This toy is very durable as well as soft and cuddly. Larger than you expect! but that was a good thing, It's very well made and plush with a great color. It is just the right perfect size to fit into a lot of things that your kids do and so Alvin/Brittany can always be found in their high chair, in their bed, in their potty-chair, in their car seat (buckled in of course), etc. We've already experienced some spills and messes that were easy to clean off (even the dried play-dough up Alvin's nose!). I would highly recommend this toy to anyone. As you know Alvin (and friends) gear is very hard to find in the stores these days, It's educational value directly is little to none b/c, of course, it's merely a stuffed Chipmunk. However, it perpetuates a positive association with the show itself, and the show IS very educational. So, indirectly, it is educational.

Suitable Toy for the kids who love music and develop an affinity for the Chipmunks after watching the movie. For a few extra dollars, You'll get a toy your children love to pack around and they get to hear music and see dancing as well. It seems durable, is soft, and you can pull its hood up over its head for extra toddler giggles. Your kids don't wants to put him down and just packs him around so it's not a big issue for them. Highly recommend this for any parents whose child likes Alvin Chipmunk. One word of caution: if you like the song "funky town", hearing it more than 10 times an hour each day is probably going to make you not like it anymore! Great value, great quality, great toy.

The Chipmunk doll is a great toy for many reasons. First off I have dropped it on several occasions, and it doesn't seem to affect the motors and movement, or the voice chip. It is also a great size for small kids, as it is large enough for them to carry around with them and hug, but not too big for their little hands. Overall I am very impressed with this toy. The toy I say is "Alvin and the Chipmunks Musical Christmas Alvin"

I found this little toy at great and convenient price. Quality is great, they seem to respect American standards. One thing I really liked, is the heart shaped tag on his side. In side of it, it has the movie logo!! Size and weight are good and kinda real. The face is lovely too. If you liked this movies, you gotta buy this toy, and put it on your cats back! :)
