"David looked stunned as Krystal told the judge that she and David should not be granted custody of Little Adam. The judge inquired why, and Krystal replied that David was not the man that he seemed to be. Krystal explained that David was "obsessed" with Little Adam and would stop at nothing to raise his grandchild. Krystal revealed that David paid Amanda to get JR drunk. Krystal further noted that David got Krystal hooked on pills.

David stood up and begged Krystal to tell the judge the truth. Krystal looked distraught and affirmed that David should not have custody of Little Adam. David screamed for Krystal to stop as he walked toward his wife. The bailiff restrained David and removed him from the court.

Jesse told David that he needed to calm down or he would be arrested. David commented that Jesse loved watching his life get torched. Jesse stated that he simply wanted to see Little Adam happy, healthy, and safe.

JR's attorney, Barry, asked Krystal if David ever hit her. Krystal answered that David "hurt" her. Krystal tried to explain that it was an accident, but the lawyer cut her off. The judge announced that she was ready to render her decision.

Krystal left the courtroom to find David. She begged him to let her explain, but he did not want to hear it, and left.

JR carried Little Adam out of the court. The boy happily told Krystal that he was going home with his father. Krystal shed tears as she hugged Little Adam. The boy asked why his grandmother was sad. She claimed that she was happy. JR and Colby thanked Krystal for helping them win the case.

Tad congratulated Krystal on telling the truth. He was elated that she finally accepted the truth about David. She looked distraught and stated that she needed to go home to try to repair her marriage. Tad urged her not to go alone, because David was dangerous. She noted that she was not scared of David and that she needed her husband. Tad looked horrified when he realized that Krystal was still in love with David.

JR brought Little Adam home. The boy promised to be good and begged his father to let him stay. JR explained that Little Adam was not at fault for the custody battle. JR stated that it was his mistakes that forced Little Adam to live with Angie and Jesse. JR told his son that he loved him very much.

Krystal went home and found David sitting alone in the living room. She apologized to him. He did not blame her for her actions in the courtroom; instead, he blamed Adam. David demanded to know what information Adam was blackmailing her with. David said that he wanted to help his wife and pleaded with her to confide in him. She looked sad and stated that she could not tell David the truth. He commented that he was tired of being in a marriage with no trust, and he left.

Tad entered Krystal's home. Krystal began to cry hysterically. Tad asked if David had hurt her. She replied that David did nothing wrong and that she was to blame. She continued to cry and Tad hugged her.

Colby called Adam on her cell phone, so he could hear Krystal's testimony in court. After Krystal spoke, Adam hung up the phone with a triumphant look on his face. Adam was certain that the judge would give JR custody of Little Adam. Adam then got out of his hospital bed to get dressed. Erica stopped him and stated that Joe did not release him.

Adam scolded Erica for letting the "incompetent" Joe Martin treat him. He told her that she could leave because he no longer needed her. She did not want to go because she was concerned that he might be ill. He demanded that she get him his pants and "run along." She looked insulted as she grabbed his pants. She threw his pants into the hallway and told Adam to get them himself.

Joe saw Adam out of bed and made him sit back down. Joe said that Adam could not leave until the results from his blood work returned from the lab.

JR, Colby, and Little Adam visited Adam. Little Adam hugged his grandfather and announced that he was going home. Adam was very happy to hear the news. JR and Colby offered to stay at the hospital until Adam was released, but Adam urged them to go. Adam claimed that he was fine and would be home soon.

David entered Adam's room. David demanded to know how Adam was able to blackmail Krystal. Adam snidely commented that secrets could ruin a marriage. Adam then slyly laughed and refused to give David any information. David revealed a syringe and stated that he would not take no for an answer.

Kendall went to the hospital for a checkup and ran into Erica. Kendall divulged that she had signed divorce papers, which upset Erica. Erica felt that Kendall gave up on her family. Kendall reminded her mother that Zach gave her the divorce papers. Erica believed that Zach did not really want a divorce.

