Challenges are occasions to grow

Breathe and know that although life often presents unexpected challenges, these are simply occasions to grow. As human beings you have a tendency to think you have done something wrong when life isn't working as you please, or perhaps someone else has wronged you. While you may perceive this to be true at one level of awareness, in the greater scheme of things life is just being life. You are being the best you can be in any given moment, and believe it or not, so is everyone else. We are not saying you are all being the best you can potentially be, but you are being the best you that you can access in any given moment.

When life is not going the way you would wish it, resist the urge to beat yourself up, or to assign blame to another, for this is pointless and simply creates more chaos. Rather, bless the mess and acknowledge the moment. Sit and breathe slowly and deeply. Ask the angels to help you access a peaceful vibration once again, and then get on in the very next moment with life. We understand this is not always easy, and yet this will help you avoid creating further chaos and drama when something does not go as planned. This will enable you to learn the lesson, receive your guidance on the next best step, and proceed with a happier existence. In other words, "Don't let the devil get you down," and when we speak this way we refer to the energies inside of each of you that would fall into the illusions of separation, chaos, and drama.

God loves you dear ones, no matter what. If you can choose to love yourselves and have compassion for others, even the bumps in life will pass by you very quickly and you will find yourselves once again on a peaceful pathway.

The greatest gift is you

The greatest gift you can give the earth dear friends is your authentic expression. Do not judge your inner reactions to people, situations, opportunities, etc. because these give clues to the truth God has planted in your hearts. Honor this truth impeccably and your life will flow with greater ease. Suppose you are in a job that you can't stand. You feel grateful to have a job and yet you want a new one. This is your truth. Now you know how to pray, "Dear God I am grateful for my income but I would like a new job that not only pays the bills but honors my spirit as well. Make any changes necessary be easy and graceful according to your will."

So many of you have been raised to think you can have this or that, one thing or the other, but God dear ones, has elegant solutions to all your problems - solutions that satisfy all the deep and true desires of your heart. Suppose you want a relationship to work but the other person doesn't want to work with you. You really wish you could work things out with this particular individual but you also want a kinder existence. Start there. This is your truth. Pray, "Dear God, I want this relationship to be healed and if it cannot be for any reason gently guide me to the love I seek. Do so in a manner that is loving and kind with perfect timing for all involved."

This year more than ever before it is important to deal with not only the realities in front of you but to also acknowledge the entirety of the reality in your heart. So many times you want something that simply isn't happening and so you remain stuck - you want a job that honors your spirit and yet your coworkers aren't changing, so you do nothing except slip into negativity and despair. A simple prayer and intention that either the job change or you be allowed to change in a graceful manner will acknowledge your truth and set the universal laws in motion.

Acknowledge your hearts dear ones. Don't lie to yourselves. Don't say something is acceptable when it is not. YES, you are in a situation for now, for a reason. You are learning to love without condition. You are learning to see the bright souls even within the densest of behaviors. And yet, this year more than ever before, it is important to start with love and acknowledgment for the truth that is planted in your own hearts. Suppose your prayers are answered with a new job opportunity. You leave your present situation and all of the sudden the unappreciative boss and coworkers must do the work that you used to do. Now they are blessed with the lessons of greater compassion and understanding.

Suppose you want a long term relationship but it becomes apparent that the person you are dating is not the one for you. Yet you enjoy their company and don't want to be alone every weekend. What do you do? You become honest dear ones. You say to this soul, "I enjoy your company very much and would like to continue to see you when you have time, and yet I am feeling that this is not destined for marriage, and I simply want to be honest with you. I am going to open my heart to others and give you permission to do the same." And then, dear ones, you trust God.

The only reason you are not impeccably honest with yourselves and others is because you do not yet truly understand the magnitude of God's love for you. When you do what is right for yourself, by asking God to help you in creating what is truly in your heart, God will always serve the good of all souls involved. God loves all equally dear ones. Your deep and true desires are your clues as to where in the great universal flow God wishes you to aim your spirit.

Trust this dear ones. Trust God. Do your part. Do what you know to do when you are creating change. But then when you do not know what is next, surrender, wait, be patient, and trust that the next step will be revealed. It always will - in perfect timing.

Relax and enjoy life now

Relax! There is nothing to worry about. God is with you at all times. When life does not appear to be moving as you wish it would, stop, breathe, relax, and ask God what he wants you to do. Wait until you receive an answer. The answer might surprise you. "Rest my child. Seek out a friend. Start a hobby. Open your mouth and talk with a stranger. Go have a drink of water. Organize your closet. Nap..." It is important to listen to this inner voice and trust it. Don't worry about why you are receiving the guidance you are, just ask yourself if it feels right to YOU and then if it does, go forward and listen. If guidance does not feel right to you, this is probably just the voice of fear, ego, upbringing, etc. Guidance will always resonate with you. You may think to yourself, "That's too simple. That's too obvious. That isn't something I would have ever thought to do," and yet the guidance will fee intriguing, comfortable, or right.

Listen to this voice of God within you dear ones and you will simplify your lives. You will still required faith, patience, and trust, but you will learn to slow down and embrace the moment, one moment at a time. You will learn that God cares about your happiness right now. God does not want you to wait until the bills are paid, the children are grown, and the projects are completed to be happy. God wants to help you find happiness right now, in this moment. Relax, breathe, ask for guidance. Your training would have you believe that you must be in motion at all times, and yet dear ones there are cycles in your life of rest, cycles of passion and great movement, and cycles of letting go. Wherever you find yourself, embrace it. Embrace your need to rest when rest is calling. Embrace the need to get in motion when the desire strikes. Embrace the need to let go when something no longer fulfills your spirit or assists in your joyful growth. Life happens now dear ones, and again now... Don't miss your lives while striving and waiting for the future. Enjoy them right now. Listen to your guidance right now... and as you do, a kinder, gentler, and easier future will emerge.

