<p>(This is a repost from 2014 highlighting our relationship with Arkansas&#8217;s finest rice producer, Riceland Foods.)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Arkansas Women Bloggers are the social media megaphones of Arkansas. So naturally, when Riceland wanted to get the word out, they hired Arkansas Women Bloggers to bring in some great influencers to Stuttgart for the WingsOver the Prairie/World Championship Duck Calling Contest. The eight bloggers were able to interact with Georgia Pellegrini,&nbsp;TV Chef, Author, Outdoor Adventure Expert, Modern Pioneer, #GirlHunter on stage, learn more about Riceland, and even get a duck calling lesson.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.riceland.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Riceland</a> provides&nbsp;marketing services&nbsp;for rice, soybeans and wheat grown by its 5,500 farmer-members in Arkansas and Missouri. Each year, its 1,500 employees receive, store, transport process and market more than 125 million bushels (2.5 million metric tons) of grain.</p>
<p>They&nbsp;are the WORLD&#8217;s largest miller and marketer of rice , yes, right here in Arkansas people.</p>
<p>Each Riceland product is backed by generations of rice farmers whose goal has always been to produce the finest quality rice in the world.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Riceland makes me proud to be an Arkansan and we are happy that they have seen the value in Arkansas Women Bloggers and our influence.</p>
<p>Enjoy some of the photo collages from a few of the bloggers that spent the day listening to duck calls and cooking with Riceland.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I recently watched a video of someone declaring that self care and self love was a reason to be selfish. The feelings that washed over me while watching it was absolutely awful. SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH.</p>
<p><img data-recalc-dims="1" loading="lazy" decoding="async" data-attachment-id="21394" data-permalink="https://arkansaswomenbloggers.com/self-care-is-not-selfish/buildings-city-exercise-374632/" data-orig-file="https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?fit=640%2C427&amp;ssl=1" data-orig-size="640,427" data-comments-opened="1" data-image-meta="{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}" data-image-title="buildings-city-exercise-374632" data-image-description="" data-image-caption="" data-medium-file="https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?fit=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1" data-large-file="https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?fit=490%2C327&amp;ssl=1" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-21394" src="https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?resize=640%2C427" alt="" width="640" height="427" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w, https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https://i0.wp.com/arkansaswomenbloggers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/buildings-city-exercise-374632.jpg?resize=490%2C327&amp;ssl=1 490w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /></p>
<p>Now, are there some people who probably use it to be selfish, sure&#8230; but there are also people who use the Bible for their own gains, and people who use charities in terrible ways too. You will always have that.</p>
<p>You can not take care of others, if your personal needs are not met. Believe me, I know. I&#8217;ve tried. I am a mom.&nbsp;</p>

<blockquote class="ttfmake-testimonial"><p>Riceland provides&nbsp;marketing services&nbsp;for rice and&nbsp;soybeans&nbsp;grown by its 6,000 farmer-members in Arkansas and Missouri. Each year, its 1,500 employees receive, store, transport process and market more than 125 million bushels (2.5 million metric tons) of grain.</p>
<p>Riceland is the world&#8217;s largest miller and marketer of rice and one of the Mid-South&#8217;s major&nbsp;<a href="https://www.riceland.com/pages/other-grains/">soybean processors</a>.</p>
<p>A major&nbsp;<a href="https://www.riceland.com/pages/export/">rice exporter</a>, Riceland markets rice products under the Riceland label, private labels, as ingredients, and in bulk. Riceland products are sold across the nation and to more than 75 foreign destinations.</p>
<p>Generation after generation of Riceland farmers have planted, cultivated and harvested rice that carries the quality promise of Riceland Rice. That tradition continues today. Each Riceland product is backed by generations of rice farmers whose goal has always been to produce the finest quality rice in the world.</p></blockquote>
<p>It&#8217;s our pleasure to share some of our favorite rice and related products posts some of our writers have created for Riceland&#8217;s blog. Check these out:</p>