Kendall affirmed that she had made a decision and Ryan was the man she wanted to be with. Erica said that she was tired of Kendall ruining everything important in her life. Erica told Kendall that she would no longer help her daughter keep her life in order.

Annie spoke with Dr. Burke about her recovery. Dr. Burke was pleased with her progress. Annie stated that her goal was to get healthy, so she could be reunited with her daughter. Dr. Burke reminded her that, if she got healthy, she would have to stand trial for her crimes.

Ryan asked Aidan to go to his penthouse. Ryan inquired why Aidan's cell phone was in his home. Aidan pretended that he broke into the home to steal a picture of Emma for JR. Ryan did not believe the story, though. Aidan said that Annie deserved to see Emma, but Ryan strongly disagreed. Ryan told Aidan to get out of his house. After Aidan left, Ryan called Dr. Burke.

The administrator revealed that Annie was being transferred to another facility because someone called Dr. Burke to complain that Aidan was interfering with Annie's recovery.

Aidan went into Annie's room and assured her that everything would be fine. He promised that he would find her and visit her, no matter what.

Two orderlies tried to place Annie in a wheelchair, but she would not budge until she got her picture of Emma. Dr. Burke gave Annie a shot. She wearily looked up and saw Aidan dressed as an orderly.

Kendall arrived at Ryan's penthouse and announced that she had signed divorce papers. Ryan did not think that the papers changed anything. He was reluctant to enter into a relationship with Kendall because she still lived with Zach. She explained that she could not leave her home until Ian was better. She told Ryan that she loved him and asked him if he loved her. He said nothing, so she turned to leave. He grabbed her and kissed her before she could go."

"Dixie and Tad finally come face to face and David, incensed, tries to convince Tad that his eyes are deceiving him. He goes so far as to say that he had been experimenting with a mind‑altering drug, and that when Tad walked into the cabin, the hallucinations started. Tad and Dixie are oblivious however, as memories of all of the times that they shared together – first meeting, kisses, laughter, love, joy, marriage – come rushing back. As tears slide down Dixie’s face, Tad stares at her in utter disbelief. He reaches out to touch her, to see if she is real – or if, for once, David is telling the truth. A look of amazement washes over his face as he realizes that the vision before him is actually a corporeal being. David continues to try to disrupt their connection, but Tad ignores him and grabs Dixie’s hand in an attempt to take her away so that they can talk in peace. David is enraged at his loss of control, at the revelation occurring before he was ready, and he physically tries to stop Tad from leaving with his beloved. He is rewarded with a roundhouse punch from Tad, and is still reeling when the former couple makes their grand exit.

They resurface in the woods, near a spot that they frequented years before, and Tad lets details of his anguished years spill out. He feels like he should have a million questions after four years but here, in the moment, he can’t think of one. He notes that the past doesn’t matter anymore and opts instead to tell her a story about seeing a picture of a woman in the paper who was the runner up in a chili contest in Ohio. Though the picture wasn’t the best quality, the woman looked enough like Dixie for him to pretend that she was still alive. He admits that he carried that picture around until it fell apart – and that incidents like that were indicative of how he held on to hope in the oddest ways, just for brief moments of peace. Dixie asks if he ever contacted the woman, but Tad denies ever doing so – because he knew in mere moments, his dream could be destroyed. He lets her in on the pain he felt because he couldn’t share any of these thoughts and feelings, and how even though it hurt, it’s what kept him going. He then recalls the most recent episode, and realizing that the here and now is much like when he first met Di, anger flares briefly. He immediately demands to know what she wants from him. This confuses Dixie, and Tad is quick to reveal that he believes that she is his dead wife – rather than a creature of the mad Dr. Hayward. Pained at the implications, Dixie wonders aloud if Tad wants her to be fake. Further, she questions whether he would ever be able to forgive her if she told him that she was indeed an imposter. She asks what he needs from her and he tells her simply that he needs the truth. If she is Dixie, he wants her story and more details than the one subject that David could have easily procured. He wants evidence that only the two of them would know. Dixie thinks for a moment, and then mentions Ozzie and Harriet. The statement has him enthralled and then remembers a time when he told Dixie that they were going to be one of the great love stories – and his comparison was Ozzie and Harriet. He is amazed that she managed to pick the one thing he couldn’t dispute. He then asks if she was at the Mardi Gras ball, and when she confirms it, he notes that Janet wasn’t hallucinating when she saw her. He surmises that she was there, watching her entire family all night, and heard them calling out after the explosion, when everyone tried to find their loved ones. He is amazed that she managed to stay hidden and not call back. His only guess is that she didn’t want her family back. As they sit and talk a bit longer, Tad offers his coat to Dixie, and as she wraps it around herself, and feels something hidden in an inside pocket. She pulls out a strand of keys, and finds a keychain that JR made years ago still attached. He laughs that even when other people have the sense to throw things away – he still hangs on…or at the very least, he tries to. Torn apart inside at his latest admission, Dixie can do naught but hug him, cry, and apologize for all the pain she caused.

