The interesting thing...I joined some of the oil painters groups, made some posts and they just got deleted. Seems there are artists more equal than others. I got one 'like' before they bumped my post.

Apparently, these groups are good only if you LIKE them, not if you expect any sharing of the love!

I have had great success with Fine Art America, selling prints regularly, which they manufacture and ship to the customer. They don't participate in sales of originals but advise the collector to contact the artist directly. This has resulted in the sale of several paintings for me.
