Which rises and falls.

Which albeit hidden at times,

Is always there and will always be.

My love for you is not like the wind,

Which comes and goes.

But my love for you is like water,

Though it may exist in many forms,

Is always there and can never be destroyed nor eliminated.

Words and physical touch fail to express what I feel for you.
I just hope that you feel it within you heart.
The same warm and fuzzy feeling that I get when I think of you.

all I have to do is see your face,
for it radiates all the shine I'll ever need to find my way through anything.

Without you here, I am just another dude.

Sometimes when thinking about the future gives me fear,
All I think about is how great it would be if you were near.

I wish that we would never ever be apart,
Because it would create an eclipse in my heart.

I really do not know what else to say,
To make this feeling of missing go away.

I hope that you really feel the same way too,
And truly yearn for my arms around you.

What grief have I brought,
To deserve such injustice?

What rule did I break,
To be so shunned and unwanted?

What sin have I committed,
To feel so lonely and abandoned?

What pain have I caused,
To deserve such heartless treatment?

You left me out in the cold,
To hide your lustful error.

You murdered me before my first breath,
To relieve your future burden.

You took away my life,
To protect your name and pride.

You left me with the dogs and garbage,
To cry and rot and die.

Do babies get a free pass to heaven?
I hope I do.

I don't know where or who you are,
I don't know your motive for leaving me.

But one thing I do know.

I might be disfigured,
I might be unwanted,
But your blood flows through my veins,
and that makes me a human being.

If perhaps a miracle were to happen,
Rescuing me from this horrid nightmare,
and I grow up to lead a decent life,
There is only one thing I would wish for:
That I am nothing like you.

I wonder how you sleep at night,
Knowing that you killed me?

My life would truly be a bliss.

The words I really wish to say,
Far inside, all locked away.

I wrote this little poem tonight,
I hope it gives you much delight.

Even when I'm not in sight,

The thought is always on my mind,

As I close my eyes,
There is only emptiness ahead of me.

The world is spinning along an awkward axis.

My soul longs to be free,
But only restlessness keeps me company.

All this while,
Something is desperately missing.
My heart throbs violently for it.

The burning pain,
Slowly eating away at my soul.

I long to be free.

Faces have become mere shapes,
Names have become mere words,
Feelings have become insignificant,
Time and place know no boundary.

And yet,
My soul longs to be free.

What kind of trap have we gotten into?
Meticulously disguised wiith promises of love,
Of success and power we were blinded,
The illumination too bright for our eyes,
The strength we boast is of no more.

Would we want to dream, if it wasn't true?
Would we want to breathe, if it was our last breath?
Would we want to speak, if it were our last words?
Would we fall I wonder, even if it hurt?
Would we love, if it never lasted?
Would we sacrifice, if it counted for nothing?
What would we do, if doing was not enough?

Goodbyes only worsen the heartache,
A false hope in the midst of opportunities.

A picture might be worth a thousand words,
But a word is no penny's worth.

And that, my friend,
is life's biggest deception.

If not lived like how it's meant to be lived,
If not grasped like a tree rooted to the ground.

Suddenly...

You will grow old,
You will be all alone,
And you will have nothing.

A Really Short Love Poem

The sky can be blue,
If we really want it to.

The ocean can be yellow,
If we really desire so.

Our hearts can combine,
If that's what we have in mind.

Our love can succeed,
If that's what we really need.

I can be yours,
If you will be mine.
This life can be ours,
And we will do fine.

The pain will give way,
to endless joy and pleasure,
If we stay on our feet,
and hang on to each other.

A Beautiful Death

Life is what we make of it.
The people we choose to connect with,
The choices we make,
The obstacles we maneuver around,
The plans that we lay out.

If there's anything that anyone knows about life, it is this:
life is the best of both extremes.
We laugh, we cry, we bleed, we heal,
we love, we lose, we go mad.
But we keep cheering for more.
It is a drug that feeds our very existence.

The people that have it, don't want it,
Those who are about to run out, yearn for more.

No scientist can predict it's longevity,
None that can prevent its end either.

Life is glorious,
It is wonderful,
It keeps the world spinning,
It is laden with emotions.

People often talk about what they want in their lives,
Or how blissfully happy they are.
But few ever talk about death.

Is it because we fear it?
Are we afraid our loved ones will succumb to it?
What if it takes us before we are ready?
What then?

What lies beyond, we do not know.
There is no certainty about death.
It is autonomous.
It is difficult to predict,
and impossible to plan for.

The life that we so cherish,
despite all it's glory and glamour,
Does have a sad ending after all.

It's called death and it is terribly unkind.
It rips apart your hopes,
It murders your dreams,
It brings sorrow.

And yet,
They call it "a beautiful death".
It makes you wonder doesn't it?
How something so awful can also be so serene, peaceful.
Perhaps it is because we know that they are off to a better place.

Why wait I say.
Why not use this life to prepare for the next?
If our birth was already beautiful,
then our death should be even more.
Death doesn't have to be our saviour or our escape.
It can simply be a medium.
To a place far greater than any man's wish.

Make this life a memorable one,
One that you can be proud of,
One that will serve you well for the next.

See with your heart,
not just your eye.
Talk less, speak more.
Hear less, listen more.
Judge less, trust more.
Curse less, pray more.
Frown less, smile more.
And all good things shall be yours.

This is your life.
You only get one chance.
Live it well.
Earn your beautiful death.