Pause - don't miss your life

Pause dear friends, throughout your day, to appreciate the miracles all around you. So many of you create unnecessary stress and worry, always looking forward to the future with concern. Will I get my bills paid? Will I be able to go on vacation? Will my car break down? Will my children grow into their full potential? Will I be well? So many worries, and so many concerns rob you of life, dear ones. While we certainly appreciate the human need to make plans and to structure your days, we also realize that life itself happens one moment at a time, and if you are always worrying about the future or wishing you were in some other situation, you will miss the joy and the opportunity that is right in front of you, right now.

If you worry about feeding your children by dinnertime, you will miss feeding their souls by being present with them here and now.

If you worry about paying your bills, you will miss the opportunities and the guidance that is available each moment - the very opportunities and guidance that will help you pay them more easily.

If you worry about your health, dear ones, you can worry yourself sick. Instead focus on what is well within you and in o doing, amplify your well being.

If you worry about others, you support their problems. Instead focus on their soul's light and truth and in so doing, be part of the solution.

So many of you were taught, erroneously, that worry indicates care. In a sense, it is one way to show you care. However, there are more evolved ways to care about yourselves and others that allow you to create what you want rather than inviting to you what you fear. Instead of hurry and worry, slow down, breathe, be present to life around you now. Slow down, breathe, and notice your own thoughts and feelings. Slow down, breathe, and truly be with life around you. In this space of no worry, just faith, and true presence, you will find the gifts that are already and always there with you - inside of you, around you, and coming through the presence of others in your lives.

Don't hurry and worry so much that you miss the moments of your lives dear ones. Eventually all you worry about will come to pass. The question is only this - will you choose to enjoy the journey? Life is short even if you live over a hundred years. It is a precious gift. Be present to it, and you will enjoy it and treasure it so much more thoroughly. This is how one lives a life of riches beyond compare.

A grateful heart

Allow yourselves to stop, breathe, and appreciate life. It is all too easy to focus on what is not working, what needs to be done, and what bothers you, and ye, there is so much around you to be grateful for.

A grateful heart recognizes the abundance that is already there - the roof over your head, the food on the table, a profusion of wildflowers, an abundance of talent inside of you, or the full heart that comes from spending time with family, friends, or animals.

A grateful heart searches for the proof that you are loved already by God - the beautiful sunsets, the song of the birds in the mornings and the evenings, and all the little reminders that your needs are being met.

A grateful heart understands that no matter what you achieve there will always be more to do, so can stop, acknowledge, and appreciate each moment.

A grateful heart knows that while life may present challenges and irritations, these are opportunities for growth, and that you can give thanks, learn, and move through them with grace.

A grateful heart pauses in front of the mirror each morning to give thanks for the beautiful soul that you see staring through your own eyes and for the gift and the magic and the miracle of life itself.

Life upon your earth, no matter how long it lasts, is temporary. Give thanks for all that comes with it dear ones, for your souls last forever but your experiences here, as well as these opportunities to learn will pass. Enjoy your lives... even if you are concerned about money, even if you have a long to-do list, even if you are presented with someone or something you'd rather not have in front of you. Stop, breathe, give thanks.
Listen to the lessons, celebrate the joys, and know you are loved.

Abundance comes from your talents

Your abundance dear ones already exists within you. You have gifts and talent to share with the world. You have a kind word for a stranger. You have a warm glance and a smile for someone who looks harried and hurried. Perhaps you have the gift of nurturing, of healing, of creativity, of understanding finances, or creating new technologies. Perhaps you counsel others, or are a good listener. Maybe you are an excellent parent, a lover of animals, or someone who is in love with our dear mother earth.

Whenever you feel lack in your life dear ones, reach within. Start doing what you love to do. Start sharing of your gifts and talents in even the smallest of ways. When you share you true heart with the world, you will feel rich from the inside out. And in doing so you open up new avenues for financial abundance, new connections for relationships with those of like mind and heart, and most importantly of all, you feel the joy of being who God designed you to be.

Start now. Share your gifts and talents in even the smallest of ways. Your world, and your life will become a much richer, brighter, and happier place.

Create peace now

Peace is within your capacity to create at all times. Peace comes from resting in God's love, knowing your truth, honoring your own direction, and allowing others to do the same. If all in the world could embrace the concepts that they are loved, they are guided, and that their truth is valid for them, while others may or may not share the same, you would sort yourselves out into circles of like minded individuals and be among those who see and share life as you do. You would be able to interact with those who don't in peace and harmony.

This type of sorting out is going on right now on your planet earth. So many are losing jobs just to be moved into more meaningful and respectful positions. Relationships are in a state of flux, either growing together or growing apart. Within yourselves you are finding deeper understandings of who you are and what you want in life, not only at the spiritual level, but as human beings. Truth is emerging.

The emergence of truth can be graceful, however, if you have been ignoring it or stuffing it, it can be very awkward, sudden and upsetting. If you have been in a job that does not serve your soul and suddenly you lose it, the first reaction can be to panic, feel victimized, and be upset, and yet... dear ones, God is at work in your lives, moving you towards greater love. Truth will find its way to the surface dear ones. The more you search within to acknowledge it, bring it with love to the surface of your lives, and then express it with kindness, the more easy your transitions will be.

All movement in your lives, no matter how awkward, is a movement towards greater love - love of God, love of Self, love of others. Choose to see all your changes this way and you will have greater understanding, greater compassion for self and others, and greater peace.

Nurture the most important relationship

As your news continues to spread word of doom and gloom remember that all health begins with your relationship with God, with the divine light inside of yourself that is your true source. If you want to be healthy, listen to your body and your heart. So many of you, god bless you, have been trained to live in your minds. It is this disconnect of the spirit from the body that heavily contributes to the world's ills. Take time each day to breathe slowly and deeply and to imagine your soul's light sinking deeply into each cell of the body. Take time to imagine that this light embraces and dissolves any 'particles' of darkness. You do not have to analyze or understand what these are, just simply allow yourself to imagine they are being embraced and dissolved by the light.

