Pre-Production

When you work with us, you will receive a detailed cover letter that outlines the full scope of work and an itemised quote for the project. Whether you are in need of videography, live streaming, or audiovisual services, we will always do our best to meet your event and budget needs.
Our pre-production services include setting up an initial meet and greet to discuss your project in detail, a site visit to assess the venue, location and carry out equipment testing, crew and equipment logistics and a production meeting to finalise the live event spreadsheet, digital assets required and a WhatsApp group chat to stay connected.

Live Event Production
We will arrive well before the event commences, and the day prior to setup if possible. This allows us to set up all elements efficiently and conduct tests to guarantee a seamless experience for both you and your audience

For all live streaming and hybrid projects, the event recordings will be delivered within 24 hours, enabling you to embed them online for future on-demand viewing.
As part of all video projects, we’ll work together to edit, deliver, and make sure the finished product meets your needs. We will produce the video in the format of your choice and ensure that it is of the highest quality.
Also, we will provide a detailed debriefing on what went well and what can be improved for future events.
