On December 18, 1998, Agent Thomas Rogan receives a distressing, shorted phone-call from his fiancé, Sophie Richards at the Curien Mansion, the home and laboratory of Dr. Roy Curien, a renowned biochemist and geneticist. Together with his partner Agent G, they arrive on the scene at the Curien Mansion, amidst a series of ominous occurrences and disappearances at the mansion, to immediately discover the estate overrun with hellish creations. A mortally wounded man gives them a small field diary showing information of all of Curien's deadly creations and their weak points. It is used every time the player(s) are confronted by a boss.

Curien was obsessed with discovering the nature of life and death, supported by the DBR Corporation and its own team of scientists. However, Curien's relentless pursuit of this goal led him to grow insane, with his behavior growing more erratic and the nature of his experiments beginning to take a gruesome turn. Curien's plan for his research ultimately resulted in the release of his experimental subjects into the world. Wasting no time, they storm inside the mansion in order to find and save Sophie. Witnessing first-hand the terror unleashed by Curien's abominations, and after Sophie suffers life-threatening injuries as a result, Rogan and G go further inside the mansion and lab of Curien to bring him to justice, uncovering the nature behind his research in the process.

Amidst the chaos wrought by Curien, Rogan and "G" face many formidable foes, including The Chariot, an undead, armour-clad, neo-warrior wielding a bardiche who mortally wounds Rogan's fiancée Sophie Richards before the player faces him in battle, and The Hanged Man, a winged gargoyle/bat-like creature. The Hanged Man captures Sophie in the game's opening stage before stealing away over the mansion. In the Third chapter, the AMS agents confront Curien, who releases The Hermit, an eight-legged spider-like creature that spits balls of web upon them, allowing Curien to escape to his lab.

Upon confronting Curien a second time, the AMS agents are to encounter his masterpiece, The Magician, a humanoid demon-esque creature, which possesses a mastery of fire. After Curien releases the creature from its incubation chamber, the Magician reveals itself to be self-aware, refusing to serve any master and Dr. Curien is killed by his creation. To prevent the Magician from escaping the mansion and destroying the world, Rogan and 'G' confront the creature in one final battle. They succeed in destroying Curien's monster and are then given one last, chilling warning from the Magician.

The Magician explodes. Rogan and 'G' leave the mansion, taking one last look at it from the outside.

There are, however, alternate endings that the player can achieve upon completing the game. One ending, in which the camera pans to the foyer one last time; the doors open, revealing Sophie to be alive, running towards the camera saying "Thank you!", another shows Sophie has now become one of the undead--the last corpse remaining, all depending on the player's final score and the number of continues used.

Dr Katz Professional Therapist Episode 1 - FULL EPISODE

Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist is an American animated series that originally ran on Comedy Central from May 28, 1995 to December 24, 1999—with a final set of three shelved episodes airing in 2002—starring Jonathan Katz, Jon Benjamin, and Laura Silverman. The show was created by a Burbank, California production company Popular Arts Entertainment (executive producers: Tim Braine, Kevin Meagher, and David Pritchard), with Jonathan Katz and Tom Snyder, developed and first made by Popular Arts for HBO Downtown Productions. Boston based Tom Snyder Productions became the hands-on production company, and the episodes were usually produced by Katz and Loren Bouchard.

The show was computer animated in a crude, easily recognizable style called Squigglevision (a device Snyder had employed in his educational animation business) in which all persons and animate objects are colored and have constantly squiggling outlines, while most other inanimate objects are static and usually gray in color.[2] The original challenge Popular Arts faced was how to repurpose recorded stand-up comedy material. To do so they based Dr. Katz's patients on stand-up comics for the first several episodes, simply having them recite their stand-up acts. The secondary challenge was how to affordably animate on cable TV at the time. Snyder (a boyhood friend of Braine's) had Squigglevision, an inexpensive means of getting animation on cable, which could not afford traditional animation processes. A partnership between Popular Arts, Tom Snyder Productions and Jonathan Katz was formed and Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist was born.

Disney Adventures was a children's entertainment and educational magazine published ten times per year by The Walt Disney Company.

The magazine was first published on October 16, 1990 and featured a wide assortment of educational material, entertainment news, user contributions, and puzzle games. Regular features included a guide to television, movies, books, and music called “Ticket”, factoids about unusual yet actual things under the title “Weird Yet True”, and a sports guide that appeared during the late 1990s called “ESPN Action.”

In the early years of the magazine, the comics usually featured in the magazine were standard Disney-based comics such as DuckTales, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Gargoyles, Bonkers, and various adaptations of Disney feature films.

As the magazine evolved, non-Disney material from artists such as Sergio Aragonés, Evan Dorkin, Matt Groening, William Van Horn and Jeff Smith began appearing with some regularity. In addition, well known comic book industry names such as Marv Wolfman and Heidi MacDonald worked as comics editor for the magazine at various times during the mid-to-late 1990s.

The Disney Adventures ceased publication ending with the November 2007 issue on October 16, 2007.
Fantasy Advertiser was a British magazine which discussed comic books. The magazine started as a fan magazine and was edited at one point during the 1970s by Dez Skinn. In 1988 it was taken over by Trident Comics but it retained its then editor Martin Skidmore.

The title was cancelled when Trident went bankrupt in 1991.
Edited by J. A. Hammerton, it was a newly created title upon outbreak of war. The War Illustrated was more of a popular working class magazine, containing many hand-drawn illustrations of the more adventurous and heroic type. Not quite a 'war-tabloid', the reporting was in the early years of the war less factual than it was sensational and above all fiercly patriotic. Nor did The War Illustrated hesitate to print accounts and illustrations of German atrocities, some true, but for the most part invented. After 1916, reporting took on a more serious appearance, with more importance being placed on veracity and facts.

Links:
The War Illustrated 006