Take time each day to check in with your body for it has a consciousness all its own. Ask it, "Body what do you need now? Do you need rest? Do you need food? Do you need touch? What do you need?" And then, promise at your earliest convenience to meet those needs without judgment. If you need rest, be still. If you need food, ask your body what IT wants and verify this need comes from the body, not the emotions - just simply ask inside of yourself. your body will tell you. If you need touch, sit outside and let the sun touch your skin or the breeze caress you. Find a soft textured blanket and sit with it surrounding you and allow your angels to come inside of it and hug you. Ask for hugs. Hold a hand. There are so many ways you can find to acknowledge the needs of the body dear one, for the spirit is truly in charge.

Rather than fearing bugs and germs, simply fill your spirit and your body with so much love that it becomes inhospitable to invaders, for the bugs and germs on your planet simply exist to remind you when you are not paying attention to your own needs. They are not your enemies. Do not send them hatred. Thank them for reminding you to be well instead, and then dear ones, they will go running.

In this fashion, by acknowledging the purpose in all beings, human, animal, microbe, what have you, and thanking them for the purpose they serve, you will transform your world with the light and the truth of God's love.

Be patient with yourselves

Be patient with yourselves. You want so very much and this is wonderful for it is the very nature of the soul to want to grow, expand, and learn from new experiences. And yet dear ones, as surely as a rose must patiently await the season to bloom, so you too must allow God time to work with the universe to bring all the forces required into alignment to make your dreams come true.

There are times when you are called to wait for a reason. Perhaps you want something such as money to calm your fears, but God wants you to learn that eternal security rests in trusting the Divine light within yourself. Perhaps you will have to dig deep into your spirit to find gifts and talents you have been wanting to bring to the surface. Perhaps you will learn to live with less material pleasures so you can focus on what is truly missing in your lives and begin to pray for that to come about. Imagine a two year old throwing tantrums because he wants a cookie, all the while his mother has the most beautiful meal and the most delicious dessert awaiting him. He doesn't know this and so he insists he gets his cooking now... and yet patience proves to be the best course, allowing him greater pleasure than the 'quick hit' provided by the cookie.

So too, God dreams dreams for your soul that are grander than you can imagine, and sometimes dear ones, you will wait for your heart's desires to come about, not because you cannot create them instantly, but more often because there is something greater awaiting you if you learn the lessons that patience brings.

So if you want something or some change or some situation in your life, by all means intend it, pray for it, and ask that you receive this or better. And then, in the process of awaiting guidance, live your lives. Drop into your hearts and see what you want to do now, in this moment, given the resources, time, and people in front of you. These baby steps of living right now, in each moment, using what you have in front of you and giving thanks for that, will increase not only your joy in life but also your capacity to appreciate and value even more.

Focus on what you want

While your world is in chaos you can choose peace. While many are in fear you can choose faith. While some cry, "What is this world coming to?" you can speak truth and share that this so-called chaos is a necessary, albeit painful for some, balancing of priorities upon your planet earth.

When you find yourself facing a challenge, focus on the outcome you do want rather than fearing the one you don't. Ask God to help you learn the lessons you are undertaking in the kindest and most gentle way possible, so you can move forward. And then dear ones, spend time in silence, drop into your hearts and ask yourself, "What does my heart of hearts truly want at this time in my life? God, what do you want for me right now?" Then go deeper and ask again until you strike up on truth. When you feel the truth, your body will relax, your emotions will calm. Something within you will say, "YES! This is what my soul wants now. This is what God wants for me now. This feels right. This is not a superficial answer but rather the deepest truth within me at this given moment in time.

For example, you might ask this question and find that your first answer is "I want money to pay the bills," but upon deeper inspection you may discover that you want your entire life to change so you have a career that supports your heart and your desire to serve. At this point you may have no clue how to create a career that satisfies you soul. You may not even know what that is. However, by simply acknowledging and admitting the truth - first to yourself and then God - you set the wheels in motion to carry you forward into a new reality. Here is where you surrender to your own heart. Here is where you surrender to God. If instead, you decide that you cannot possibly ever have a career that satisfies your soul, simply because you do not yet know how to create one, then you negate the truth that God has planted within you. The seed of truth falls upon rocky soil and cannot grow. If this seed falls into a heart willing to open to truth, to water with tears at times, and to allow GOD to be the gardener of your life and to guide you, then this seed will grow into a whole new life for you - a life of wonder, of joy, of expression.

Suppose you ask the question and the answer returns, "I want a relationship." That could be your deepest truth if you are already existing in a state of bliss and joy, fulfillment and expression, and simply want to share your adventures with another. However, if you want a relationship to fix some feelings inside of yourself or to entertain you when you are alone, go deeper, for these expectations when placed upon another inevitably create discontent. Perhaps you want to deepen your self love or your relationship with God so you can feel good about yourself and your connection with life - so you don't expect another to do that for you. Perhaps you want to connect with your own passion so you can create more joy in your life, that can then be shared with another. Perhaps you want the companionship of others of like mind and heart so you can feel part of a community wherein you can meet the various social needs of your spirit.

When you find the truth within yourself dear ones, admit it, first to yourself and God. This is surrendering to the heart. This is surrendering to the truth God has placed within you. And in doing so, you begin a process of surrender to God in which He can begin to fulfill His plans for your life, you joy, and your beautiful blossoming into the whole, happy, and fulfilled souls that you truly are within. It is the time of blossoming. And God is the gardener who wishes for all your hearts to bloom into their grand and glorious expression.

