoridad del sacerdocio. Se aparta entonces a la persona al cargo o llamamiento respectivo y se dictan las impresiones que la persona que aparta reciba por inspiración del Espíritu Santo.
