There’s a growing thirst for how things used to be back in the day, and now’s the perfect time to dust off those vintage wooden crates and rusty bar signs. This bottle needs no introduction or reinvention. The iconic story is being retold as the brand is pulled up from the dusty cellar and celebrated in a true and unpretentious way. Look for the timeless yellow Cutty Sark crest in your local watering hole and order a round. You’ll be enjoying a bit of the yesteryear, and just like the generations of the past, it won’t come with a fancy garnish or sparklers. It’s traditional whisky. It’s good whisky. It’s Cutty Sark.

Flywheel Takes Off

<br />Flywheel started with a simple idea…make indoor cycling epic. While continuing to display the monthly special, the homepage now serves up living-healthy content and acts as a launch pad for placing orders or joining the conversation on Facebook and Twitter. The menu section has been reorganized to quickly provide access to nutritional information while the locations page now provides useful information like store hours and delivery range. Check out the revamp yourself and you might even end up with a free side of "baked" fries!

New York Comic Con

<br />New York played host to Comic Con this past weekend at the Javits Center. With our history with gaming, we were excited to check out the latest offerings in popular culture, be it comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, toys, movies or television, plus lend support to two of our gaming clients, Capcom and Autumn Games who had booths for their some of the latest titles they are working on. While neither Stan Lee nor M. Night Shyamalan were in sight, we did spot rabid fans costumed out as Dragonball , a hot pink Hello Kitty, a group of Harry Potter fans and even Smurfette! It was a feast for the eyes and we can't wait to be back again next year.

GO #2

<br />New York, NY—Inspired by the launch of a new video game that claims you can race anything as long as it has an engine, the team at Ammirati set out to prove it—by building a race kart out of a perfectly good toilet. The toilet kart operation was born from a new advertising campaign from Ammirati for Jimmie Johnson’s Anything With An Engine videogame that launches in stores on October 25th. In the game, players have the ability to race an array of unique vehicles—from an armchair to a shopping cart. And yes, you can even race a toilet. The ad campaign includes Print, OOH, and digital and will coincide with the launch. But here, you can see a sneak peak of the toilet in action that was recently picked up by latenightwithjimmyfallon.com, Ads of the World, and other popular media outlets. When asked how fast it can go, the Ammirati pit crew’s only reply was “fast as sh!t.” Rumor has it that they are close to breaking the Guinness World Record for the world’s fastest toilet.<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ouFumSATXiE?rel=0" frameborder="0" width="470" height="269"></iframe>

Powerade vs. Gatorade

<br />With the NBA lockout on-going, many of the league’s top players are leading regional events and exhibition games including this past Saturday at Florida International University.
