Hurt can build a stoney crusty layer around the heart, if we choose to numb ourselves in the midtst of pain the result is zombieland. Feeding on flesh without careing. Taking from others with out love, shark attitude rather then servant.

Why in zombie land is there more flesh eating sharks then humble willing to give servants?

I wanna Trust! Do you? I did, but I didn't too. Kinda like I wanna lose weight and get in shape. And it's not even the work it takes to get there that I really see as holding me back. Finding Rest, A day off to just Be and not Do? A day off is a good thing!

Later, it was part of the Law given to Moses and Israel. Many Christians today are troubled -- considerably at times -- by the question: "Should we be observing the Sabbath yet today?" There are certain Christian groups who feel that this is the case; in fact they insist that we are not genuine Christians unless we observe the commandment of God to keep the Sabbath continuously.

The correspondence bias is the tendency to draw inferences about a person's unique and enduring dispositions from behaviors that can be entirely explained by the situations in which they occur. When people observe other’s behavior they often attribute that behavior to dispositional traits rather than situational factors (Aronson, Wilson, & Akert, 2007). The tendency for people to overemphasize personality based explanations and underemphasize situational factors is known as the correspondent bias (Miyamoto & Kitayama 2002).

So what about the law? Why even strive to obey about it?
Obey! Come on! I hate that word! Doing it just made me feel forgotten, ignored and alone!

Why do so many religious people would say 'people get what they deserve'?
A very unloving reaction to hurting people.

An unloving reaction to hurting people is also leaveing them alone. A life lived without direction. No teacher to teach playing the beautiful interments of life as to be free to make beautiful music.

Wait, I thought religious people where suppose to help hurting people? So why is there so much of a mess due to a break in sexual ethics?

Jesus says Over and over in the Gospels Jesus challanges the religious rulers with the Truth of Love and Grace.

The shield of Faith - I want to call your attention to this one piece of the armor carried by the blood bought. The shield that Paul had in mind here is not the small, round dish looking thing, but the oblong, door-like shield, measuring 4' x 2 ', curved to the shape of the body and carried by the Greek and Roman soldiers. When joined together, these large shields formed a wall behind which a body of troops could hide themselves from the rain of the enemy's missiles.

These military shields were made of wood, covered on the out side with thick leather, which not only deadened the shock of the missile, but protected the frame of the shield from the fire-tipped darts used in the artillery of the ancients.

Contrary to popular teaching, faith is not mental delusion, behavior replacement or presumption and it is not evidenced by self-bolstering surface sucess, but a work of the Holy Spirit from the inside out. Roots to fruits.

'You know, it's like there are two dogs fighting inside of me all the time - a dog of glowing light and beauty and a dog of fire.
