&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;600 gr ikan tenggiri&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 gr sagu putih&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 gelas air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keluarkan dan bersihkan ikan dari sisik dan isi perutnya. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Belah menjadi 2 bagian dan bersihkan juga tulang tengahnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bersihkan juga tulang ikan yang kecil kecil sambil dikikis dengan  garpu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah kulit ikan bersih, haluskan daging ikan,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campurkan air, garam dan daging halus hingga rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung sagu dan campurkan secukupnya. Campur rata semua bahan bistik. Bagi adonan menjadi 6 bagian, bentuk  bulat pipih, setebal 1 cm (&lt;i&gt;burger&lt;/i&gt; ).&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan margarin, goreng daging &lt;i&gt;burger &lt;/i&gt; satu persatu, masak sampai kedua belah sisinya matang dengan rata.  Angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Saus: panaskan margarin, tumis bawang merah sampai harum. Masukkan  air kaldu, tambahkan saus tomat, kecap manis, garam, lada, dan pala,  masak sampai mendidih. Sebelum diangkat, kentalkan dengan larutan tepung  maizena.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pindahkan cake ke loyang 20 cm tinggi 6 cm.Potong-potong&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;   pisang memanjang,tata diatas cake,sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;4. Buat puding: Rebus santan dan gula merah,saring. Tambahkan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;   agar-agar,masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.Sementara itu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;   kocok putih telur hingga 1/2 mengembang,masukkan gula pasir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;   sambil terus dikocok hingga mengembang. Masukkan rebusan agar-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;   agar, kocok rata.