Ask God to rise within you

In this season of springtime, resurrection, and new life, we celebrate the resurrection of the presence of God within human hearts upon your planet earth. The so called chaos, turmoil, recession, and 'disastrous financial conditions' that you see on your news are in fact, the breaking apart of an eggshell of misunderstanding so the true spirit of humankind can be birthed. When your systems don't work you turn to God. You get resourceful. You draw from the gifts, talents, and love within. When your bank accounts are not stable according to the world's rules you turn to the one constant in the entire universe, the one thing that will always be there for you, the one force that will always be your rock and your salvation - and that is God and the great love that he is.

The presence of God exists within each one of you. The love of God can be found within your own human hearts. The desire to enjoy your lives truly and deeply through experiece, connection, and meaningful action is so much greater than the desire to experience joy through stuff, although you can have that too. There is nothing wrong with asking for material joys as long as they do not become your greatest priority. Make love your greatest priority. Love God, love self, love others. Seek God in all things. Ask God to fill your lives, your hearts, your minds, your bodies, and your spirit. Ask God to take over your finances, to guide your expression, and to fill your relationships. Ask that God's words be your words, and that God's love arise within you and spill out into every area of your life. In this fashion, dear friends, your lives will transform. Your material needs will be met. Your relationships will deepen and become more authentic, and the ones that cannot will fall away, for each one of you is one of the many faces of God. Each one of you breathes the breath of God. Each one of you holds out the hands of God - to comfort a friend, to welcome a stranger, to receive from one another.

Dear ones, ask God's presence to rise up within you during this season of your springtime. This is the resurrection you are seeking. This is the salvation you are searching for. This is the birthing of a new reality upon your planet earth and although yes, there is turmoil, there is chaos, there are systems buckling under the weight of their own lack of integrity, there are also grand and glorious expansions of love, truth, peace, and new understanding.

Opportunity in loss

Understand that there is great and glorioius change going on upon your planet earth. Rather than falling into despair, realize it is time for celebration - for God is in charge, and all of you are being moved towards greater joy. "But how can this be," you say when you lose a job, a house, or simply don't have a clue how to proceed? My dear friends, we understand your concerns but we have a bigger picture of your lives than perhaps the one you can see at this moment.

God loves you dear ones. If you lose a job, then rest and relax assured that God has a better one in store for you. Search for a new one by all means, but first take the time to look deeply into your own heart and clarify what it is you are truly looking for. Search your soul, discover your truth, and own this deeply - then the universe can bring you the honest echo of your true heart's desires. Frantically searching for a way to just make money will assist you in fulfilling your human needs, but does not ever satisfy the soul, and the lesson will repeat until you are willing to dive into your hearts and acknowledge the truth within.

If you have lost a house dear ones, realize you are only being guided in new directions. Perhaps this will simplify your life, or pull your family together to pool its resources and talents. Perhaps you will live with someone else and make peace, or maybe you will be guided to discover new friends. Perhaps you will move and find greater joy in a new location. Perhaps the strength you find will be something you turn to gold later in your life. Rather than judging yourself or the situation trust there is a bigger picture that will reveal itself in time.

If you are worried about your stocks, place greater stock in God's ability to take care of you and refuse to be drawn into panic. By all means be prudent according to the rules of your world, but make your decisions based on both this wisdom and a faith in God and your ability to listen to your internal guidance, rather than making poor decisions based in fear.

If you are worried about your children, remember they were God's children first, before they came into your lives, and He cares about them more deeply than you ever can imagine. Rather than polluting their reality with your fears, gift them with your hopes and dreams for their future and even more importantly with your willingness to listen to their own hopes, dreams, and fears, and your unconditional love.

If you are worried about your health or the health of friends realize that your planet earth is in a time of change and there are many physical symptoms resulting from any minor imbalance in spirit, so please do rest, and be kind to your bodies. Remember the body is a reflection of the spirit and any illness of discomfort therein was either a choice the soul made to learn from, or the result of a fears and misunderstandings about love. Choose to be very kind to yourself, to take care of yourself, to love yourselves and to make peace with your bodies, for they are not your foes but rather your friends.

Dear ones each and every one of your worries has a spiritual solution that, if you embrace, will lead to a solution in your physical world. Whenever you have a 'problem' in the world, look first to see what there is to be learned. Search your heart and see where you may have been denying your expression, your truth, or your deepest desires. Bless the "problem" for what it has taught you then when you have learned, ask it to be transformed into a situation filled with greater truth that reflects your new awareness. Be patient. Trust.

These are challenging times upon your planet earth but also times of grand and glorious opportunity if you choose to live life in alignment with your spirit and ultimately in alignment with God. Learn to be still and to listen to the voice of God as it whispers in your own heart. It is there that you begin to transform your outer reality, to detach from the world's ills, and to live in the flow of Divine grace.

Make God your God...

Although your earth is in a state of turmoil, you need not fear. There is great growth and change occurrig now. Although many are feeling lack, you can feel the abundance of God's love. Although many feel out of control, you can find joy in surrendeing to God. God is asserting his truth here upon your earth for the good of all involved. False idols are being ripped away. Things that you once thought gave you security are no longer secure - so that your faith can rest in God. Things that you once thought made you happy may change as you change because you are all seeking deeper and more lasting happiness.

When people experience financial lack, they cut back, spend more time with their families and friends, go back to basics, live within their means, and value the things that they have worked to earn or spiritually worked to manifest. And while there is nothing wrong at all with material pleasures it is when they become the perceived 'source' of happiness that they are limited or taken away. You are your own source of happiness. You can view the world with the glass half full or the glass half empty, and dear friends, we assure you, that when you look for the blessings you will see even more of them. When you focus upon the lack, that will be your sad reality. Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door will be opened. Look for the lessons, the love, and the blessings in all situations and remarkably the challenging ones will be healed, and the beautiful ones will show up in your lives with every increasing frequency. It takes time, practice, and patience to live this way but the rewards are worth the efford.

God is your God dear friends. The stock market is not God. Your job is not God. The people that want to push, pull, manipulate, or put you down are not God. The ones that tell you your world is spiralling downhill are not God. God is God. God works withing you, through you, in a gentle and loving manner, each and every moment of your life, to guide you. Listen to your own hearts. Listen to your own desires. Trust in the guidance that God has planted within you one moment at a time, and it is there that your lives will begin turn into magic.

