Mathew Knowles is clearly a bitter man. Clearly wanting to exact revenge on the people who damaged his business relationship with his daughter, Knowles has finally spoken out. In an interview with The Associated Press, Knowles vehemently denies he stole money from Beyonce, an allegation speculated to be the reason behind the singer dumping him as her manager. He has also criticised her team for the poor handling of her new album ’4′. “They put out the record in a vacuum,” he said “It makes you believe that there are some artists that don’t need radio. There are some records that don’t need a record label, and Beyonce is one of those artists”.

Despite getting the sack, Knowles does not believe the theft accusations were a contributing factor and says his daughter made a lot of career changes throughout her empire: “She changed almost every aspect of her business” he says. Knowles filed papers in a Texas court this week which firmly places blame towards members of Beyonce’s camp for their accusations.

“We absolutely have not taken any money from Beyonce, and all dollars will be accounted for,” he told The Associated Press last night. “In no way have we stole money. Again, this is about the people who have made these claims — they have to come into the light. The relationship with Beyonce is extremely amicable. I want to make that clear. Where there’s concern is the people that she’s doing business with. I’m challenging all of these folks on integrity, professional integrity. The team ironically appeared to be a cross-pollination of Beyonce’s team, Roc Nation’s team, and Live Nation’s team, who ironically have the most to gain”.

Knowles said he has not spoken to Beyonce specifically about the allegations: “The only way we will be able to understand this is through a court of law. That’s the only way either one of us will be clear if someone in our camps did something that was not correct”

For the report states that they have not spoken since she fired him. Their relationship was already on rocky ground after the 60-year-old heaped shame and public humilation upon her family. Last year, it was confirmed he got actress Alexandra Wright pregnant while he was still married to Beyonce’s mother Tina. The end result was a baby son named Nixon.

ACCORDING TO FORBES>>The development comes three months after the singer and her father announced that they’d be parting ways “on a business level.” Since then, rumors have swirled around potential replacements, including Beyoncé’s business-savvy husband, Jay-Z. So how much money is at stake for Beyoncé, her father and Live Nation — both in terms of past earnings and future prospects?

Over the past four years, Beyoncé has racked up $289 million dollars in pretax earnings, according to a tally of FORBES’ annual estimates. Mathew Knowles was likely entitled to pocket 15-20% of that sum as his daughter’s manager, plus additional amounts from the earlier years of her career. Apparently, that wasn’t enough.

Mathew Knowles’ dismissal means he’s been locked out of Beyoncé’s future plans — which in all probability will include a major international tour to support the singer’s new album, 4, released in late June by Sony’s Columbia Records. The album moved more than 300,000 units in its first week, a career-worst for Beyoncé, but there’s no reason t0 believe she won’t be able to command her usual astronomical totals on the road. On her last tour she grossed over $1 million per night in ticket sales alone, according to concert data provider Pollstar.

Mathew Knowles can’t be thrilled at the notion on missing out on a piece of his daughter’s next international excursion, as a new 100-date tour could easily produce nine-figure revenues. Now that Knowles is out of the picture, the court papers claim, Beyoncé’s business is being handled by a Live Nation executive named Faisal Duranni.

One member of Beyoncé’s family who wouldn’t be upset to see Live Nation involved in her touring plans: Jay-Z. Live Nation is the parent of his Roc Nation label, and Duranni was said to be instrumental in finalizing the rapper’s 10-year, $150 million deal with the the company in 2008.

That’s right! Mýa has signed with MBM Records/Universal Music and is leaving the Japan-based label, Manhattan Records.
She released three new CDs after her split with Interscope: Liberation (digital download only) in 2007, Sugar & Spice in 2008, and K.I.S.S. in 2011. The two former were under Manhattan, and all three were released (commercially) in Japan only.

Renee Zellweger and John Stamos went to Disneyland together on Monday, two separate witnesses tell Us Weekly. The 42-year-old actress and Stamos, 47, “were having a great time laughing and dancing as they walked from one ride to another,” one witness says.

Zellweger and the Glee guest star “looked really close and both very happy.”

The duo “were trying to stay under the radar.” Stamos wore a white t-shirt and black baseball cap. “We recognized him immediately and asked him for a picture,” the fan says. “[He and Renee] were both very nice! She was definitely more shy.”

Not aware that Stamos’ companion was an Oscar-nominated actress, the fans asked Zellweger to take their picture with the Full House hunk. “We actually didn’t recognize her until they were leaving, and she handed my phone back to us!” oh! buuuuuuurn…

Another group spotted the duo (escorted by a tour guide) outside the Splash Mountain ride — and similarly asked an incognito Zellweger to take their photo with Stamos.

“She struggled a little bit trying to get a picture,” the second observer tells Us. “We didn’t even recognize it was Renee until later!” double burn!

Zellweger split from Bradley Cooper in March 2011 after less than two years together. Stamos was married to Rebecca Romijn from 1998 to 2005.

It appears Elin Nordegren has found another man, after divorcing Tiger Woods.

The guy is Jamie Dingman, a New York marketing exec.

A Swedish photo agency came to TMZ with what they said was a photo of the two, kissing and hugging outside Elin’s apartment in Sweden. TMZ has seen the photo — but the agency decided it wanted to hold it … at least for now.

Jamie’s dad, Michael Dingman, is a very wealthy investor. Jamie specialized in Russian private equity funds and he also owned an Indy car-racing team.

He reportedly dated Bridget Moynahan, Tom Brady‘s baby mama. He was also linked to Princess Madeleine of Sweeden, but the New York Post says they were just friends. It does, however, provide a Swedish connection.

