Equipment includes projectors, wireless microphones, speakers, digital recorders, video switchers and wireless slide advancers. We now also offer technicians that can be on-site to setup, operate and tear down the A/V equipment at your meeting.

Today we collaborated with Corporate Event, Inc. to put on a heck of a show at the Ritz Carlton Resort in Naples, FL for UBS. Audience response questions made up almost all of the content that was used at their event. That’s no problem for us though. We live for this stuff.

TurningPoint Tutorials

We’re going to be trying something new over the coming days. That’s right, a TurningPoint video tutorial series. We’ll start by covering some of the simple things to get you started working with the software like creating questions slides, editing questions, setting up your receiver and using a ResponseCard and what the blinking lights mean. A little further down the line more advanced topic will be addressed.

ARS At Multi-City Dinner Meeting Series

The sun is just coming up at O’Hare airport in Chicago and I am on my way to Davio’s in Philadelphia near Rittenhouse Square. I’ll be handling the audience response system there as part of a joint project with White Rabbit Communications out of Dallas, TX and and Chicago based Travis Inc..

I land in Philly at about noon local time and plan to hit the ground running. If everything goes according to plan, we’ll start our setup and testing before 2PM and be ready to rock ‘n roll in a couple of hours.

Our setup at Davio’s is just a part of today’s events, however. There are similar dinner meetings happening in New York City, Atlantic City, Raleigh, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Scottsdale, Chicago and Anaheim.

To the technicians working the meetings in the other cities:

Inland Power Uses 1200 ResponseCards At Their Annual Meeting

I am coming at you live from the Northern Quest Pavilion in Spokane, WA where Inland Power is using 1200+ audience response keypads at enliven their annual meeting. They’ve decided to test the audience’s knowledge of the company with a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire style game show format.

While the session was brief, only about 30 minutes, the feedback on the use of the clickers for playing a game was astoundingly positive.
