<li>Black pepper or white pepper &#8211; 1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Gram dal &#8211; 1 and half tsp</li>
<li>Urud dal &#8211; 1 and half tsp</li>
<li>Dried red chili &#8211; 4 to 5 pics (Depend on your taste)</li>
<li>Coriander seeds &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Kari leaf &#8211; 10 leaves</li>
<li>Coriander leaves &#8211; 1 or 2</li>
<li>Tamarind  &#8211; 10 Grams</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; Required Amount</li>
<li>Olive oil / Refined oil &#8211; Required Amount</li>
<li>Mustard &#8211; 1/4 tsp</li>
<li>Asafoetida / Hing &#8211; 1 Pinch</li>
<li>Coconut &#8211; Required Amount (Optional)</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="color: #99cc00;"><strong>Instructions:</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li>First place the pan on the stove and heat it.</li>
<li>Then pour a tablespoon of olive oil</li>
<li>A tablespoon of chickpeas, urad dal, coriander seeds, red chilies</li>
<li>Then add half teaspoon of pepper</li>
<li>Fry all this in medium flame</li>
<li>Fry all this and keep it separately</li>
<li>Then in the same pan, saute the curry leaves and add the chopped radish (250 Grams)</li>
<li>Add coriander leaves and saute well till the green smell goes away</li>
<li>Add the roasted ingredients separately and add tamarind to it</li>
<li>Add a tablespoon or two of grated coconut to it if required. Add some salt and saute well</li>
<li>After sauteing well turn off the stove. Keep it aside and cool</li>
<li>After it cools down put it in a mixer jar and grind it finely.</li>
<li>For seasoning, take a small pan and pour a teaspoon of oil in it</li>
<li>Add half a teaspoon of mustard to it and then add dry chillies and fry for a while then add fenugreek and curry leaves.</li>
<li>Add it to the seasoned chutney.</li>
<li>Now your delicious Radish Chutney is ready.</li>
