واصلت لجنتا الاستقطاب في الحسكة والقامشلي اللتان تم تشكيلهما بموجب قرار للقيادة العامة للجيش والقوات المسلحة تسوية أوضاع المتخلفين عن خدمة العلم والخدمة الاحتياطية.</div>

وفي سياق متصل ذكر مصدر في قيادة شرطة الحسكة في تصريح للمراسل أن لجان التسوية في المحافظة استقبلت نحو 400 طلب لتسوية أوضاع المطلوبين للجهات المختصة بهدف تسوية أوضاعهم والعودة إلى حضن الوطن مؤكدا استمرار لجنة التسوية باستقبال الطلبات وتقوم حاليا بدراستها للبت فيها في السرعة الممكنة.</div>

وذكرت صحيفة الأخبار اللبنانية اليوم أن الوثيقة هي عبارة عن رسالة موجهة من وزير خارجية بني سعود عادل الجبير إلى ولي عهد النظام السعودي محمد بن سلمان وتضمنت كل ما يجري التداول فيه منذ زيارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب إلى السعودية في أيار الماضي حول انطلاق مساع أمريكية لتوقيع معاهدة صلح بين النظام السعودي والكيان الإسرائيلي وما تلى ذلك أيضاً من معلومات عن تبادل زيارات بين الجانبين وأهمها زيارة بن سلمان إلى الكيان الإسرائيلي.</div>

بحث وزير النفط والثروة المعدنية المهندس علي غانم في اجتماع مساء أمس بمقر الشركة السورية للغاز بحمص مع مديري الشركة السورية للنفط والغاز ونقل النفط العامين وعدد من المديرين الفنيين والخبراء تنفيذ الخطط الموضوعة لإعادة تأهيل المنشآت النفطية والغازية في المناطق المطهرة من الارهاب بعد إكمال تنفيذ الخطط الاسعافية وانتهاء المرحلة الأولى من إعادة تأهيل الحقول والمنشآت النفطية والغازية في هذه المناطق.</div>

كما تم استعراض واقع الحقول والمنشآت من آبار ومحطات ومعامل وخطوط نقل في كل من شركات السورية للنفط والسورية للغاز والسورية لنقل النفط والتعديات والأضرار التي تعرضت لها جراء الاعتداءات الارهابية وقصف ما يسمى “التحالف الدولي” وواقعها الحالي بعد الكشف عليها.</div>

وأكد وزير النفط ضرورة تعزيز مبدأ الاعتماد على الذات من خلال الاستمرار في أعمال الاستكشاف والحفر في المناطق ذات المأمولية خاصة بعد العودة إلى حقول دمشق في موقع قارة والبريج والتركيز على اعادة تأهيل الآبار والمواقع الأكثر انتاجية والاقل تكلفة بالاعتماد على الامكانيات المتوافرة محليا وصيانة المعدات القديمة والاستفادة منها قدر الامكان واعادة تصميم المحطات والخطوط التي تعرضت للتخريب بما يتلاءم مع معدلات الانتاج الواردة بالخطة الاستراتيجية للوزارة واختزال المعدات الفائضة قدر الامكان مع ترشيد الانفاق وضغط النفقات.</div>

وأشار الوزير غانم إلى الجهود المبذولة من قبل الكوادر الوطنية التي قامت خلال زمن قياسي لم يتجاوز 35 يوما وبخبرات وطنية بإنشاء خط غاز بطول 5ر3 كم وقطر 12 إنشا لتحويل الغاز المنتج من حقول شركة حيان للنفط الى معمل غاز جنوب المنطقة الوسطى في الفرقلس منوها بالانجازات التي قامت بها مديرية حقول المنطقة الوسطى مثل تجهيز الحفارة الصينية ووضعها في الحقل وتجهيز حفارة إصلاح الآبار ونقلها الى موقع الزملة 2 ومتابعة اعادة تأهيل أربع وحدات سطحية لصالح موقع وادي العبيد وتجهيز فاصل تقييم آبار غازية وإعادة تأهيل ثلاثة فواصل نفط مشيرا إلى أن الوفر المحقق من مجمل هذه الأعمال بلغ 5255 مليون ليرة سورية.</div>

واستعرض وزير النفط تتبع تنفيذ الخطط المتوسطة وطويلة الأمد في المناطق التي اعاد الجيش العربي السوري الامن والاستقرار اليها حيث تجاوزت نسبة التنفيذ حتى الان للمرحلة الثانية من خطة الحفر 105 بالمئة بإجمالي 16752 مترا من أصل 15 الف متر مقررة ضمن هذه المرحلة لغاية تاريخه وتتضمن هذه المرحلة رفع الانتاج الغازي إلى 1ر1 مليون متر مكعب من حقول شمال المنطقة الوسطى بالاضافة الى انتاج /4500/ برميل يوميا من المتكاثفات.</div>

