This analysis took a little bit of time because I, with a helpful team, had to not only monitor then analyze average <a href="http://coupons.com">coupons.com</a> statistics but also average redemption rates per various platforms to come out with this algorythm to predict results based upon different scenarios. Theoretically, if I know the average cost-per-print of the coupon vendor platform, the cost-per-click + average redemption rate of an advertising platform and the average redemption rate of a particular offer ($1 off, $5 off, etc.) PER INDUSTRY AVERAGE (yes that is very important - food has a different rate than clothes) ... As you can tell from the first picture I'm clearly stopped at the red light before legally making a right-hand turn on red. Now I have to pay a $480 ticket upfront, even if I am pleading 'not guilty'? Oh yea, that's fair. Last year L.A. City Council publicly said you <a href="http://blogs.laweekly.com/informer/2011/07/red-light_camera_tickets.php">don't have to pay your red-light camera tickets</a> (and never did) but as one informed citizen writes in the comments...<p /><div>"If you responded to the citation in any way, then you acknowledged that you received it. The court will likely treat this differently than if you just ignored it altogether and could put a hold on your license and possibly other sanctions. ... Even though there is no hold on your driver's license and the collection agency doesn't put it on your credit report, there is a note in the court record that you didn't pay a citation and it was "written off". It is unclear who can access this info and whether it shows up in a public search of court records or if it is just an "internal" court record. So completely ignoring it could have some consequences for some people, there is some risk. Of course there are about 65,000 people out there that took this route so that may tell you something of how big (or little) a risk it is. />I was standing in line at 7-11 behind a chubby, 8 year old, brown-haired boy who was living the dream. As he gets to the front of the line he places his bag of chips and soda on the counter and cooly says, "Hello (cashier name)". He leans against the counter with a coy smile as the cashier rings up his items and asks for $4.53. Then with the flick of his wrist the kid slyly whips out a $100 bill like a big-shot. The cashier gives a look of disbelief but cheerfully replies "Ok boss" and begins to tender this young man's change. (This is when it really gets good.) The 8 year old kid looks at me and goes "Yea, I recently came into some money", and gives me a wink! After a long Monday behind the computer, I didn't realize I had begun to bleed all over the keyboard of my macbook pro (and my clothes right after laundry day for that matter, too). After walking to the nearby 7-11 with Jen to spend $10 on over-priced band-aids and neosporin, we found a $100 bill!
