    Easy 5K on the treadmill. Hard into the taper now and really looking forward to the Christchurch marathon on Sunday. I'm number 92! And I'm getting a cold!

      Oh no, not the cold! I'm just getting over one which hung around forever. Missed my last long run, & had a "surprise taper" to put it positively! Hopefully my hammies are grateful for it and get over their stupid niggles. Feel for Peter S with his one, and for you with the cold. Hope you are well for Chc.

      Great effort. But motivation is what makes you run when you don't feel motivated to run if that makes sense (it did to me!), and there's no bad runs, just good ones and better runs!
