Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;- Ambil satu lembar phyllo pastry, letakkan dalam loyang. Olesi sisi atas dengan margarin hingga rata, tumpuk dengan satu lembar phyllo pastry di atasnya, olesi sisi atasnya dengan margarin hingga rata. Lakukan hal yang sama hingga 10 lembar phyllo pastry.&lt;br /&gt;- Olesi sisi atas lembar ke-10 phyllo pastry dengan simple syrup hingga rata. Tuang campuran kacang walnut, ratakan sambil tekan-tekan perlahan hingga padat. Tutup dengan tumpukan 10 lembar phyllo pastry yang telah diolesi dengan margarin dengan cara yang sama seperti di awal. Olesi sisi atas lembar ke-10 phyllo pastry dengan simple syrup hingga rata. Tuang campuran kacang walnut, ratakan sambil tekan-tekan perlahan hingga padat. Lakukan hal yang sama hingga sisa bahan habis.&lt;br /&gt;- Olesi kembali sisi permukaan paling atas dengan simple syrup hingga rata. Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 150º C selama 20 menit hingga kecokelatan dan matang, angkat. Potong-potong ukuran 4x6 cm.&lt;br /&gt;-  Sajikan dengan es krim vanili.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dapat disajikan untuk 6 buah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;*) Phyllo pastry:&lt;/span&gt; Adonan campuran tepung dan lemak yang dibuat berlapis. Siapkan cetakan es loli, basahi dengan air.&lt;br /&gt;2. Didihkan air, masukkan bubuk puding susu isntant masak hingga mendidih kembali dan tuangkan kedalam cetakan. Hilangkan uap panasnya dan simpan dalam lemari pendingin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah mengeras keluarkan dan tusuk dengan stik kayu hingga dapat ditegakkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Puding isian : siapkan loyang bentuk segiempat ukuran 20 cm, basahi dengan air, sisihkan , campur agar-agar bubuk SAGAR dengan kopi instant gula psair dan air, aduk rata dan masak hingga mendidih, tuangkan kedalam loyang dinginkan setelah dingin, potong dadu 1 cm, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Siapkan cetakan puding bentuk cincin ukuran 1250 ml, basahi dengan air sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Puding mokacino : campur agar-agar SAGAR dengan susu cair, gula pasir, kopi instant, cokelat bubuk dan tepung maizena masak hingga mendidih, angkat, masukkan krim kental, aduk rata, sementara kcocok putih telur hingga mengembang dan kaku. Campurkan kedalam puding aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Penyelesaian : tuangkan adonan sedikit-sedikit taburkan puding isian, hilangkan uap panasnya dan simpan dalam lemari pendingin.&lt;br /&gt;5. Saus karamel : campur susu cair dengan tepung maizena, aduk rata, panaskan gula pasir dalam wajan, gunakan api kecil hingga menjadi karamel, tuangkan susu cair dan masak hingga karamel larut tercampur dan mengental, masukkan juga krim kental, masak sebentar, angkat, hilangkan uap panasnya dan simpan dalam lemari pendingin.&lt;br /&gt;5. Papaya yang telah dicuci bersih, belah memanjang, buang biji dan seratnya, lubangi papaya dengan menggunakan bolider buah/alat pembentuk bola-bola, papaya bentuk bola-bola masukkan kedalam air es, agar tetap segar.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pelled the cassava, steam and blend add water (cooked) and coconut milk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Blend the jack fruit&lt;br /&gt;3. Mixed well the egg white and white sugar for meringue stir well&lt;br /&gt;4. Stir the egg yolk on the on the stove for sabayone&lt;br /&gt;5. Mixed all ingridients (1,2,3,4) and pul in the glass&lt;br /&gt;6.