Back at the cabin, David blows out the candles at his romantic table setting before starting to trash the room as he recovers from the blow.

Di is called to the boardroom at Chandler Enterprises and finds Jamie and JR there. They tell her that they need to test her and see if she is really up to the task of being a part of the family. Their first test is spite and malice. They soon reveal that this is just learning, she easily defeats them at their own game. She wants to play again, insisting that she just had a streak of beginner’s luck. The boys aren’t so willing – opting instead to move on to something more difficult. They throw additional and more difficult card games her way, and somehow she continues to beat them. Tad and Jamie finally decide that they have taken the wrong tack. They tell her that she needs to impress them somehow – without leaving the room – in a way that will convince them that she is worthy to be the next Mrs. Thaddeus Martin. She considers this for a moment, and then effortlessly builds a house of cards. Amazed that she was able to do that kind of slight of hand or magic glue, the boys are won over. They revel in good feelings until a battered David enters the room. He immediately notes that he has to have a little talk with her, given what he knows. None of the original three are interested in hearing what David has to say, but as is par for this course, Di pays little attention. He tells her that she has both good and bad news to deliver, and that it’s all rolled into one. Di tries to get him to leave before he can drop his bomb, but David will not be deterred. After a short moment, he reveals that Dixie is alive.

Babe visits Janet in the psych ward, and they revisit some of the incidents at the cabin, and the feelings they have because of it. All that aside, Janet admits to being happy with the way things turned out for Babe. Remaining cordial, Babe notes that she understands, and why Janet chose to do what she did. She then brings up the fact that Babe still might still be angry with people that interfered with her plans. Janet tells her that she will never be angry with her almost‑daughter, saying that the two of them could settle their differences with mutual forgiveness. Janet then points out the pink elephant in the room by announcing that Babe was successful in her bid to marry JR again. She then reveals that she believes Babe’s plot from the cabin is in motion – and asks how long Babe will keep up the charade before cutting all ties and taking off with Little Adam. Babe tries to convince her that the plan was bogus – it was just something that she used to get JR’s guard down, and then hit him where it hurts the most. Babe valiantly attempts to correct Janet’s line of thinking, saying that now what she wants most from her relationship with JR is to be able to trust him. She then admits that in order to gain that trust, she needs Janet’s help. Still believing that the end result will be JR out of the picture, Janet says that she can see Babe making her exit out of her romantic fantasy quite easily. Babe makes an effort to explain why JR is the way that he is: the fact that his mother left without saying goodbye and never came back, as well as the many trials and tribulations she herself put him through caused him an enormous amount of pain that he still hasn’t been able to heal from. The result of his past cause him to be bitter and jaded and explains succinctly why JR acts out the way that he does. Babe doesn’t question his actions any longer, because they all make sense. She then reminds Janet of her own reaction when she was threatened with losing Amanda. She begs Janet to stop interfering because she loves JR. Janet considers this but believes that asking when love has ever made anyone happy. Frustrated that Janet isn’t responding positively to her efforts, Babe insists that she will not allow her husband to be treated so poorly, and storms out.