Celebrate Springtime! It is time upon your earth for movement, change, growth, and new life. And dear ones, this means that each one of you, if you are willing to grow, will experience the light of your truth pushing up through the darker beliefs that have held you captive and bursting into light. When you find yourself in challenging circumstances, ask yourself, "Where am I forgetting to trust God, to love God, to feel God within my own heart and to bring that love to the surface." It is this love, dear ones, just like a seed in the soil longing for the light, that is pushing your entire human race to grow.

Your world is not in chaos dear ones to bring you to ruin - far from it! Your world is in chaos because God is tilling the soil within human hearts, weeding out the illusions by bringing them to the surface to be examined, helping you find new and deeper truths within, rearranging your priorities so you can truly blossom. Dear ones, the current state of world affairs is not 'punishment' for God does not punish ever, but rather simply a consequence of a human race that has become off balance and forgotten the truth of its very being.

If you adhere to God's truth - that every experience is there to help you reach for the truth and the light, then all challenges are simply there to reveal areas in your life where you don't trust God, don't believe God cares, don't acknowledge the divinity within that makes you amazingly capable of working in cooperation with the whole of creation - in divine and perfect timing.

If you lose a job, can you celebrate this springtime of your life and realize God has a better one in store? If you must let go of a home can you realize that in this springtime of your life will find faith, support of others if you allow for it, and a simplicity that forces you to focus on other areas of your life? If you have got to wait for the things you want in life can you realize that this is an opportunity to be grateful for what you already have and to focus upon the people and relationships in your life? Dear ones, every challenge is simply the fertile soil through which your soul will burst into greater being while reaching for the light.

As you grow into the light realize also that you may sprout thorns every now and then. These are both the healthy boundaries and sometimes the awkward defenses you create until you truly trust that God accepts you as you are.

Dear ones, trust the process of your unfolding growth. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, turn it into fertilizer for the soul. If you find yourself being 'thorny' realize you are just doing the best you can to learn to love and protect the spirit that is emerging. And when you blossom dear ones, unabashedly share your light with the world.

You have no idea dear ones how much you are loved, how powerful each and every one of you becomes when the ego surrenders to God, and how intimately connected you are with all of life. Dear ones you are not separate from anything you desire. Indeed the universe is a giant symphony of frequency and inside of you, you can reach deep and find anything you wish to create in your outer world.

You wish for love. Find it inside yourself in great abundance. Love yourself and share it freely.

You wish for abundance. Find the rich resources of love you have inside yourself - your gifts, talents, kind words, etc., and share these with the world. Get the flow going in your life by giving from the abundance that is already within you.

You wish for security. Rest in God dear friends. Sit quietly, and pray to feel the love and care of your creator and the one who sustains your life. Your very life dear ones is breathed into existence every moment by God. Why would he not care for you if you are willing to surrender your expectations a little bit?

Dear ones, everything you can dream or imagine exists inside of you first - health, resources, relationships, etc. It is all within. Go within and find it there first and then you will see your outer world begin to shift.

Be gentle with yourself

There is great and glorious change going on right now in your world. God is in charge and if you live in faith, adhere to spiritual principles, and acknowleding the source of all that is, then any changes in your life will be for the better.

So many of you are feeling flooded and overwhelmed with emotions right now. Fears are being flushed to the surface to be released. Upsets point out areas in your life that require change. Hopes and dreams are rising up from within you. The truth, clarity, and integrity of your soul beg to be acknowledged. God's divine light is rising up within you, informing your mind, opening your heart, and causing a detoxification of your bodies. All that has gone unacknowled within you is now coming to the surface to be seen.

Be gentle with yourselves and others. The intolerance that so many of you are feeling is simply a message that says, "I wish to be treated with kindness and respect." Instead of trying to change others, treat yourself with greater kindness and respect. Adhere to your truth. Make your yes mean 'yes,' and your no mean 'no.' If someone is not treating you with kindness, simply ignore their behavior and do not grace it with your time, attention, and energy.

As fears come up within you breathe deeply and bring the light of God into the areas in your body that feel tight and tense. Pray to see God's truth and experience His love and He will fill you with reassurance and send angels for comfort.

As your hopes and dreams come up don't ignore them. Don't say they are impossible for all things are possible with God. Even if you don't know how to create change, hold your intention for it steady and know that God will assist and guide you.

Dear ones, do not suppress anything that comes up within you these days. By all means, treat others with kindness, but acknowledge your feelings for they are rising from within as messages from God. Sit with your feelings, breathe into them. Love and honor and respect them for how you can expect others to do this if you do not do it for yourself. Then breathe deeply again ask these feelings what they are trying to teach you, what changes they want you to make. The changes begin within you dear friends, and then ripple outward into your world. As you treat yourself with greater kindness you will give that to others. As you acknowledge your own dreams, you will find yourself supportive of others who do the same. As you face your fears, you will have the courage to help others face theirs.

God's light is rising up within you, flooding your mind, heart, body, and emotions with love. This is flushing all that is less than love to the surface to be examined, loved, healed, and then released. Behind these blockages, truth rises up, waiting to be birthed and expressed in your world. You are the lights of this world dear friends. Allow God to rise up within you, clear and cleanse your soul, inform and guide you. This way, you become the change you seek in the world.

Play by God's rules

As you continue on your quest for love here upon this planet earth, remember that everything you seek is to be found within you first. You can choose to continue playing this game of life by man's rules. You can continue to seek happiness in the things and the situations of life around. You will feel worried or upset when you don't have what you want and temporarily happy when you get what you do. But the cycle never ends, dear friends, for you will find that no person and no thing will satisfy your ultimate craving which is to feel God's love moving into you you and flowing through you outward into the world. This is what you seek - to know yourself as part of the loving flow of creation - to receive what you need, to share from your abundance, and to experience a never ending flow of love.

