Does Provillus Work?

To get an answer for the question whether a particular medicine is useful or not, one has to check the ingredients used to make the product in question. It is the ingredients that make a medicine effective and useful for the users. So far as provillus is concerned it uses only extracts of herbals that are proved to be effective to solve the problems associated to hair loss and hair thinning. Herbal extracts that are hundred percent natural also make it safe to be used by a person without bothering about the definite side effects that come along with a chemical based formula for hair loss.

Blocks DHT from hitting your body, which is one of the main causes of hair loss. Provillus was created to block DHT and supply the proper nutrients to your body to prevent hair loss and to help you regrow your hair in natural way. You shouldn` t wait until theres a problem to prevent it! Provillus provides your bodys natural supply for these nutrients and permits the tiny follicles beneath your scalp get exactly what they need to produce beautiful, full-bodied hair.Provillus has an excellent mixture of nourishing nutrients that also blockade the DHT in the body. It also prevents hair loss and assists regrowth of hair follicles. It supplies nutrients for growth of healthy thick hair

Provillus for women does indeed work and its far cheaper than any other alternatives that are available today.which do not work. Provillus also offers a 6 month guarantee – that’s one of the reasons why Provillus for women is the best available FDA hair loss drug out there. So you have nothing to lose. ** A little tip ** When you order, place a 4 bottle package because you’ll get 2 free bottles, for a total of 6 bottles that will last you 6 months. It’s well worth the money and you save a ton by doing this.

I have created this site to provide some help to women across the world who suffer from hair loss. My own mom suffered from hair loss for a long time until we found a solution for her that stopped her hair loss. The solution was a medically proven supplement called Provillus for women. I will be reviewing Provillus and another very popular and also medically proven drug called Profinast for women.

Profinast For Women Review:

Profinast, a herbal finasteride is a combination of herbs, vitamins and nutrients, formulated to arrest hair fall in men, in just 7 days.

How does Profinast work?

Profinast works by blocking the formation of DHT i.e. Dihydrotestosterone, a male hormone responsible for hair shrinkage.

Blocks DHT formation

Reverse hair shrinkage

Improve blood supply

Promote re-growth

Here is how it works, over 360 days…

Day 1: No Profinast
Day 7: No further heavy hair loss
Day 14: Reversal of hair shrinkage
Day 30: Inducing hair-regrowth
Day 90: Visible hair growth seen
Day 365: Complete reversal of the process and normal growth cycle starts.

Final Thoughts on Profinast:

Over 98% of its users have experienced great success with this product. With Profinast, you can expect to start stopping hair loss within 7 days, and start reversing hair loss in only 14 days. The results are astonishing.

Although results will differ for everyone, due to the differences in genetics, most users reported they started to see visible hair growth in their 30th day of usage, while some users experienced slower results, beginning in their 6th week.

Based on the results, it is safe to say you’ll have most of your hair back in 3 months.

Less than 1% of Profinast users have returned the product, mentioning that the product did not work for them immediately.

Please note that patience and continued usage of 3 months are the keys to restore your hair.

However, Naturomeds, the parent company behind Profinast, offers a 60-day money back guarantee for your full purchase price, if Profinast doesn’t start regenerating your hair within 2 months.

Provillus For Women Review:

Provillus for women is one of the few natural products on the market to treat female hair loss safely and efficiently. Moreover, Provillus includes a topical solution for hair loss that has been approved by FDA because it has clinically demonstrated the ability to promote new healthy hair growth in women. Thanks to its active key ingredient, Minoxidil 5% in the topical solution, combined with the essential nutrients and elements found in the supplements or vitamins create the most appropriate environment to stimulate new hair growth and protect present hair from falling.

Among the pros of Provillus for women, we can proudly mention: 100% satisfaction guarantee, FDA approved ingredient, no prescription needed, no side effects, both hair loss prevention and new hair growth promotion, discreet packaging, international shipping and billing, outstanding customer service.

Women do not encounter hair loss in a similar fashion as men do. They mainly differ in the fact that women hair loss tends to occur as hair thinning or scattering, and the location (top center hairline) and quantity (much less) is not the same than in men.

