Responsible for overseeing all activities at site as performed by the Contractor
Review, understand and interpret all the contract drawings, sub-contracts and all co-ordination schemes.
Check and approve material to be used at site with respect to specifications and drawings.

Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil and architectural related activities.
Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site
Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.).,
Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
Civil work activities covers in my area of responsibilities are: Fabrication, construction and erection of PC columns, concrete pipe racks, equipments foundations, collecting pits, ponds, manholes, catch basins, ditches, asphalt and concrete paving and, miscellaneous supports, Sewer and drainage system and painting of structures (Concrete surface only) below the ground level and above the ground level. The Quantity Surveyor’s responsibilities to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to cost of installation, materials and workmanships and to come out with a well –planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling.

Furthermore, the quantity surveyor has to prepare contracts for projects by stating clearly the terms and conditions, studying and understand the contracts offered to us.
When projects are completed, Quantity surveyor will proceed with claiming of payments from the relevant parties and completed the collection of payments as soon as possible.

verify and document all electrical repair and PM work;
troubleshoot / diagnose [fault find] and repair electrical equipment / installations [eg lighting] and DB systems used on production process and utility areas;
maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical systems and equipment by reference to technical journals, books, operating manuals, and other reference materials;
report daily activity, provide input to safety meetings, and report any defects or deviations to supervisor as well as in computerised maintenance management system (SAP);

Position: Mechanical Supervisor - Job Decription

Utilises materials and resources competently; accurately and carefully follows established procedures for completing work tasks
Full utilisation of project equipment before seeking to hire equipment and then to minimise hire equipment time
Participate in the value creation system reviews processes to identify gaps between requirements and current outputs to identify opportunities to make improvements at work
Identify opportunities to improve best practice and implement.
Develop and confirm with the customer, work scopes for all planned and unplanned activities for all team members; to meet customer requirements and improve business efficiencies
Develop work pack scopes and communicate to field co-ordinators time estimates for completion
Allocate resources to maximise resource leveling on all planned and unplanned work
Negotiate with customers and priorities resource usage to deliver to the customer an agreed scheduled outcome
Ensure the compliance to obtaining of permits and ensure thorough understanding of permit procedure
Assist with planning and scheduling weekly maintenance program
To be capable of responding to unplanned problems such as equipment failure (breakdowns)
Equipment Terminology.
Ensure that all materials are used or processed in line with the legal regulations.
Understanding of tools and reporting through maintenance management systems regarding work progress.
Directly supervise a multi-skilled work group in accordance with established project procedures
Ensure effective execution of all maintenance activities to the client’s scope
