BRTI: Wapada 10 Nomor Penyedot Pulsa

BADAN Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia (BRTI) merilis daftar short code (SC) dari content provider (CP) yang diduga melakukan penyedotan pulsa. Ternyata, masih ada perusahaan SC tersebut yang tidak terdaftar di BRTI.
Anggota BRTI, Heru Sutadi, menjelaskan pemerintah sudah melakukan penghentian (unreg) massal SMS premium, baik konten maupun pop screen, pada 18 Oktober lalu. Begitu juga penghentian pendaftaran CP baru.
Heru mengingatkan pengguna operator harus mewaspadai SMS premium yang kadang “nyasar” atau bahkan sengaja berlangganan. Jika layanan dan ketentuan membayarnya tidak jelas, maka sebaiknya pengguna mengabaikan atau langsung menghapus SMS tersebut.
Berdasarkan data pengaduan masyarakat melalui call center 159, ada sekitar 10 short code dari 8 CP dan dua operator yang diduga melakukan penyedotan pulsa.
Anehnya, dari 8 CP itu masih ada perusahaan yang tidak terdaftar di BRTI, yaitu PT Extent Media Indonesia dengan SC 9393, Telkomsel dengan layanan 1212, dan XL Axiata yang memiliki SC 1818.
Inilah SC yang patut diwaspadai sebelum pengguna menyetujui layanan yang akan dipakai:
9393: Layanan ini milik PT Extent Media Indonesia dengan SC 9393, bekerja sama dengan Telkomsel. Layanan ini dikeluhkan oleh 81 pengguna dan belum terdaftar di BRTI.
9877: Layanan ini milik PT Kreatif Bersama dengan layanan kuis dan game. Ada 50 pengguna mengeluhkan layanan ini.

The big change being reported here is improved user interface speed. This might not be immediately noticeable on faster phones but slower phones are sure to benefit greatly from it. It also renames the ‘Auto-add shortcuts’ option to ‘Auto-add widgets’ (although it still just adds shortcut icons) and adds any videos in the screenshot carousal instead of separately at the bottom.