The common causes for women hair loss occur due to changes in hormones (menopause, giving birth), genetic or hereditary conditions, physical and psychological stress, malnutrition, or taking medication for special treatment.

Female hair loss, properly disclosed as Female Pattern Baldness, is known and labeled as Alopecia in women. Being the most popular, Androgenetic Alopecia. Other types of Alopecia are apparent as female hair loss: Alopecia Areata, Scarring or Traction Alopecia, or Triangular Alopecia; and other female hair loss medical terms not defined as Alopecia includes Telogen Effluvium, Anagen Effluvium, and Trichotillomania. Their specific definitions are briefly disclosed on our page Provillus for women.

Final Thoughts on Provillus For Women:

Provillus for a woman is a great natural choice because it now contains one of the only clinically proven topical agents that helps to stimulate the hair follicles and introduce new hairs to your head, all the while also protecting the hairs that you do still have on your head by strengthening their resolve, so to speak.

As with any other herbal medication or otherwise, it takes time to get the full effects, and I’d highly recommend anyone take this product and use it for as long as they can. Let’s face it, most vitamins and things of that nature will not change anything over night, as the body takes time to not only store up the nutrients, but also to fully utilize them and send them to the right place that needs them most (your hair).

This process does take time, and while it’s not instant gratification, it’s easy to take something that you’re pretty confident is going to improve your hair over time and keep your head of hair going. Hair is such a major component to women’s self esteem and her feelings of femininity and beauty. They don’t devote entire magazines to hair styles or entire sections of fashion magazines to hair for nothing, and that is because we all covet long, healthy, shiny and full heads of hair. It’s a good thing there are such excellent hair loss supplements like Provillus for a woman that address the problem effectively and without harsh drugs.

Hasson and Wong Hair Transplant procedures are world renown. As you can see from the top photos, no matter the degree of baldness or your specific age, most people can have a full set of hair by one or two procedures. Hasson and Wong are doctors who specifically specialize in Hair Transplant surgery nothing more. They are absolutely the best doctors in the Hair Transplant world today. How do I know this? Well, I personally was a patient not once but twice and my doctor was Doctor Wong, Jerry Wong that is.

Dr. Wong

I would like to briefly provide a little updated review of my personal thoughts and feelings regarding Dr. Wong. ( For my entire and detailed Hair Transplant Experience with Dr. Wong click Hasson and Wong Story).

Dr. Wong, of Hasson and Wong, was my personal doctor during my 2 Hair Transplant procedures and to this day I sincerely believe that my choice to select Dr. Wong was one of my best decisions in my life, only next to the selection of my wife. I have researched hair transplant doctors and the procedure itself from 1992, when I turned 24 until 2003 when I was 35, so I do not think there are many people out there who have done the level of research as I have. In 2003, I decided that Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation had technologically advanced so much that if a person had a transplant procedure performed by an Doctor who was a master not only in the surgical arena but also in the aesthetic arena, the final outcome of the procedure would not be detectable.

I read all the forums online and researched the internet day and night and within these forums one name, Hasson and Wong, always popped up and always with raving reviews from previous and recent patients. So, I decided to get an online consultation with Dr. Wong, why Dr. Wong instead of Dr. Hasson? Well, I reviewed Dr. Wong’s background and found out that he had been a surgical doctor for over 30 years, which made me comfortable about the cutting of my donor area and I reviewed some recent patient’s of Dr. Wong’s as well, which showed me he was aesthetically capable of rebuilding a hairline from scratch.

My online consultation consisted of some pictures of my head and hairline front, top, sides and donor area which I sent in by email. Dr. Wong then responded with his thoughts which were that I needed approximately 3600-3800 grafts. I accepted with the condition that when I came to see him in Vancouver, I would have a live and personal consultation with him before the surgery, which of course he accepted. I then flew to Vancouver, met Dr. Wong, the most gentlest and caring man I met in my life and went ahead with the surgery which lasted 12 hours starting from 6:30am. There was absolutely no pain felt during or after surgery. Only some minor discomfort sleeping after surgery which lasted total of 2 days. I had approximately 3800 grafts planted.