If you play by God's rules, you put love first. You choose loving words and actions towards yourself first. You choose to acknowledge that God does care about your heart and your dreams because He put those dreams in your heart to begin with. You choose to sit in silence and receive this love, and to sit in quiet contemplation of that which your heart seeks. In giving yourself this time and in giving your heart this attention, you will receive the love, guidance, energy, and resources that you need. Yes, you will have to take action when you feel compelled or guided to do so. This action may not be what those around you feel you should want for your life. It may not be what you thought you wanted for your life, and yet when the call to action comes - when God plants a seed of guidance in your heart - everything will feel right about taking this step. You may have fears. You may wonder if you are worthy. You may worry about what others will think, but the action will appeal to you. It will feel as if you want to say, "Yes, yes, yes God, this is what sounds intriguing, interesting, and compelling in this moment!"

So dear friends, choose God. Choose love. Choose to sit quietly a few minutes a day and receive love and/or guidance. Know that when God is ready to guide you He will find a way to get through to you and you won't miss the wisdom what you need to move forward. God loves you dear ones. God loves you so much that He is the breath that breathes life into you. It is His love that makes your heart beat and your lungs open for life giving air. It is His love that beckons you behind all material things and situations that you seek. We are not asking you to renounce material desires, but rather, dear friends, to acknowledge that the true desire is to feel God's love, and when you sit still and feel that, you will be guided in your material life towards deep and true satisfaction as well.

Act out of love

Enjoy your lives dear friends. Don't waste your time in worry, for God cares about each and every one of you and true abundance flows through a heart willing to receive his love and guidance. So many of you are what we call "do it yourself-ers." Due to impatience, lack of faith, unwillingness to surrender to the movement in your own hearts, or fear that your dreams will not come true, you try to force things in your lives, rather than relaxing into the natural movement of God. When you act upon the guidance of God you will take actions that inspire and uplift you and ones that are truly productive. When you act out of fear you create unnecessary labor and chaos in your lives.

Let us share with you an example. You want a new job and yet at the present time you are uninspired to go and look for one. You can force yourself to look, lose yourself in worry because you cannot find what you are seeking, conclude that God doesn't care about you, and then give up in frustration. Alternately, you can intend the type of job you want and then each and every morning sit in silent pray. Ask God for what you want. Feel how it will feel to have what you want, and ask one simple question. "God is there anything you need me to do today to help create this change?" Trust the answer you hear or feel in your own hearts. If for example you have the urge to eat lunch with a friend, call them and schedule a lunch date. They may be the one with the recommendation you seek. If you have the urge to look in the classifieds, do so... you may find the job you are seeking, or you may open your mind to other ideas.

Dear ones, just as there is a huge difference between acting out of impatience (fear) and acting out of guidance (love), there is also a huge difference between surrender and lethargy or laziness. Lethargy or laziness occurs when you know what to do and you are not doing it. For example, you get the urge to meet the friend but you do not call, making an excuse why you don't want to bother them. You want to go but you don't allow yourself this joy and in so doing miss an opportunity.

Laziness and lethargy are borne of a fear of failure,a fear of success, or the sad illusion that nothing you do will matter. Surrender is borne of confidence and the truth that God will guide you in the right time and in the right way. Surrender comes when you have done what you are guided to do and there is no other guidance at the time. Surrender is borne of love. Laziness is born of fear

So impatience creates actions born of fear, just as surely as laziness or lethargy is inaction born of fear.

Guided action is born from love, and from the desires within your heart. Surrender is patient loving inaction born of confidence in God's love for you.

How will you know the difference. Simply stated, impatience and lethargy or laziness lead to frustration and feelings of being separate from the creator's love. Guided action and true surrender lead to feelings of inspiration and connection to God.

Dear ones, God does love you. God does want to help you through your lessons with greater ease and grace so you may harvest the fruits of your labors. Breathe deeply. Take time each day to sit in silence and ask God, "What is next?" Act when the inspirations come to you. Be still and surrender when they do not. In this fashion, your life will flow with grace.

Receive God's love, it is always there

As so many of you celebrate your holiday of love today remember that God's love is all around you, available in every breath, in every glimpse of the sky, in every smile, and in even in every desparate glance of a stranger looking for comfort. God is the spirit that breathes life into you dear ones. God is never far. God is the love that animates all of life and so much more. Relax into God's love on this special holiday, for this is the love you are all seeking.

Sit quietly, breath slowly and deeply, and intend to receive God's love. Intend to allow God's love to permeate your body, mind, soul, finances, families, friendships, jobs, hobbies, and interests. Breathe and receive. Do nothing. Sit quietly and allow any anxiety to bubble up to the surface and give it to God. Breathe gently into your tight spots and allow your fears to be released from the body. Give them to God. Allow your upsets to bubble up, reveal their truth, and then give those to God as well. Breathe. Receive. Breathe. Receive. Breathe. Receive.

Dear ones you need never feel alone. You need never feel that you are without resources. You need never feel as if a problem, a difficult relationship, a dream that you don't know how to reach is beyond the universe's capacity to solve, heal, or manifest. The question is not, "Does God love you," but rather, "How much do you acknowledge the truth and beauty of God's love within yourself." Try to see yourself as a perfect act of God's creation. You - yes you - are perfect in God's eyes right now. An acorn is perfect in and of itself, and yet it will certainly grow into the mighty oak. An oak is complete in and of itself, and yet it has more to give as it bears its own fruit. And so the eternal cycle of growth and expansion continues.