كما تم استعراض مشروع استثمار الغاز من حقول شمال دمشق قارة البريج حيث قسم المشروع الى مرحلتين الاولى بانتاج يصل إلى 1 مليون متر مكعب غاز/يوم اعتبارا من الاول من نيسان المقبل والمرحلة الثانية سيصل الانتاج إلى 7ر1 مليون متر مكعب غاز يوم اعتبارا من الاول من أيلول المقبل.</div>

أكد وزير الدفاع الروسي سيرغي شويغو أن القوات الجوية الروسية دمرت خلال مشاركتها في الحرب على الإرهاب تلبية لطلب الحكومة السورية المئات من معسكرات التدريب وورشات تصنيع الذخيرة للتنظيمات الإرهابية.</div>

وقال شويغو خلال اجتماع لوزراء دفاع دول آسيان: إن الطيران الحربي الروسي دمر 948 معسكر تدريب و666 مصنعا وورشة لإنتاج الذخيرة للتنظيمات الإرهابية في سورية منذ بدء مشاركتها بالحرب على الإرهاب قبل نحو عامين.</div>

بدأ فرع الشركة السورية للاتصالات في السويداء تنفيذ أعمال مشروع كبل ضوئي لوحدة نفاذ “غيضة نمرة” بكلفة تتجاوز 21 مليون ليرة.</div>

وفي تصريح أشار مدير فرع الشركة المهندس حازم الشوفي إلى أن مدة تنفيذ المشروع تبلغ نحو شهرين ويشمل ربطا مع وحدة نفاذ قرية نمرة بطول 3 كم يتبعه مشروع آخر للشبكة المعلقة في غيضة نمرة تمهيدا لإيصال خدمة الهاتف الثابت للقرية.</div>

أكدت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أن مسارعة الغرب لتخصيص أموال بشكل عاجل لمدينة الرقة يرمي إلى إخفاء آثار القصف الوحشي لطيران “التحالف الدولي” الذي دمر المدينة بشكل كامل.</div>

وقال المتحدث باسم الوزارة اللواء إيغور كوناشينكوف في تصريحات نشرها موقع روسيا اليوم “لم تلبث الرقة أن تلتقط أنفاسها من قصف التحالف الدولي فتعالت التصريحات في واشنطن وباريس وبرلين من قبل قادة رفيعي المستوي لتقديم تمويل مستعجل بقيمة عشرات ملايين الدولارات واليورو بزعم أن هذه الملايين يجب أن تصرف لإعادة الحياة السلمية الى المدينة”.</div>

وأعاد كوناشينكوف إلى الأذهان أن هذه الدول التي تسارع إلى تخصيص تمويل بشكل عاجل لمدينة الرقة هي نفسها التي رفضت مرارا إرسال مساعدات للشعب السوري مبينا أن “روسيا ناشدت مرارا خلال السنوات الماضية الولايات المتحدة والعواصم الأوروبية ارسال مساعدات إنسانية إلى السوريين المتضررين من الحرب وتم إعداد لائحة بأسماء التجمعات السكنية التي تحتاج لمساعدة قبل غيرها دون تقسيم السوريين إلى جيد أو سيئء لكننا في كل مرة كنا نتلقى جوابا واحدا من قبل واشنطن وبرلين وباريس ولندن نحن لا نستطيع ولا يمكننا القيام بذلك”.</div>

وأعرب المسؤول العسكري الروسي عن “ترحيب بلاده بالمساعدات إلى الرقة رغم التساؤلات الكثيرة عن سبب قيام الغرب بتقديم المساعدات بشكل مستعجل بالتحديد لمدينة الرقة” مشيرا إلى أن التصريحات الأمريكية حول “الانتصار المتميز على تنظيم (داعش) في الرقة تثير حيرة في موسكو”.</div>

ولفت كوناشينكوف إلى أن وصف الخارجية الأمريكية لما سمتها النجاحات في الرقة باللحظة الحاسمة في مكافحة (داعش) تشير إلى أن واشنطن كانت ترى أن الإرهابيين يسيطرون على مدينة الرقة فقط مبينا أن 45 ألف شخص كانوا يقطنون في المدينة قبل عمليات التحالف الدولي التي استمرت 5 أشهر.</div>
