Thinking about what kind of tools and items you need to give your publishers.</itunes:summary><itunes:author>Beau Blackwell and Molly Lane</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

<feedburner:origEnclosureLink>http://media.blubrry.com/affiliatemarketingtoday/media.rawvoice.com/seorockstars/www2.webmasterradio.fm/mp3/affiliatemarketingtoday/06/AMT110706.mp3</feedburner:origEnclosureLink>

The Foundation of Affiliate Networks

We’ve talked a lot about affiliate marketing in general but one of the areas that we haven’t discussed on Affiliate Marketing Today is the foundation, the platform that everything runs on.

<itunes:keywords>affiliate networks, affiliate platforms,platforms</itunes:keywords><itunes:subtitle>We’ve talked a lot about affiliate marketing in general but one of the areas that we haven’t discussed on Affiliate Marketing Today is the foundation, the platform that everything runs on.</itunes:subtitle><itunes:summary>We’ve talked a lot about affiliate marketing in general but one of the areas that we haven’t discussed on Affiliate Marketing Today is the foundation, the platform that everything runs on.</itunes:summary><itunes:author>Beau Blackwell and Molly Lane</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

<feedburner:origEnclosureLink>http://media.blubrry.com/affiliatemarketingtoday/media.rawvoice.com/seorockstars/www2.webmasterradio.fm/mp3/affiliatemarketingtoday/06/AMT080806.mp3</feedburner:origEnclosureLink>

A Look at Payment Cycles and their importance to advertisers and publishers

Today, we are going to be talking about payment cycles and payment periods in general and really why are they important to publishers? Within the affiliate chain, we’re talking about really two main areas. The first is related to end-user promotions. So, these are promotions that are going to affect the consumer or end-user’s behavior. These are normally advertisers who want the consumer to do some sort of a specific action. This could be signing up for a newsletter, completing a purchase, increasing cart size, etc. We normally see these in the forms of coupon codes, sale priced items, inventory blow outs, and many others. The other one that we’re talking about, which I know is near and dear to Brian’s heart, is looking at publisher incentives.</itunes:summary><itunes:author>Beau Blackwell and Molly Lane</itunes:author><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

<feedburner:origEnclosureLink>http://media.blubrry.com/affiliatemarketingtoday/media.rawvoice.com/seorockstars/www2.webmasterradio.fm/mp3/affiliatemarketingtoday/06/AMT072506.mp3</feedburner:origEnclosureLink>

Quality Results Leveling the Global Playing Field in Affiliate Marketing.

Today's title is Quality Results Leveling the Global Playing Field in Affiliate Marketing.

<itunes:keywords>code of conduct, industry standards, quality results</itunes:keywords><itunes:subtitle>Today's title is Quality Results Leveling the Global Playing Field in Affiliate Marketing.</itunes:subtitle><itunes:summary>Today, we are going to be talking about a show that's titled...it's got a kind of a long title today but it's a really important show.
