Finding an apartment in Manhattan is brutal to say the least. I remember the time when I was looking for a 1br apartment in Murray Hill or Gramercy and it took me over 6 months to find what I was looking for. I tried all these different real estate sites but none of them helped. Finally I found a really good site with great helpful brokers by a company named Alpha Properties NYC. They are brokers for all of Manhattan which is nice. They have a lot of apartments to search from on their website.
