My mother, sister, and cusin came for a visit this weekend, and we made this quick video while sitting in my living room (with Syd of course). Two of them were playing Pokemon Puzzle League, so they were pretty unresponsive. The sound is slightly off on the video and the video part freezes at the end and the light wasn't great, but hopefully it still looks ok.

Today is the marathon here in Boston, and I've been working all weekend, including later today, waiting tables a block from the finish line. It's also been warm, beautiful weather and we've had our outdoor seating open for the first time this year. Needless to say that has all made life pretty crazy. One unfortunate side effect of this has been a lack of time for making videos (or watching anyone else's). I have another old one here though. This is one of my favorite old things I've made. I was afraid it wouldn't work well being compressed, but it looks pretty good. It looks a lot better large, but this will still give you a good sense of it.

I have a bunch of old videos spanning the last several years that I think I'm going to post sporadically so they can have a place to live in the world. For no particular reason, this is the first of those. It features Toby, my friend from little secrets talking about himself and showing photos. It was originally made in 2002.

I've started this new blog to post videos. I was inspired by two things: meeting the enthusiastic Ryanne Hodson just as she was moving out of my neighborhood, and also getting my new powerbook and isight. My first video should be ready soon.