After the surgery within the next 2 months -12 months and with the aide of Profinast, the hair loss prevention pill, my new hair blossomed to my complete surprise, since I had not seen hair in my frontal region since I was 25 years old. ( For before and after pictures go to Hasson and Wong Story).

That was 1st hair transplant procedure with Dr. Wong. I was so happy with the results that I had a 2nd one done in 2006, which I will write the details of on my next post.

Provillus Hair Loss solution helps prevent hair loss and re-grow lost hair. Provillus now contains Minoxidil, the only FDA approved ingredient for hair re-growth. You’ll see the benefits, fast. The Provillus Hair Regrowth Solution contains the only FDA-approved topical ingredient clinically proven to re grow hair. Provillus contains a combination of a liquid and capsule product, which re grows hair If you’re among the estimated 85 million men and women in the U.S. experiencing hereditary hair thinning, you can fight back with Provillus®.

What causes hair loss in men?

Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) is a genetic trait. It’s called Androgenetic Alopecia. It’s inherited from your family. If the men in your family are showing a bald spot on the crown, it’s likely you will too.

This is an issue men have been dealing with for centuries. According to legend, Julius Caesar invented the laurel leaf wreath to cover his receding hairline.

Too bad Julius didn’t have access to Provillus in the days of the Roman Empire.

MPB results from genetic traits, and hormonal causes. Provillus can’t change your genetic history, but it can help with the hormonal imbalances.

DHT is the hormone involved in hair loss

DHT (dihydrotestostrone) is derived from androgen, a male hormone. As the androgen circulates through the bloodstream, it is converted to DHT by the enzyme, 5-alpha reductase. DHT tends to bind to hair follicle receptors,
causing the follicles to sprout thinner and thinner hairs until nothing regrows, and the follicles eventually wither away.

The life cycle of normal hair growth

Normally, hair has three phases of growth:

Anagen – The growth phase, lasts for two to six years. Usually 90% of the hair is in growth phase.

Catagen – A transient phase lasting a few weeks. The hair becomes thinner and the follicle starts shrinking.

Telogen – The thinned hairs fall off to make way for new hair. This lasts for two to four months.

When excess DHT is in the bloodstream, it shortens the Anagen, or growth phase, and causes premature shrinkage of the follicles. Because the DHT is bound to the follicle, often the hair will not re-grow normally.

Provillus for women has been helping women across the world to combat hair loss. Provillus is a supplement built to block the DHT(Dihydrotestoterone) in the body. Provillus for women formula contains compound ingredients such as, biotin, gotu kola, magnesium stearatern Muria Puania, pumpkin extract, Saw Palmetto, silicon dioxide, vitamin B6, and zinc. These compound ingredients help prevent thinning hair follicles form becoming thinner-leading to baldness. The nourishing blend of nutrients in Provillus helps the hair become thick. Provillus for women hair loss treatment is FDA-approved. No prescription is needed because it is stored as a supplement; therefore, it can be bought from over-the-counter from a local drug store.Provillus was created by the Ultra Herbal Company. It is a natural treatment for men and women suffering from hair loss, also known as Androgenetic alopecia.

With men hair loss is caused by hormone testosterone. When DHT(Dihydrotestoterone) enters the body the hair follicles thins and cuts off the blood flow in the body. The more DHT in the body the more the man is at risk of experiencing baldness. In the United Stated two out of eight women experience hair loss. There is no pattern for hair loss in women. Few women experience hair loss at a young age, but it mostly occurs in older women. Unbalanced hormones, thyroid disease, and menopause are common risk factors of hair loss in women. Child birth is also a common risk factor for hair loss in women. However, hair loss in women is far harder to deal with than for men experiencing hair loss. An effective cure for men and women who experience hair loss is Provillus.

