Job Description : You will develop strategic plans for Human Resources to insure the continued competitive position. Advise management team to ensure compliance with laws related to employment, and ensure that policies, procedures, compensation practices and reporting are in compliance as well as plan and execute recruitment initiatives. Plan and execute the implementation and administration of performance management, succession planning, employee development and objective setting policies and initiatives. Oversee and plan the implementation and coordination of training programs and provide counsel, technical knowledge and support to management. Recommend, develop, implement and oversee the management of compensation and reward policies and programs. Develop strategies for defense of employment related legal claims, in consultation with the legal team and strategies and activities in sensitive employee relations issues. Oversee the HR back-office function, and make recommendations regarding the purchase and use of the HRIS and improve and manage the use of country HR intranet site.

Skill Required : University degree in an appropriate area, Graduate degree preferred Coupled with 6 - 8 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management : recruitment, training & development, management, administration, compensation & benefits, legislation (at least 5 years of strategic level work and 3-5 years in a Mexican HR administration role). Experience in cultural diversity between Mexico, USA and Europe. Well organized and possess knowledge of all HR disciplines on a strategic level with a successful track record in leading teams, staff and colleagues in change situations. Strong organizational, coaching and developing staff through positive support initiatives, while building a motivating atmosphere. Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality with a good balance between firmness and diplomacy. Willingness to be hands-on and practical approach when appropriate and have demonstrated initiative, work under pressure and set high standards. Be a change agent and model, and providing creative solutions. Financial and organizational analyzing skills. Excellent communication and relational skills to be able to work efficiently with all levels of the organization. Fluent English and Spanish Open to travel about 20%.

MIAMI - MANAGER FINANCIAL CONTROL
Under the supervision, and reporting directly to the Director of Financial Control, this position will be responsible for assisting with ensuring successful compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and ensuring efficient and effective internal control processes throughout the Company. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Professional Experience: 5+ years experience and/or formal training in accounting, auditing, or auditing of IT environments; 4+ years Big 4 experience preferred. Relevant Experience: 1+ year of SOX experience is a MUST. Such experience would include risk assessment of controls, financial mapping, control documentation, control testing, workpaper preparation and reporting, and evaluation of control deficiencies. IT background is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills: workpaper referencing and cross-referencing; proven ability to communicate well with all levels of company staff and management.
