This article talks about Native American Art. We look at American Art as our beginning of the American Art as I mentioned before. On this article, it talks more about Native American Art, and explains why and how they are beautiful.

Of course the Native American Art looks uglier than Modern Art, but it has its beauty and pride. The beauty is what they are made of. It is made out of water, Oil, sand, leather, wood, pottery, and baskets. It is beautiful because it is really creative that they thought of adding these materials. It contains and introduces their culture and nature. Art is not all about paints, color pencils, or brushes. Art could be made out of wood, feather, or even flowers. For example, Native Americans used sand and leather. Each piece of art has point that other art pieces does not. Native Art helped Native Americans to communicate. The Natives did not know how to communicate because they did not have their own language. Instead, they communicated by drawing and sculpting.

I really think the Native Art was really successful and I’m proud of it even though I was not part of it. I think it settled the standard of the American Art, showing what the real Art is. It got developed by many famous and skilled artists. This article made me to think back of me saying bad things about an old art piece. After I read this article, I realized how Native American Art was really helpful for today. It gave a strong message and explained the concept of the Art by demonstrating.

The first thing people look at is if the drawing looks fine and nice in general. Also, they look at what they drew, if it is appropriate or not, and if that drawing brings to their mind. If one guy likes to look at car drawings, he would dislike any drawings besides car drawings. According to this article, people likes to look at interesting, enjoyable, and good-looking art pieces. I believe that good art depends on how much the artist puts effort on his/her's production. Also, I say that it also depends on the importance of the message the artist is trying to give throughout his/her's art pieces.

This article talks about Art cars, which simply defines a car with full of art pieces. You might be thinking of painting a car. Jose Benavides', creator of Art car, introduces 'The Madonna car", and the "Guitar Car". She modified cars to complete her Art Car. She added her creative thought to a car, making a car look like a guitar and a statue. From looking at this creative art collection, it shows how American Art techniques have got developed from using shells, feathers, Jades, and Turquoise. I like how people are trying to find new art techniques. The more we try to find the better way to express our personality, we get more advanced at Art Technology.

If you try to define Art, the first thing that brings to your mind is a simple color painting collection. Well, that is like the simplest definition of Art we could say. We see, touch, feel, and observe art everyday. Art itself has deeper meaning. Art makes you think deeper and be more creative. You can easily find more than 5 art pieces around you. They are all part of the art family. They have their own shape and color. Some are really interesting, some are really colorful, some are even more creative. This article relates to my topic because it shows that the art is not only about painting, it is also decorating and expressing artists's theme.

This article is related to my topic “American Art” because it talks about how the American Art began. This article is an introduction of the American Art; describing how it started, what tools they used, and how and where they got their supplies. According to this article, Native Americans used feathers, shells, jade, and turquoise to build up and develop their Art Technology. The fact that Native Americans got their supplies from trading thousands of thousands miles away, we could say that Art was pretty popular to Native Americans and ancient days. In my point of view, I would say Native Americans were ‘eager’ to draw and create their own art. Every single country has different cultures. Each of them has strong point and the weak point. The culture affects their art. They all have different thoughts, and different point of view. Art is a tool to figure out an author’s personality and how he is creative than others.