Not only will Provillus prevent hair loss from happening-it will also re-grow the hair. With only being on the market for less than five years, Provillus has been rated the number #1 treatment for hair loss prevention. The topical ingredients in Provillus are FDA-approved and guaranteed to get hair back to being strong and healthy. No side effects have been reported from users of Provillus. Before using Provillus you should read the information provided carefully. You should also consult a doctor if any problems occur after usage.
Dr. Goertz introduced himself and he is a very warm and accommodating professional. He answered all of my questions…. I also sensed that he was as interested in achieving my goals as I was…you can tell he loves what he does for a living. I made an appointment for my surgery and I felt good about my decision…no one wants to lose their hair, and until recently, you had no choice in the matter.

The day of the operation came and I arrived in the morning and was out by noon. The staff and I joked the whole time and Dr. Goertz made sure I felt comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience; his assistants are friendly and nice. Before I knew it I was home and then all I had to do was play the waiting game for six months until the grafts grew in. The recovery time is minimal and they supply you with everything you need to recuperate. I was back at work in 2 days.

Then the magic happened. Let me tell you there is no other feeling quite like it. I’m sure you’ll agree if you join the thousands of people who have hair restoration done. I have zero regrets and the best part is I never have to worry about it again–it lasts for a lifetime!

I went back in and had my “after” picture taken and thanked Dr. Goertz and his staff profusely. I don’t believe a day goes by where I don’t subconsciously thank him. If you look good, you feel good; that’s just the way it is, and Dr. Goertz knows what he’s doing. I very highly recommend Hair Transplant Seattle and thoroughly believe it’s the best option out there.

Thank you again Dr. Goertz and staff!

What causes hair loss?
The most common cause of hair loss is heredity. Men and women inherit the gene for hair loss from either or both parents. In men, the hormone dihydrotestosterone causes a gradual miniaturization and eventual loss of hair follicles that are genetically susceptible. The mechanism of female pattern hair loss is not clearly known. The age of onset, extent, and rate of hair loss vary from person to person. Men and women exhibit hereditary hair loss differently. Severe illness, medications, malnutrition, or vitamin deficiency can accelerate this process. When applied incorrectly, permanent hair color and chemical relaxers damage the hair and follicle to the extent that hair loss can be permanent. Causes of hair loss do not include wearing a hat, excessive shampooing, lack of blood flow, or clogged pores.

Do hair transplants really work?
Yes. The transplanted hair is removed from one area of the body (donor site) and transferred to another (recipient site). The transferred tissue is not “rejected” as it is not foreign tissue. The transplanted hair maintains its own characteristics; color, texture, growth rate, and curl, after transplantation and regrowth. The vitality of the grafted follicle is maintained by the rich blood supply to the scalp. Originally many years ago, large circular grafts (commonly called ‘plugs’) containing 15-20 hairs were transplanted resulting in noticeably unnatural results. Over years, instruments and techniques have been developed that allow hair transplant surgeons to achieve truly natural results by transplanting large numbers of small grafts very close together. We have found that hair grows from the scalp in groups of one, two, or three (and rarely, four) hair follicles, called “follicular units.” We can transfer these groups of follicles, called “follicular unit grafts,” after eliminating the excess surrounding tissue. This allows the grafts to be placed closer together resulting in a denser and more natural result. A significant amount of artistry is also needed in order to recreate the natural patterns of hair growth.

Is an undetectable hair transplant possible?
Yes. Today’s highly trained and up-to-date surgeons, using a combination of artistry and technology, can recreate hairlines and crown coverage in a manner that truly defies detection. Progressing beyond the old style ‘plug-type’ transplants has been possible using advanced techniques which allow the transplantation of large numbers of small grafts. An appreciation for the natural shape and patterns of hair growth allows surgeons to create wavy, randomized hairlines that look natural.

What can be expected after hair restoration surgery?
The post-operative course will depend on adherence to the instructions given after surgery. Small scabs will form on the scalp at the graft sites. Generally speaking, these scabs disappear in 4-10 days. Shampooing can be resumed 24 hours after surgery. The suture (stitch) used in the donor area is undetectable immediately after surgery as it is completely covered by your existing hair. Some surgeons use absorbable stitches which are dissolved by the body, other surgeons may use skin staples. If the suture is non-absorbable, an appointment will be made for the suture to be removed approximately one week after surgery. It is advisable to take at least two days off work after surgery. A baseball type cap can be worn at anytime after surgery. Patients should avoid strenuous physical activity for at least five days after surgery. Typically the grafted hair will shed in 2-4 weeks. New growth will begin in 3-4 months and length will increase approximately 1/2 inch per month.