Do not hesitate to love yourself until you meet some goal, become as kind as you would like to become, lose some weight, make a certain amount of money, or find the perfect relationship. Dear ones the perfect relationship occurs when you acknowledge the beauty, glory, and majesty of God within your own hearts. The perfect relationship occurs when you allow yourselves to sit still and receive and feel the creator's love for you. The perfect relationship occurs when you, filled with this love, share it with the world. Why wait to love and acknowledge God's perfection within you? Why put it off one more moment? Why find excuses to say you are not worthy, not lovable, not beautiful, not perfect as you are right this very moment? If you could see yourselves as God sees you dear ones, as we see you, you would never again put up with unkind behavior. You would never again settle for less than a joyous life. You would never feel alone. You would never labor under the illusions that God wants you to suffer. You would learn your lessons willingly, embracing even the challenges with the knowing that more love was waiting there to be discovered. This is truth dear friends. This is the truth of God's immense love for you - His perfect, beautiful, and ever expanding creation.

Truth is rising up

Understand that it is a time on earth when truth is coming to the surface for each and every one of you. Your truth is a gift to the world dear ones. Do you have a secret dream to travel, climb mountains, attend a wonderful concert, or write a book? If you do, give yourself a little bit of your own attention and your own time. Your dreams deserve your attention. Share your dreams with people you love and trust. Share them with total strangers when you feel inspired to do so. Don't hide your hearts truths. How can you receive help from God until you bring these dreams to the surface, for God uses others to help fulfill your dreams, and somestimes God will use you to assist another. Perhaps you will share a bit of information, or will receive the very same.

Share also dear ones, your truth in every area of your life. This will mean, at times, you must disappoint others. It means at times people may judge you selfish or uncaring, but in truth - God has planted truth in your hearts and when it is nurtured you will help those whom God wants you to assist. You are all deeply caring souls dear friends. It is time to be clear about who you want to spend time with, what you want to be doing, and where you want spend your money. It is time to be clear about your intentions, clear with your words, and clear within your own heart. It is time to be very kind to one another, but also very honest.

Reveal the diamonds that you are dear friends. Unbury them from the fertile soils of unworthiness, sadness, victimization, belief in lack, and fear - for those things hide your truth from the world and slow down the manifestation of your dreams. Love these things as a seed loves the shell that confines it... until it is ready to burst into life. You are bursting into life once again dear friends. The energy is ripe for movement, growth, change. Set your sights clearly on what it is you wish to create, how you wish to live your life, and let your words, actions, and mind be in integrity with that. If you want abundance, stop speaking of lack and see that you can be generous with your kindness. If you want love, stop complaining of loneliness and reach out to others. If you want something that you do not yet have speak of it as if it is coming, for truly dear friends, all that you want exists within you waiting to be birthed into being.

Unity within the diversity of love

We are excited about this year on planet earth. Although it is a year of great change, it is also a year in which humanity is truly striving to grow beyond the illusions which have held you in bondage for centuries. You are one human race dear ones - gifted with a beautiful planet upon which your souls learn and grow. There is no 'us' and no 'them' for all are one in God's love. There is no enemy except the enemies of fear, greed, and the illusions of separation. There is no one outside of God's love.

As you walk steadfast in the light remember this. As you look at both the people you like and the ones you don't remember that all are worthy of love. You do not have to like everyone, dear ones, nor do you have to agree with everyone, but we ask you to look into the eyes of even those with whom you have strong disagreement and to acknowledge the light of God within them. God did not design the natural universe to be all the same, nor did he design you that way. Instead God designed both the natural universe and the human race with great diversity.

You have different colors, different genders, different races, different ideologies, and different ways of connecting with your creator. Within your own families you have different ways of treating others, different ways of dealing with finances, different ways of communicating. And yet, dear ones, with all these differences, can you find the unity within God's love? Can you look at someone with whom you disagree and say "This soul is worthy of love. This soul's perspective is worthy of acknowledgement, even if I disagree, for it is true to them." Can you say, "I may not like this soul, nor want to spend time with them, but they too have a right to be here upon this earth because God thought so when He created them." We understand this is not always easy, but we do know that this perspective and this alone will bring you feelings of peace, security,and the understanding that you do not live in an adversarial world, but rather a world in which ALL are striving to find the unity of God's love within the vast diversity of creation.

Seek and ye shall find

This year of 2009 is a year of opportunity - a year of flow, growth, and change. If you get clear in your hearts what it is you are seeking whether it be as specific as a new career or as general as inner peace, then God will join you in your request to create whatever it is your heart truly desires. You must own your dreams. You must realize that you are taking part in the creation of the unfolding universe. You must realize that you are powerful beings and your thoughtforms affect the template of reality here upon the earth.

By thinking thoughts in alignment with your dreams you propel yourselves forward, become more open to assistance, and notice the opportunities when they arrive. By expecting help, miracles, healings, and support along the way you become open to receiving it. By looking for the good you will see it.

Seek and ye shall find.

When you only expect trauma and drama dear ones, these are the things you find. When you expect support, then it comes even in the smallest of ways. Patience is required but you will find that angels come to assist you when you become clear on whatever it is your heart truly desires. The heart dear ones, never desires to interfere with the free will of another. The heart wants true love, whereas the mind might project that intent and think it must come from a specific person. The heart wants feelings of God's abundance and security whereas the mind might project that onto a dollar amount in the bank. The heart wants to experience other cultures via travel, perhaps, but the mind says the trip must happen at this time in this fashion. The heart of a child wants a shiny new red bicycle, and the mind says I must have it right now. You must learn to surrender to your hearts desires, while releasing the control of the mind in order for your dreams to come true. The heart wants experiences, feelings, and above all the experience of God's love in all areas of life. The mind contrives ways it believes this must happen in order to prove to itself it is loved.

God, dear ones has a view of creation that is far more vast than any one human being. God can answer prayers in ways you cannot even imagine. So dear ones, assume your prayers are heard. Assume your dreams will come true. Assume you are cared for, loved, and cherished in the heavens, and that your heart matters. Then practice patience, surrender, trust, and faith and know that miracles and magic await you around every turn. This is your birthright and if you can accept it, the universe is more than willing to give.

