I’m not a purist by any means but the zoom property does not validate using the CSS validating service from the W3C. Is this something to consider or shall we just blow it off and use

@Jon I suppose you could divide 100 by the total number of tabs and subtract that amount from each tab then add 100px right margin to the 3rd tab.

But that seems like a bit much. Honestly I haven't used this technique in quite a while now and would more likely opt to use display: table and display: table-cell.

Any thoughts on how you could alter this to allow for a space between two li's but center around it as in a split navigation on both sides of a logo with a width of 100px absolute postioned over the menu...

I have the same problem as you did with their website, the “Error:The page you are trying to access is not available. Please contact the administrator for more details.”

My problem with Costco is that they insist that I purchase a membership to use the Cash Cards my wife bought me while she's out of the country visiting family. She took our Costco membership card with her, so she could shop at Costco in Taiwan, and she bought me some Cash Cards. Now Costco is trying to tell me that we have to purchase *another* membership so I can use the Cash Cards!

Bad thing is, this is the SECOND time this has happened! Same exact circumstances, a few years ago. Costco Corporate issued an apology last time, this time, I can't even contact them!

Hi,

I am trying to use this on a list, the list is vertical instead of horizontal but it seems to want to stop at around 320px wide? Any ideas?

When multiple people at your company are working on the same css file it's definitely nice use alphabetization because then you're not adhering to someone else's concept of what a "logical order" might be.

It seemed like a bad idea to me at first, but now it ends up making more efficient. You're also not likely to accidentally write the same attribute twice. AND if you copy & paste out of Firebug, they're in alphabetical order anyway, so that's a bonus.