Are hair transplants painful?
Most people are surprised at how little pain there is during a hair transplant procedure today. Some discomfort is to be expected as the anesthetic is injected into the scalp. Once the skin is anesthetized, there is no pain. If the numbing medicine wears off during the course of the procedure, more is injected to re-anesthetize the area. Advances in local anesthetic and the way it is applied allow for a comfortable and relaxing procedure. Most patients watch movies, listen to music or nap during their procedure.

What will it look like after the procedure?
The grafts form small scabs in the days after the procedure. If one has enough surrounding hair, these scabs can be camouflaged with creative styling. If not, the small scabs may be visible but do not attract much attention. By keeping the scalp moist, the scabs usually come off in about a week or so.

When can I go back to work?
Depending on the type of procedure you have done and the type of work you do, it is often possible to go back to work the next day. Your hair restoration surgeon will discuss this with you during the consultation.

Are hair transplants expensive?
Despite the initial cost of the procedure, hair transplantation can be less expensive than an artificial hairpiece over the long run. Considering that the results are permanent, most people consider it a good investment in their future happiness.

How many sessions will be required?
The number of the sessions will depend on the 1) area of scalp treated 2) the number and size of grafts used 3) the density which the patient desires and 4) the individual characteristics of the patient, e.g. coarse hair will provide a more dense look than fine hair. The estimate of the number of sessions can be discussed during the consultation with your surgeon.

After using Propecia® (finasteride) for a prolonged period, would cessation of use of the drug result in the same sudden rapid hair loss off all hairs that would have been lost without the use of the drug, like suddenly stopping use of Rogaine® (minoxidil)?
The hair would be lost until the point where an individual would have been without treatment. However, the hair loss is not sudden and will take several months to a year after stopping the medication. That is why missing a day or two of treatment, although not recommended, is generally not detrimental.

What are the possible harmful effects of Propecia and Rogaine? Especially in regards to women handling Propecia and/or a man taking the drug while trying to have a baby? Can the man cease taking the drug until he has fertilized a child?
There are no known harmful effects of either medication when used as directed by the manufacturer. Follow all package instructions. Propecia could be potentially harmful to a developing male fetus in a pregnant woman if a significant amount of the medication entered her body over time. This would require her to ingest the medication, so she should not handle broken or crushed tablets. The amounts of the medication in a male’s semen have been studied and found to be insignificant. The man can certainly cease treatment during conception efforts, but this is not necessary.

Is Propecia less effective in different races? Asian vs. Caucasian? Is it less effective for frontal vs. coronal pattern hair loss?
There has not been any noted difference in ethnic groups. Propecia is most effective in crown hair loss. It is less effective in frontal loss. It has not been shown to be effective in the temples (sides of head forward of the ears).

Is hair transplantation/hair restoration surgery a subspecialty of dermatology, and is it done as a fellowship post-residency?
The field of hair restoration surgery (HRS) is made up of physicians from many backgrounds including dermatology, plastic surgery, general surgery, family practice, ENT, and many others. Unfortunately, training in HRS in the typical residency is rarely at the same level as is performed today. That is why post-graduate education in HRS is so important and why the ISHRS is so important today in educating those physicians wishing to practice this specialty. In addition, ISHRS offers post-residency fellowship training positions in several centers around the world.

Hair Transplant Story- Arturo
After years of wearing a hairpiece, I finally decided I wanted a more natural solution for my hair loss. The hairpiece was not only a source of discomfort and worry, but was also beginning to look less and less realistic as the hair around my temple areas began to thin. The hairpiece on top did not match my natural hair on the sides.

