Let's face it: the Twitter for Mac app has been abandoned. It's so outdated it doesn't even support Twitter's own image upload service which was launched back in August. While there are new alternatives popping up every day, Osfoora really caught my eye and based on its success on iOS, I decided to take it for a spin. The good news is that it's a really nice Twitter client that I'll use for a while. The bad news is that it has a few things that need to be fixed before it can truly supplant Twitter for Mac as my go-to app.

The only way we can get complex pages to take less than 50ms is to make liberal use of caching. We went about forty miles north of liberal and ended up with THE MAX.

I'm hoping to test drive the new version of Basecamp shortly. Love reading blog entries that detail the technical stuff.

Shot entirely on Nikon's newly-released D800. The level of detail present is incredible and many people, myself included, thought that such a high megapixel count would be to the detriment of low-light shots but that's clearly not the case here. Sandro has done and amazing job here.

When editing the East Passyunk Car Show I took a couple screenshots from the beginning sequence where I isolated certain colors from each shot and made them into wallpapers that I have on rotation currently.