In his hospital room, Erica urges Greg to tell Josh and Kendall the truth about their history and connection. Their children chomping at their respective bits, Greg appears amused at the fact that Erica seems to be pushing the issue. He nonchalantly asks if she feels that now is the time to reveal everything. Greg’s phrasing makes it sound as though he and Erica had an illicit affair, but Kendall quashes that theory before it can come to fruition: she tells Josh about the abortion that Erica had years ago, and how Greg was the one that performed the procedure. She also makes mention that having that same doctor that inseminated her daughter as well as the provider of subsequent care makes the current situation more than a little weird. Josh realizes that perhaps, because of the negativity that must have surrounded the incident, it’s not surprising that Erica still harbors some ill will towards his father. Erica claims to have dealt with any of the fallout from the abortion and says that she has been fine for years. However, she goes on to say, there is more to her connection with Greg that both Josh and Kendall don’t know and couldn’t imagine in their wildest dreams. Erica mentions the fact that she never pressed charges against Josh for the poisoning and asks her daughter if she can fathom why that could have happened. Kendall thinks that it could have been lack of evidence, but Erica drops that in lieu of mentioning the fact that of all places for a world renowned fertility expert to set up his practice – why would Greg choose Pine Valley? Josh thinks that Erica is suffering from some delusions based on her narcissistic belief that Greg is obsessed with her, and suggests that she might benefit from therapy. Erica smiles at this suggestion and asks Greg if he thought that perhaps they could all find family therapy helpful, seeing as how they are such a nice family unit. The duo continues to shoot more cryptic language back and forth, further frustrating their children. At Greg’s silence, Erica tells Josh that if he wants more information, he could ask Tad Martin. She notes that Tad is an amazing detective, and Greg manages to utter a sound of surprise as he realizes that Tad was the one who cracked the mystery and revealed the truth. Erica continues to test Greg’s limits by talking about the photo of Erica as a little girl that Tad found in Greg’s locked files. Greg’s monitors start to beep wildly, indicating the onset of another attack. Immediately frantic, Josh orders both Erica and Kendall out of the room. Once outside, Kendall demand that her mother tell her what happened between her and Dr. Madden before she and Josh arrived. Once again her cool, calm and collected self, Erica states that Greg had been spouting off his delusions that he and Erica shared some sort of cosmic destiny. She tries to use this detail to convince her daughter that she needs to find another doctor. Exasperated once again, Kendall vehemently insists that she knows what is best for her and her baby, and storms off.

Back inside the room, Josh is adamant that his father avoid Erica and anyone associated with her, for his health’s sake. Greg says that he will try but that answer isn’t good enough for Josh – he wants complete compliance. After checking his vitals again, he turns to leave the room. Moments later, Erica reenters and warns him not to take his reputation as a miracle worker too seriously. She tells Greg not to ever challenge her again or push her too far, or she will make him regret it – because he is no match for her."

"Babe wonders where JR's desire to have another baby has stemmed from. He even locks the doors to the office so they can get the ball rolling, but Babe wants to give the idea some more thought. JR thinks there is nothing to even contemplate – they are in love, married and already have one child. Even JR's kisses and hugs don't do the trick on Babe. She can see JR is trying to test her because he is letting Janet manipulate him, giving her a reason to mistrust him. She tells him she can't be with him if he is going to give into the fear Janet has implanted in his mind. JR claims he wants to trust her and promises to ignore any more weird messages from Janet.

Erica admits to Jackson that she is being nice to Greg to keep an eye on Kendall. Jackson presses Erica further about why the man she hates came on her show, so Erica claims she did have some plans, but Ryan made her come to her senses. Jackson is upset that Erica kept secrets from him and did not seek his advice on how to handle Greg. Erica claims her actions have also been a way to make Josh a better person, but Jackson still sees her as a spotlight hog. Erica knows Josh did some terrible things to her, but she wants to get past that. Jackson lets Erica know he could get Josh's medical license revoked and lock him in jail, if she wanted him to. Erica tells Jackson she does not want to wallow in the past, like he has done with Lily and Jonathan. Erica reminds him that Lily is his child and says the way Jackson treats her is not because she was with Jonathan. Erica says the turmoil the family has gone through over the past few months is all his fault, at least in her mind.

