Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Bake 30 to 35 mins. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Frosting.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">4. To make "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Frosting; Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">5. One Pan Cake: Grease and flour 13X9X2-inch baking pan. Heat oven to 350º F. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Frost.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="5">6. Three layer Cake: Grease and flour three 8-inch round baking pans. Heat oven to 350º F. Pour bagtter into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Grill poblanos 12 minutes or until charred, turning occasionally. Grill corn 10 minutes or until lightly charred, turning occasionally. (mine was already cooked so I just charred it a bit) Wrap poblanos in foi; let stand 15 minutes. Peel and discard skins. Cut a length-wise slit in each chile; discard seeds and membranes. Set aside.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">4. Cut kernels from ears of corn. Combine kernels, 1 cup tomato, rice, 2 TBS cilantro, pine nuts, and next 5 ingredients (through Monterey Jack); toss well to combine. open each poblano; divide rice mixture evenly among chiles (chiles will be very full). Place on a baking sheet bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes or until hot.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">Turn broiler to high. Sprinkle chiles with queso fresco. Broil 3 mins. or until cheese is lightly browned.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="5">Place chiles on a platter. Sprinkel with remaining 1 cup tomato and remaining 2 TBS cilantro. Serve with hot sauce, if desired. (I served it with some fresh pico de gallo salsa which was jut the right accompaniment)</li>			</ol>

It still tasted fantastic but next time I'm going to try remembering to add it. It was sitting right there and I forgot it!)</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item" yumprintitem="11" itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup coursely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Instructions</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Preheat oven to 425 degrees</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">2. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. (I used a "green" 10" frying pan, but you can also use good ole cast iron!)</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">Add 1 TBS. oil; swirl to coat. Combine 1/2 tsp. of the salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon. Rub pork with spice mixture. Add pork to pan; saute 4 minutes. Turn pork over; place pan in oven and bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins. or until a thermometer registers 140 degrees (I have to be honest here, I never use a thermometer. I just check it to make sure it's done to my liking but some folks might need to use the thermometer for security sake. I recommend doing whatever you have to do to get the desired result!)</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">Remove pork from pan; place on a cutting board (do not wipe out pan). Let pok stand 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">3. Add remaining 1 TBS. oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add shallots and cherries; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp. salt. Place pan in oven.; bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes (do not turn cherries). Carefully remove pan from oven; place over medium-high heat. Stir in stock, vinegar, and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook 4 minutes or until liquid is syrupy (reduced and thicker). Remove from heat, stir in butter. Serve cherry mixture with pork; sprinkle with parsley.</li>			</ol>

I was making it for company that I thought would appreciate it but honestly it was so tasty that I took the leftovers to my sister's the next day and it was just as good as leftovers! (You can feed sisters leftovers but I don't recommend doing that to new friends or guests)</li>			</ol>

		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Instructions</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Step 1: Heat 2 TBS. olive oil in a deep, heavy skillet.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">add crushed garlic, bay leaf, basil and oregano.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">Saute about one minute, then add cauliflower, and sprinkle it with about 1 tsp. salt.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">Saute until the cauliflower is tender. You might want to add a little water to it (1/2 to 1 cup) to steam it along. (I like to steam it a little on its own first and then add it)</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">When cauliflower is tender, add tomato puree, and lower to a simmer. Simmer 15 or so minutes.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="5">Step 2: Cook the spagetti in plenty of boiling water. (8-10 minutes if it is dry pasta. It will only take about 4 mins. if it is fresh)</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="6">Drain and toss with remaining olive oil, butter and half the cheese.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="7">Spread onto a platter and pour the cauliflower sauce over.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="8">Top with more cheese.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="9">Serve immediately!</li>			</ol>

<p>Here is a recipe for a wonderful sauce I like to serve with fish. Particularly salmon:</p>
<p>1 Cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt (fat free)</p>
<p>1/2 Burpless cucumber peeled and grated (the long skinny ones usually wrapped in plastic) (these are less likely to &#8220;repeat&#8221; on you)</p>
<p>Fresh garlic (one small clove crushed)</p>
<p>Fresh Dill Weed (snipped) to taste</p>
<p>Mix the yogurt and grated cucumber then add the crushed garlic and snipped dill weed.</p>
<p>Serve this wonder sauce over any kind of fish.</p>
<p>Pecan crusted Salmon:</p>
<p>Spread about a TBS of Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt over the salmon</p>
<p>then cover with finely chopped pecans mixed with a little parmesan and just a touch of olive oil</p>
<p>You can add some fresh chopped parsley to this if desired.</p>
<p>Spread over salmon and then bake in oven at 350 for about 20 mins. (depending on thickness and desired doneness)</p>
<p>Viola!</p>
