Which would you choose for your vacation on Anna Maria. We recently asked one of the professional sales associates at Anna Maria Island Accommodations what percentage of guests ask for a pool home and what percentage of guest ask for a gulf front vacation rental. The majority of guests ask for a pool home, I was told about 85% ask for a home with a pool. I would of thought that was a bit on the high side before we moved to Anna Maria but not now since I live here. I figured that being close to the beach would be perfect to cool off in the summer or on any hot day and one didn't really require a home with a pool. Now I can tell you - Boy! it sure is nice to have a pool!

One of the properties is Blue Lagoon. It can sleep up to 28 people. This Anna Maria resort has a tiki hut with a stunning waterfall in their private pool. It is a very intimate location located 1 block to the beach.

Another resort on the Island is called the Sand n' Sea Villas. This complex has 6 suites with 2 beds 2 baths. A heated private pool is located in the center of the units.

The Sand n' Sea is located steps to the beach. The would be the perfect location for a family gathering or large event. This resort has a fantastic location close to the Sand Bar restaurant and Ginny and Jane's coffee shop.

For our guests convenience we work with a local baby supply, beach supply and bike rental company called Fun and More Rentals. They would be happy to deliver any items that you did not bring on your vacation... and they will give nice dicounts for large groups.

May is a month for locals as we call it, here on Anna Maria Island.

The weather is still pleasant and the crowds are less than the spring months ( Feb to April )
The water is in the high 70's and the beach are not packed.
We don't have to wait in line at restaurants over 1 hr.