Greg remembers all of the times Erica offered him something to drink as Josh tries to figure out a way to punish her. He refuses to believe Erica is the one who drugged him, but Josh points out all of the circumstantial evidence that ties Erica to the crime. Josh claims Erica tried to kill him as a way to seek revenge for Kendall, but Greg admits that her actions have nothing to do with Kendall – maybe it is Josh. Josh gets upset that Greg continues to defend Erica, so Greg begins to tell him the truth about his paternity. Josh tells his father that despite their disagreements, he loves his father unconditionally and does not want to lose him. Josh wants his father to be open with him and asks him what he is hiding. Greg claims that he took the medicines himself because his heart has been having problems for the past several months. Erica has nothing to do with his condition, Greg adds. Josh thinks his father is lying because he has such strong feelings for Erica and threatens to tell him about the drugs. Greg tells him he will stop taking the drugs and listen to David's orders from now on. Josh gets paged and rushes off. As it hits Greg that Kendall is serious about Josh, she walks into his room with a basket of flowers.

Kendall hands Ryan the paper back and tells him to get out of the Fusion office. When Zach walks in, Kendall accuses him of plotting with Ryan, but Zach only came to see Simone. Ryan tells Kendall he is suing her for custody of their unborn child to protect him from Greg. Since Kendall is making all of the decisions herself, Ryan has decided to take action into his own hands. Ryan is confident Greg has some good reason to keep her doctor, but Kendall is not dropping her doctor until they can provide proof. Ryan slips up by saying he won't let Greg redo what he did to Erica, giving Kendall the chance to realize he is not talking about the abortion. Ryan says he just means that Greg hid the fact he performed the abortion, but that is not old news to Kendall. Ryan begs her to consider his instincts about Greg, but she says, “What do you think Greg is going to do? Steal this baby from my womb?” Ryan tries to work out a deal with Kendall – if she signs their son over to him, he'll drop the lawsuit. When Kendall blurts out that Ryan only wants their son to have as a possession, Ryan can see that Greg planted those ideas in her head.

Zach finds Simone up on the roof of Fusion, crying over Ethan's death. He hands her a copy of Ethan's birth certificate to prove he is acknowledging his son, but Simone thinks it's too late. When Zach begins to walk away, Simone tells him that for one second, she thought she was pregnant with Ethan's child. Her hopes were shattered when her menstrual cycle resumed after being a few days late. Simone breaks down into tears as Zach embraces her. She pushes away and claims she does not know how to be happy without Ethan. Zach asks Simone to remember her most special moment with Ethan to make her see that Ethan is not really that far away.

Zach comes back into the Fusion office, where Kendall tells both of them she will fight anything they try to pull on her. She runs to Jackson to seek his advice on how to handle Ryan. Back at Fusion, Ryan asks Zach about teaming up to help Kendall, but Zach wants to know what dirt he has on Greg first."

"Jonathan found Aidan and Erin at his office and told them about Jack finding he and Lily in the treehouse and how Lily had run off. Jonathan explained to Erin that he and Lily being together hurt no one and that he was frantic to find her. Just then, Lily came down the stairs and announced that she was on the lam. Lily said if she went home her dad would not let her see Jonathan and he would treat her like a little girl and that was unacceptable. Aidan called Jack and when he hung up the phone, he told her he had to take her back. Lily said she would not go back and she would run again. Erin told Lily and Jonathan to say goodbye to each other. Lily left with Aidan with tears in her eyes.

As Krystal laid on the sofa with a wet washcloth on her head, Adam asked her if she was pregnant. Krystal told him she wasn't pregnant. Adam talked about how wonderful it would be to have "their" baby. Krystal said no way, but Adam continued on and tried to talk her into it.

