Basic Job Functions:
The Operations Lead is responsible for assuring the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all policy associated with procedures, training, regulatory compliance, contractual compliance, and processes in O&M Operations.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Collects movies from machines and records counts

• Keeps daily record of product distributed to each machine

• Provides quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with store managers, owners, employees, and Redbox personnel

• Communicates status of machines and customer accounts to ROS

• Cooperates with co-workers and promotes a positive and productive working environment

• Accounts for the security of all machines, and merchandise on the route – includes reporting machine vandalism and theft as well as researching shortages/overages of movies

• Keeps machines cleaned and maintained in proper working order – includes route maintenance as needed

• Keeps daily inventory record of merchandise taken from warehouse stock

• Places product in machines to maximize presentation and sales

• Loads and unloads product from automobile

• Adhere to all Product Merchandising Programs, Company Machine Standards, and any special requests for products as identified by the ROS

• Light Preventative Maintenance direction will be provided based on skill level

• Small hand tools (screwdriver, pliers, cutters, hex wrenches), spare parts as directed by ROS, keys to kiosk and light box, QLM key

Responsibilities:

• Based on written installation or service order, installs or repairs service at customer site including cross-connecting, splicing and installing wire, outlets, jacks and other related hardware as needed.
• Based on installation instructions or service orders, installs, maintains and/or services Integra Telecom CPE to include but not be limited to:

o NIU/CSU-DSU
o Routers
o ISDN Modems
o DSL Modems

• Installs, maintains and/or troubleshoots basic telephony services.
• Performs required hardware installations.
• Keeps an accurate, written record of all required documentation.
• Interacts directly with customers to determine needs, evaluate issues and provide training and support relative to system/transport features, functions and operation.
• Applies knowledge of systems of interrelated procedures such as voice and data.
• Applies general principles to solve practical, everyday problems and deals with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagrammatical form.
• This job will periodically require overtime work and/or on-call during off shift hours. Substitution coverage for this job requirement is limited and may periodically be non-existent.
• Performs other related duties of projects as assigned