After doing some research, I was impressed by the results Dr. Chang had delivered to other patients at the NHT Medical Center. I went to his clinic in Newport Beach for an initial consultation and decided on having two surgeries to put in more density both on top and around the temples. Both surgeries were painless and the professional staff made me feels my hair was safe in their capable, efficient hands. Wanting to keep a low profile, I had not told most of my friends and family that I was having the procedure done. I continued to wear the hairpiece between the first and second surgeries. After the hair grew in from the second surgery, I removed the hairpiece and continued as usual. No one noticed any difference at all! My own hair on top grew in much thicker than promised and my fuller temple area looks even better than the hairpiece. I was so pleased with the results that I signed a photo release so Dr. Chang could share them with other potential patients.

In fact, I didn’t receive any comments until I got a call from a friend a few months later. He had seen my before and after pictures in the newspaper. He told me: “Hey, you need to sue this doctor! He put your face on a bald guy and is running it in the newspaper.” It was one of the best compliments I could have received.

Anti-Hair Loss Shampoos:

Shampoo Treatments are dime a dozen. How do you know which one really helps thinning hair loss? One easy-to-try option is a shampoo specifically designed to increase the health of existing hair and to reduce the rate of hair loss in both men and women this shampoo is called Provillus. There are several sources to investigate specific shampoos, research studies which can be accessed to determine the effectiveness of many of these products. Good professional sources include dermatologists and licensed cosmeticians who see hair loss conditions frequently and have had the opportunity to observe the efficacy of a variety of shampoos. As well, an Internet “Google” search will provide hundreds of products; complete with testimony and small research studies. It’s easy to get confused when investigating the hundreds of shampoos available. With some background knowledge of what has shown to be effective in larger, previous studies, however, you can make more intelligent choices about the shampoos you choose for experimentation. And that is the great thing about shampoos – they are relatively inexpensive in this maze of hair loss/regrowth methods, so you can try lots of them without breaking your budget! Listed below are some of the benefits of using the proper shampoo to help prevent hair loss.

1. Surfactants: People feel good when their shampoos lather up nicely. Lather, however, is just for psychological effect. Somehow we believe that the more lather a shampoo produces, the cleaner our hair must be getting. Hogwash! The ingredient that causes lather is called a surfactant and does not have cleaning properties. Other ingredients in shampoos actually do the cleaning. Surfactants are, however, pretty harsh, and, for someone who is experiencing more-than-normal hair loss, surfactants should be avoided. There are lots of shampoos out there without it – try some.

2. Herbal Ingredients: The most notable herb with some success in hair loss difficulty is Saw Palmetto. Shampoos with this ingredient are certainly worth a try. Saw Palmetto seems to inhibit the production of DHT in men, for example, and DHT causes hair follicles to shrink and close up.

3. Nettle and bay have also been helpful to some people. Shampoos which include these might help you too.

4. Essential Oils: These oils are concentrated ones which come from plants such as lavender. From ancient times, these have been used to stimulate healthy hair and to decrease the rate of hair loss. We know that we have much to learn from early medicine men and healers. Perhaps this is another example.

5. Tea Tree Oil: Many swear by this ingredient, and there are several brands of this on the market. So popular are these shampoos, you can find them at most any drug store as well as health product retailers. As an aside, tea tree oil has also been found to be effective in the prevention of head lice infestations.

There are no definitive studies to show that shampoos can actually result in regrowth of hair that is caused by what we call “permanent” conditions, largely the result of heredity and hormones. However, early prevention is important, and experimenting with shampoos during these early stages may provide invaluable help in reducing the rate of loss.
It is not uncommon for a woman to have the appearance of a high forehead due to an above than average hairline location. This high hairline location may have always been the case from a younger age or it could have receded as the patient got older or due to external factors such as medications. For whatever cause, this condition can be quite bothersome and stressfull. It certainly limits hairstyling options while trying to hide it. Medications are of limited use, but modern methods of hairtransplant surgery is the most effective form of treatment.

Assuming there is a sufficient donor hair amount, the desired hairline can be achieved by transplanting naturally occurring follicular units (single hairs in the front). If this is done with enough density and proper design, the new hairline will provide increased styling options even allowing the hair to be pulled back.

Below are two examples where we lowered the hairline and recreated a femminine hairline.