J.R. told Babe that he went to see Janet. He told Babe that Janet said that Babe was only with him to be close to Little Adam. J.R. said he wanted to trust her but wondered why she would say something like that to Janet. Babe told J.R. that she talked and blabbed the whole time to keep their son out of Janet's hands. She said that she told Janet that she wanted to be her daughter and they would raise Little Adam together. Babe told him that she said anything she had to so she could stay alive. Babe told J.R. that it was up to him to either believe what she told Janet or to believe in their love. He told her that if he blew it because of Janet, he was a lost cause.

Amanda went to the hospital to see Greg Madden. She ran into Josh and after a few ugly remarks Amanda told Josh that his dad had offered her a job. He told her there was no job and to stay away from his dad. Amanda told Jamie that Dr. Madden's offer meant someone trusted her. Josh looked at the toxicology report on Greg and couldn't believe what he saw.

In Dr. Madden's hospital room (as Kendall watched through the window) Zach asked where Dixie's daughter was. Obviously getting nowhere, Zach threatened Madden and told him he would get the truth out of him one way or another. Madden told Zach that to all the world Dixie was dead so if he knows otherwise he must be special. Again Zach asked about the baby and Madden told him he had no idea. He said that he connected families not tore them apart. Madden then asked Zach why he cared. Zach asked what he had planned for Kendall's baby just as she opened the door ever so slightly. Zach told him that if he hurt Kendall nothing would save him. Zach left and Kendall was waiting for him. Kendall attacked Zach for going to see Madden. She told Zach that he couldn't control her and that Madden had been with her from the beginning of her pregnancy and she would not switch doctors. She then went on a tirade about Julia wanting to adopt her baby and how that would never happen because no one tells her what to do. Zach figured out that she had already decided to give up her baby."

"Dr. Madden was visited by Erica in the hospital. He told her he felt wonderful and would be back at work very soon. Greg told her not to worry, but he was fine. Erica said she still wanted him to appear on her show. She said that she didn't want anything to spoil the plans she had for him.

Julia chewed out Josh for a diagnosis he made, but he told her that she had not read the updated chart. They bantered back and forth and said what they didn't like about each other, which was a lot. Julia admitted she was wrong about the chart and that Josh was right. Julia then went to Anita and asked to get off Madden's medical case. Anita asked her what the problem was and she told her that both Dr. Maddens were impossible.

Jonathan and Lily met at their treehouse. Jonathan told Lily that he was the reason Ryan couldn't have his baby. He explained that no one could forget what he had done. Lily gave him a list of things to do so Kendall would like him and give Ryan his baby.

Ryan went to Zach's office and asked him if he was the one who told Kendall to keep the baby from him. Ryan said he wanted to be a real father with or without Kendall, but now Kendall had decided that Ryan shouldn't be the one to raise his son. Ryan blamed Zach for Kendall's decision to give the baby up for adoption, but Zach told him that he actually told Kendall that Ryan should have his son. Zach told Ryan to get Madden away from Kendall now.

Babe was playing with Little A at Fusion and asked Kendall if she wanted to join them. Kendall told Babe that she didn't work in the baby's bedroom, so don't play in her office. Obviously annoyed, Kendall tried to get to Babe by being less than nice to Little A. Krystal came to get the baby and had a difference of opinion with Kendall. She left with Little A and went to the park. Babe went on and on about how wonderful it is to have a baby and Kendall told her to leave her alone. Being the intuitive person that she is, Babe realized that Kendall didn't want her baby. Babe continued on about how she must be nervous and when she sees the baby she will want it. Kendall told her she wasn't nervous, she just wasn't a mom."