Madhuri has been in her home town Mumbai for a few days now, and its all work and no pleasure this time. We reported earlier that she would be a potential starrer for the sequel of Vishal Bhardwaj’s Ishqiya, titled, Dedh Ishqiya and now it’s finally been confirmed that Mads will be part of the movie.

Reliable sources tell us more; Vishal wanted to discuss a few things with Madhuri and hence met her last weekend. It is also believed that Madhuri will finalise her views on the script and her character before leaving for US. Madhuri has signed the film and also demanded that her character be as strong as Vidya Balan’s in Ishqiya. Apparently DI won’t take the same story forward.’

The original star cast, Arshad Warsi and Naseeruddin Shah will also be apart of this sequel, playing the same characters. As well as Madhuri, the producers are in search for another actress, any suggestions?

If all goes to plan, Dedh Ishqiya will go on floors next year.

Rebekah Brooks resigns, Charlie Brooker tweets some hilarious but true things

Rebekah Brooks, the News International chief executive, has resigned after 11 days of mounting political pressure over the phone-hacking scandal.

Brooks announced her decision to News International staff in Wapping just before 10am on Friday, saying her resignation had been accepted by Rupert Murdoch and James Murdoch. She said she no longer wanted to be a “focal point of the debate” surrounding the company’s future and reputation.

She stopped short of issuing a personal apology. “As chief executive of the company, I feel a deep sense of responsibility for the people we have hurt and I want to reiterate how sorry I am for what we now know to have taken place,” Brooks said in a statement.

“I have believed that the right and responsible action has been to lead us through the heat of the crisis. However my desire to remain on the bridge has made me a focal point of the debate.

“This is now detracting attention from all our honest endeavours to fix the problems of the past.”

Brooks praised Rupert and James Murdoch and said she leaves “with the happiest memories and an abundance of friends”.

Brooks is to be replaced by the chief executive of Sky Italia, Tom Mockridge, who will take over at Wapping immediately.

It is not yet clear exactly why Brooks’s resignation after 22 years at the company was accepted by the Murdochs, who had so far steadfastly stood by her during the crisis. This despite calls for her to go from the leaders of all the main political parties, including prime minister David Cameron, and the family of murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler, whose mobile phone was allegedly hacked by a private investigator working for the News of the World.

However, the last straw may well have been Thursday night’s Newsnight interview with News International parent company News Corporation’s second largest shareholder, Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal al-Saud, in which he called for her to stand down amid questions over her “integrity”. Al-Saud, who controls a 7% stake in News Corp: said: “For sure she has to go, you bet she has to go.”

Brooks also faced an uncomfortable appearance before MPs on the Commons culture, media and sport select committee on Tuesday along with Rupert and James Murdoch to answer questions about the phone-hacking scandal. In her resignation statement she indicated that she would still appear before the committee.

In her statement Brooks said she wanted to clear her name as well as the company’s. “The reputation of the company we love so much, as well as the press freedoms we value so highly, are all at risk,” she added.

“As you can imagine recent times have been tough. I now need to concentrate on correcting the distortions and rebutting the allegations about my record as a journalist, an editor and executive.

“My resignation makes it possible for me to have the freedom and the time to give my full co-operation to all the current and future inquiries, the police investigations and the CMS appearance. I am so grateful for all the messages of support. I have nothing but overwhelming respect for you and our millions of readers.”

Al-Saud, known as the “Arab Warren Buffet” and the nephew of the Saudi king, also told Newsnight: “The indications are that her involvement in this matter is explicit. For sure she has to go, you bet she has to go. Ethics to me is very important. I will not tolerate to deal with a company that has a lady or a man that has any sliver of doubts on her or his integrity. From my dealings with Mr James Murdoch and Rupert Murdoch it’s almost impossible for James and Rupert to know what’s going on at News of the World level.

“The problems have been at the News of the World newspaper and not at News Corp level. I’d like to differentiate between News Corporation conglomerate and the News of the World that got shut down. These tactics used by tabloid newspapers in the UK were done not only by News of the World but by other tabloid newspapers also.

“I hope that this matter doesn’t get over-politicised. Clearly some politicians in the UK and US right now would like to set the record clear and take revenge on Mr Murdoch’s conglomerate that wasn’t really on their side some time ago.”

Pressure has intensified on 43-year-old Brooks to stand down since the hacking scandal re-erupted following the Guardian’s disclosure on July 4 that News of the World reporters hacked into Dowler’s mobile phone.

The public revulsion over the revelation and subsequent allegations that the phones of leading politicians, fallen British soldiers and the victims of the 7/7 terrorist attacks had been targeted led to the decision last week by News Corporation to close the News of the World.

However, as the scandal snowballed Brooks stood firm and showed no sign of buckling under the pressure. She told News International staff that it was “inconceivable” that she knew about the hacking of Dowler’s phone.

Brooks also faced down the anger of News of the World staff in two separate meetings with them last week amid claims by many of them that their paper and their jobs were being sacrificed to save her.

She also appeared to have been protected by Rupert Murdoch, who is said to fondly regard her almost as a fifth daughter.

Until this morning’s announcement, this support even appeared to withstand cross-party calls for her to step down. She had also been cast adrift by David Cameron, who said last week: “It has been reported that she offered her resignation over this and in this situation I would have taken it.”

This time it has. Cameron’s official spokesman said today her resignation was “the right decision”.

The Labour leader, Ed Miliband, had described Brooks’s ongoing employment at News International as an “insult” to the Dowler family. He wrote today on Twitter: “It is right that Rebekah Brooks has finally taken responsibility and resigned” and called on Rupert Murdoch to apologise to the Dowlers.