So many of you dear ones, cannot wait to get moving in your lives. This year we ask you to move with your hearts as impeccably as you can. This is where you will enter into the flow of God's love more easily. The heart is not concerned as much dear ones with particulars but rather with love. Do you want a relationship? Move there by opening your heart to the idea of receiving and sharing. Really allow yourself to sit in quiet and imagine, and luxuriate the in feelings you will have in the future. Do you want a new career? Ask God to reveal your heart unto you. Imagine what you will feel like in your future job, how happy you will be, how much you will enjoy your coworkers, and relax knowing your bills are paid? Do you want a new piece of furniture? Send it love and imagine loving it being in your home.

Dear ones, the currency of the heart is love, and what you love you draw unto you, without manipulation, without strategy, without struggle. "But dear angels," we hear so many of you say, "I love this person but they don't return my affection or my kindness." Dear ones, people DO have free will, but if you want relationship, love the idea and the feelings of relationship. Even strive to love the ones who do not love you, for even if they don't return your love and affection your goodwill, and your confident, loving nature will attract one who will.

"But dear angels," we hear you say, "I am focusing on a new career, but I don't know what to do yet." Dear ones, patience, patience. God is with you. Sometimes it takes human time to create the right set of circumstance for you to work within. Someone else may have to leave. A new company may have to be created. You may have to gain confidence first to be ready for the position God has in mind. There are so many factors that go into coordinating one human life let alone coordinating that life with six billion others on your planet earth! God is rather amazing, is He not? We angels continue to be in awe of the creator that breathes life into all of our beings!

Dear ones, God does hear your prayers, but always, dear one, always infuse them with love. Focus on that which love even if you do not yet have it, rather than placing your sights on what you perceive to be limitation or lack. Far better to look for the positive you have right now, however small it may be some days, than to wail and wish for a way out of the negative. There is always good around you right now. There is always something to look forward to. There is always something to learn. And in this year of change, dear friends, with the energy ripe to create movement in your lives coming very soon - do focus with love upon the direction that you wish to go.

Your life beings with every breath

We wish you all a joyous and Happy New Year! Our wish is that you would know that within each moment is an opportunity for creating a new you. With every breath you take; with every action you make; with every word uttered from your mouth or every thought voiced in silence; you create yourself anew. If you choose thoughts, words, and actions that in integrity with your spirit, these feel right and good and they help you create a beautiful reality. If you choose thoughts, words, and actions that are not in integrity with your spirit, this creates further discord in your outer world.

With every breath you have the chance to change your entire life's direction. One single positive thought amidst a sea of negative ones can point you towards a much happier future. One kind and loving decision in the middle of chaos can restore order in your life. One choice to choose love over anger, opens your heart to receive great abundance as well. Hold those positive and healthy, loving and kind thoughts long enough and you will reap immense rewards.

Dear ones, with each moment we celebrate the birthing of a new you! Each moment, dear ones, gives rise to a new version of your spirit, and a new chance for change in your life. Treasure each moment as much as you treasure your New Year's celebration and your life will be filled with magical moments.

In this coming year, more than ever before, you will come to treasure what is of real value in your life. You will come to understand abundance that is different than just your bank accounts. You will move into greater awareness of yourselves as one human family and dear ones, this will ease the loneliness some of you feel as you reach out to others around you. It will ease the sense that you see the world differently than others as you connect with those of like mind. It will ease the fears your finances would like to inspire in you to understand that others want to give to you as much as we, your angels, wish to shower you with love. This does not necessarily mean outer circumstances will be easy, but if you keep yourself aligned with God and your own hearts, you will find that you have peace in a world that is still changing very rapidly.

Open to receive when inspired dear ones, and to give when guided. You will know when the time is at hand for sharing of your love, your kindness, and your resource, because it will feel like that is the joyful path. You will know when it is time to receive because you will want the gifts that are offered to you.

Allow God's love to flow in to your life, and through you, into the lives of others. This can be a year of immense change, flow, and Divine grace if you are willing to walk in truth.

As you approach the final days of 2008 look back, not with sighs of relief that a challenging year is over, but rather with a gentle celebration of gratitude. Each and every day is a blessing. No matter what trials or difficulties you have endured, they have forged you and strengthened you in your awareness of God. This is what is occurring now upon your planet earth. There is a balancing going on - a return to core values. There is going to be an increase in the number of people valuing relationships over things, valuing simple pleasures over grandiose gadgets, valuing their relationship with God as much as their relationship with their homes and their cars. It is a time of remembering why you came to planet earth and for praying, intending, and dreaming of the life within you that longs to be brought to the surface, and lived.

During the final days of 2008 look back with appreciation on all that has occurred. Above all take the time to appreciate the growth you have achieved this year - the increase in faith, the increased desire to be a loving person, the ability to be resourceful and make due at times when you didn't know where to turn. These are the gifts of the soul that your creator is presenting to each and every one of you. And with these gifts you can approach the new year, with a renewed sense of excitement, adventure, and freedom. 2009 is going to be a year of movement and change and great spiritual growth upon your planet earth. Those of you who have been turning to God have built a solid foundation in your lives. You are the lighthouses built upon the rocks. You are the sources of light and sources of wisdom for those who have built their lives on shakier foundations. You are the ones who will be called upon for answers, inspiration, and joy. There is nothing ever to fear because God is in charge here, dear ones. Give to one another from the abundance you do have. Share you excess and the things you no longer need. Share your wisdom, your love, your time, gifts and talents - when it is a joy to do so. It is in the simplest gifts that the greatest joys are experienced. Fill your cup first, as always, then give from the abundance you do truly have.

You are clearing out the residues of your past so you can move into the new year unencumbered. If there are any burdens weighing you down - either internal or external, write them down and give them to God. Ask for an increased experience of the divine light within you dear friends, for with this light comes the awareness that all is within you, waiting to be called forth into grand and glorious expression.