Kendall went outside the condo wearing gloves. She looked around to make sure she was alone then started unscrewing the porch lights. A man came up behind her and put his hand over her mouth as he dragged her back into her condo. Aidan asked what she thought she was doing outside. Kendall said she was replacing light bulbs but Aidan didn't believe her at all. They sat down on the sofa and he saw the knife Kendall had strapped to her leg. Aidan gave her some tips on how to use the knife to quickly make the kill. Kendall said she wasn't afraid of blood and Aidan told her if she started this revenge on Michael she wouldn't be able to stop it. "I don't want to lose you to a prison sentence," he told Kendall. Kendall wondered how he could keep her from doing anything and he announced "Meet your new shadow!" Kendall wasn't thrilled but went to change clothes. When she returned she showed Aidan she had removed the knife, then offered to make him dinner. He said it would have to be something that didn't involve knives because he removed them all. She said she could make pasta and he wondered why she was being nice. Kendall said she owed him because he stopped her from doing something stupid again. Aidan said that sounded like alot of bull to him. His beeper went off and Kendall wondered who it was. Aidan said it was "Falcon", an old contact and he wanted to meet Aidan tonight at Peer 23. Kendall said he could go and she'd stay put but Aidan grabbed her and took her out the door with him.

Greenlee demanded answers from Carlos and Juan Pablo and asked point blank "Are you brothers?" Juan Pablo said yes and Simone went over to Carlos, saying they were close and he didn't even trust her. The two brothers began speaking in Spanish and Greenlee told them to speak English. Tad wondered "What are you two, a couple of murderers?" Juan Pablo answered, "You're half right." Greenlee accused Carlos lying to them all along so he told them about his past. He said he left Argentina when he was 14. Mia said "You mean you ran away because your brother murdered someone?" Carlos replied "My brother is not a murderer, I am." The girls were stunned. Tad suggested they take their story to the police but Juan Pablo refused. He said Carlos was defending the woman he loved from rape. Juan Pablo explained that one day on their ranch Carlos found his girlfriend being attacked by "Sergio." Carlos attacked him, they fought and Sergio was killed. His brothers pledged to kill Carlos so Juan Pablo emptied a safe and got him to America. Carlos said Sergio got what he deserved, he was no better than Michael Cambias. Greenlee turned to Juan Pablo and said "So the real reason you came here was for Carlos?" with a very hurt look on her face. Juan Pablo said yes and Greenlee replied "Well, you found him, have a nice trip home" and walked to the elevator. Juan Pablo told Tad he put Carlos in danger. Tad said Carlos had killed another human being. Simone stuck up for Carlos but Tad still thinks Carlos is putting the Fusion women in danger. Juan Pablo and Carlos converse in Spanish and then Carlos turned to the women and said he was sorry. He and his brother started out the door and Juan Pablo turned back and told Tad "If you tell anyone what happened here today you'll pay." They left the office and Simone said Carlos was a hero but Mia said they were liars. The elevator doors opened and Aidan dragged Kendall into the office. He asked Mia and Simone to watch her for a couple of hours, "Don't let her out of your sight!" They agreed and he ran off to meet Falcon. The three women sat at their desks and worked silently. Kendall hatched a plan to sneak out while Simone sat very depressed and Mia worked on the Sexiest Man campaign. Simone finally asked Kendall what Aidan was afraid Kendall would do. Kendall said Aidan was insanely jealous of her "other relationships." Mia spoke up "Give me a break! He asked us to watch you because he knew you might go after Michael Cambias." Kendall told her to shut up and count the votes. Seconds later Kendall began yelping in pain and saying she had gotten correction fluid in her eye. At first Mia and Simone sat still and just watched Kendall's act. Finally Simone said she'd get some water and left the room. Kendall asked Mia for a towel so Mia followed Simone. Kendall grabbed her purse and ran for the elevator. Meanwhile Aidan paced back and forth in an alley, wondering where Falcon was.

Maggie pounded on the door, calling for Bianca. Finally Bianca opened it and let Maggie in. Maggie could see Bianca was quite shaken up by the court proceedings and told her to just "let it out." Maggie picked up one of Erica's decorative vases and handed it to Bianca, telling her to throw it and pretend it was Michael. Bianca sat down and Maggie joined her. Bianca told Maggie about the pregnancy. With utter disgust Maggie said "Michael is a dead man." Bianca begged her friend not to tell a soul and Maggie promised. She asked Bianca if she'd thought about what to do. Bianca said yes and that David said she has some time to decide. Maggie said she'd help her in anyway she could. Bianca began screaming "I hate him! I hate him!" and threw the vase at the wall. Maggie said Bianca wasn't alone and she replied "No, because his baby is growing inside me. I'll never have my life back." Maggie told her she would but Bianca said Erica thought the same thing when she had Kendall and gave her up for adoption. Then Kendall came back and brought everything back with her. Bianca said she couldn't live this way and Maggie swore they'd make Michael pay. Maggie asked if Bianca wanted her to stay the night but Bianca said no, her mother was there and she'd be fine. They hugged and Maggie left. Later Bianca came out from the bedroom looking for her mother. She called out for her but Erica was not home. Bianca wondered where she went.

After leaving Bianca Maggie went to the student union and found a student who had written an anti–gun‑control article for the school paper. She sat down and asked alot of questions. Finally she asked if he had his gun with him and he said yes. He brought it out and told her the safety was on, "you don't want to shoot the wrong person." Maggie responded "I just want to protect the people I care about" and smiled as she held the gun.

In the evidence room Anna questioned Jackson on whether being a vigilante was the right way to go with Michael Cambias. She was afraid Jack was considering manipulating evidence to get Michael behind bars. Jack said that all he knows is that he told his niece she'd be ok, that the law would take care of her. "What is she supposed to do now if she goes out to dinner and gets seated near the man who raped her?" Anna said "Murder is murder. Even the life of someone like Michael Cambias comes with a price." She walked out the door. Jack shut it and then took out a gun from his pocket and looked at it. He went back to his office and Reggie showed up. Reggie said he'd been thinking about Michael and that they can't let him get away with what he did. Jack changed the subject and told Reggie he had something more fun to think about. He handed Reggie a large folder and said "That is, if you still want to be my son?." Reggie replied "Heck yeah! Is this for real?" Jack said the adoption would be final tomorrow. Reggie said it was a big step and Jack asked if he was up for it and did he have any second thoughts. Reggie quipped "Second thoughts?? Do you know how hard it is to find a nice place with central air?" Jack told him to cut out the kidding, that he was trying to make sure Reggie was taken care of. Reggie asked where Jack was going and Jack said no where. Reggie said he wasn't stupid and he recognized when a guy was settling his tab. Jack said again that he wasn't going anywhere and made Reggie repeat it. Jack said he wants everyone to know they're family and Reggie said that was cool. Jack told him he couldn't go to dinner because he had some more work to do. But he asked that Reggie watch out for Bianca, in case Michael Cambias got a crazy idea to go after her. Reggie said it was no problem, family has to stick together and he'd watch out for his cousin. Jack hugged Reggie and Reggie left. Jack shut the door and got out the gun again. He checked to make sure it was loaded.

Greenlee walked into her apartment and was startled to find her mother and grandfather waiting for her. Woodruff explained that Erica had sent him a report of all of Mary's exploits in Europe. He said he was fed up with all of Mary's lies and what she's done to Greenlee. Mary said she didn't admit Jack was the father of her baby because she didn't think he would fit in with her family. Woodruff said she was a snob and Mary replied that he taught her how to be one. He then told her that he had cut off her money supply completely. Mary was horrified and asked about her inheritance. Her father said it was staying in the family because he was giving it all to Greenlee. Greenlee was speechless as her mother stared at her. Woodruff turned to Greenlee and said "Congratulations sweetheart, you just became a wealthy woman!" Mary started throwing a fit and threatened to get an attorney to declare her father senile. He repeated that she was to get nothing more from him and then kissed Greenlee, wishing her all the happiness in the world and left. Mary called in a pathetic voice "Daddy? Daddy?" then turned to Greenlee. She said she didn't really mean the horrible things she had just said but Greenlee laughed at her. Mary started to cry and said she had nothing and needed to maintain her lifestyle. Greenlee told her to get a job because she and Jack were not going to support her. Greenlee ordered her mother out but Mary whined that she had done the best she could for Greenlee. Greenlee said she wasn't taking this from her, that the only good thing she ever did was give her a father she could count on, one that always told her the truth. Mary said "Father? you mean Jackson? But he did lie to you!"
